The day of the wedding they came ready! Positive attitude, and dressed like they were guests at the wedding( a plus)! Future brides You don’t want a videographer at your wedding wearing T-shirts and jeans, with a camera on their shoulder like they’re filming a reality show! They even hooked us up with some music since we left our Bluetooth speaker at home! Thank you!!!!
He kept a stressful bride(me) laughing & smiling the entire day! Sometimes I didn’t realize he was filming until he started cracking jokes. One thing I’ll remember, “Dear Chris” lol!
Our wedding venue was huge! But that wasn’t a problem for this team! They covered everything, and worked well with other vendors!
A couple days after the wedding He sent a teaser video. We’re still in awe of the shots he got. Some of my guest even said “ i didn’t even realize you had a videographer at the reception! How did he get these shots!” My husband said “art at its best”. He even created a highlight video on Instagram to save it. He’s not into social media, so that says a lot!
They’re amazing, soo creative, and worth every dollar! Thank you guys soo much for being positive, amazing, and funny!

ke credit on your actual work but his customer service by far is the most frustrating part of my journey. It started with a simple request for his pricing and booking but we never got that far as I assuming his email sends automated responses.
Here is what happened:
Requested service from him. Got a response back immediately. Stated I was interested and never heard back from him. Called a month later, texted, email, call, left messages etc and still nothing. Then out of no where appx 2 months (July 5, 2017) I received another email asking if I made a decision since the last time. As I read my email scratching my head, I immediately responded yes I am ready to book and have been trying to get a hold of you for some time now. To my surprise again, have not heard nothing since July 5, 2017, but continue to receive automated emails from him. I never texted back, never answered any of my calls or any voice messages i left. I have made the decision to move on from Lesean being a part of such a big day for me. If I feel like this now, how would I feel on my wedding day if this was to happen? I pass. Thank you but no thank you. I have a weird feeling I will get another email asking have a reached a decision, welp hopefully he will read this review in order to stop that email.

in control of things. He knew what he wanted. He made us feel very comfortable he laughed he joked with us at times we forgot he was even there. It wasn't like we had a camera in our face. For any brides out there looking for someone to capture your memorable day LJR Films (Lesean Rowe) is the guy. He is very professional affordable and Excellent at his job, you won't regret choosing him as your videographer.
