ecifically with Sue, the event coordinator. From our first visit to our tasting to our final decoration drop-off, we knew we were in good hands with Sue. She instinctively knew how to best organize the event that would allow for easy flow and a good experience for our guests. She patiently answered my numerous and detailed questions, and was always prompt in her email responses. The space itself is gorgeous and was perfect for the 140 guests we had with us that day. We received many compliments from our guests about the food, the space, the service, and the event as a whole. We knew there was nothing for us to worry about the day-of because we had gone over everything with Sue (she had even caught a mistake in our table layout after meticulously going over our seating chart and final meal count). Our reception was amazing and all thanks to Sue and the staff at the Llanerch Country Club!

the day of; we knew they'd have everything taken care of and didn't have to worry about a thing that day. The food was delicious, too, and we got a lot of compliments from guests! Honestly couldn't have been happier and glad we chose Llanerch as our reception site.
Venue was great. Staff is the best I have seen.
