Hi I'm Lizzy! I started photographing weddings and elopements almost 10 years ago when I first moved to Colorado. I originally hail from Vermont but once I got a taste of the West, I never looked back. Colorado is truly my home. I am obsessed with great light and the great outdoors so Colorado will forever be one of my favorite places to photograph. When I am not taking photos you can pretty much always find me outside: split boarding, mountain biking, hiking and enjoying live music. Other than that you can find me in my kitchen, cooking is my love language. I grew up watching my mom cook the most amazing meals, a little daily ritual of hers that had a lasting effect. I am mama to the coolest toddler, Isla. She is my entire world and has shaped so much of who I have become over the past few years. For me, photography is no longer just about taking beautiful photos in scenic places. It's about holding space for who my clients are during the brief time we have to spend together and honoring that in a way that allows me to tell their story. My favorite photos are those little in-between moments, the ones when you don't think anyone else is watching. That’s where the genuine, quirky, fun, and weird love shines through. I am obsessed with great light and the great outdoors so Colorado will forever be one of my favorite places to photograph.

. On the day of the wedding, Lizzy brought such a calming presence and positive energy. She made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera, and even the more posed moments felt fun and natural. She captured so many little in-between moments we didn’t even realize were happening—laughs, tears, hugs, everything. The photos are absolutely stunning. Looking through them feels like reliving the day in the best way. We’re beyond grateful we had her there with us and we can’t recommend her enough!

What really stood out to me and my husband is how she volunteered to come to the venue to help me plan where I would walk from along with the timing of the music. She took time from her own day to make sure our big day was flawless. She was calming and so comfortable to be around. My bridal party loved her as well and everyone complemented how well we did in choosing our photographer. The photos have turned out stunning, she got every shot wanted plus so many more! The amount of beautiful photos we have from our wedding day is phenomenal. The price is very much worth having these photos permanently, to show future generations.
