Loane Bros

Loane brothers worked with me to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. They had brand new farm tables I was able to order. I also ordered my tents through them. Everything was brought and set up for me two days before the wedding. Holly is very friendly and helped me with all of my orders. My order was pricey but it was definitely worth the price.!

Loane Bros was easy to use. They delivered all the chairs when we needed and were flexible with pickup.

We rented tents and a dance floor from Loane Bros for my daughters wedding. Mike O'Connor was our contact and is a great guy to work with. He came out twice to look at and measure the area. The employees who erected the tent were very nice and professional. The tent and floor were installed on Thursday in case there were any problems they could fix it on Friday. We had a small problem with the dance floor but they came out the next day and replaced it. A representative of the company called the day of the wedding to check if everything was ok. Truly a company who cares about the work they do and whether their client is happy.

We rented Silver Chiavari Chairs from Loane Bros, as well as Glass Tiers for my cupcake display, and a Silver Samovar for serving my signature drink: a hot, spiked apple cider. They delivered everything on time and in good condition! The silver chairs were perfect for my "winter wonderland" theme, and everyone at the office was friendly and efficient. I also rented Pipe & Drape to make a photo booth area, and they offered to come back out for free if I needed more pieces. They have an excellent staff and I would definitely recommend them.

We were a little concerned about our chair situation before the wedding day because the Loane Bros. were a little slow in communicating and when they did respond, it was minimal. However, when the day came, the chairs and other accessories were set up perfectly before we even arrived at the venue and looked beautiful. We were a little disappointed with the price and, for that, probably would have gone with another vendor if they hadn't been the exclusive vendor at our venue. But, like I said, everything turned out beautiful for our ceremony.

Loane Bros. was the exclusive rental company at my venue, so unfortunately we were stuck with them. We used them for our reception tent, and all table and chair rentals. The end result turned out very nicely, however they were a HUGE headache to deal with throughout the entire planning process. Their communication with me and between their own departments was horrendous. I had a very difficult time getting follow up from them regarding any questions or concerns, would have to send numerous eamils, make phone calls and even had my parents get involved to follow up. Other examples of issues that arose: They would send a tent/table layout and then someone else would email the contract with completely different sized tables than what we had requested. They offered one set up and when I wasn't satisfied, they deferred to me to come up with other solutions, rather than making suggestions. The tent department never communicated with the table/chair department. They were unaware of certain parameters that needed to be followed at the venue (even though they were the exclusive rental company there). Their prices are considerably higher than other comparable

Our location recommended this company for chair rentals. Sue was fantastic, quick (I didn't realize I needed chairs until last minute)and handled all of the details with the venue, making sure I didn't have anything to worry about!

Loane Bros was great and took my rental order within a few weeks of the actual wedding. Great service and prompt delivery. The chairs were simple and white and looked great for the ceremony!
