ce we hired Lea for the week of coordination, we immediately felt better. She was incredibly helpful the months leading up to the wedding. We were able to text her with any question and she always had an answer ready. On the wedding day, I can't tell you how awesome it was to have Lea, who is calm and collected, handling all the behind the scenes. We couldn't have done it without her - I cant recommend LM Event Coordination enough!

We had a photographer not show up and Lea was able to quickly adjust our timeline to ensure we would get the most out of the photographer before our ceremony. During the ceremony Lea was quick to jump on any issues we had and get them corrected, she continuously checked in to make sure we were good on food and beverages throughout the night. Up until the very end of the night Lea was right there to answer any question we may have had and was quick to work with other vendors to stay on track to end our event. She expertly kept everything on schedule and moving seamlessly while also checking on us and all of our guests. One friend got stung by a wasp and suddenly Lea appeared with ice for her. We were truly treated like royalty the entire day and even the days after when she returned our decorations and a friends guitar(everyone was taken care of). Just in that first call we could tell she was very detail oriented, had amazing ideas, and was just a fun person that we knew we could trust our big day in her hands. Our wedding was June 10, 2023 and while we booked Lea for only a month of package, she still took her time to check in on us before that month and hop on calls with us well before our wedding which was relieving to know where we should be in the process of planning our wedding and letting us know about our checkpoints. When the big day came, she handled everything with grace, professionalism, and a fantastic attitude even though there were things that went wrong (not on her account though!!). She made sure everything we wanted was there and in place. Close friends and family after the wedding even came up to my husband and I saying how lucky we got with being able to book Lea and her team when we had the chance! LM Event Coordination helped make our day even more special and for that we are so grateful :)

of coordination, but she was so much more than that. She came to our 1 month final meeting, out of the kindness of her heart, and to get a good feel for the venue and what I wanted. She called and texted me frequently to just check in and make sure I was on track with planning. Anything I had questions on, she had a solution right away. She printed my signs and gorgeous name cards, and she set up so many beautiful stations around the venue displaying our pictures and gifts. But very importantly, Lea was there every. single. time. I turned around with a fresh drink for my husband & I. I don't know how important that is to you, but it was pretty legit or us! ha! But she, and her assistant weren't just there for us. If I had to count how many times Lea had to help my mom with her nails or straighten her eyeliner, answer questions, or find a random sash that fell of the flower girl's, or help me put my shoes on .. she was even there to help my mom button my dress, and she bustled my dress for me after ceremony pictures when everyone else was off enjoying the wedding. Lea's assistant, God love her, had to run back to our hotel to grab the flower girls shoes that were left, and she didn't hesitate for one second, she was one her way to save the day. She also helped repin on of my bridesmaids hair. She was there with water when I needed it, and ready for anything additional we might need. She was the sweetest. At the end of the night Lea & her assistant cleaned and organized everything in the suite and repacked my car with all the venue decorations. They made it so easy. If I had a do over, I would, without a doubt, have Lea by my side again. There was a weight lifted off my shoulders knowing she was there to handle everything, and she did an incredible job. I cannot say enough good things about her and her team. She even sent my Marriage License to the county for me, so I had one less thing to do after the wedding. To top it off! We went to River Street after the wedding and we ran into Lea there too! I was so happy! And of course she bought us a round of lemon drops since we couldn't get them at the venue. She literally covered everything 💝 Lea, you're incredible! I hope you're there in 10 years when we renew our vows 🥂
