Local 111 / C.U.B Catering

I had Local 111/CUB Events cater my wedding last month after being blown away by the tastings. Everything was flavorful, perfectly cooked, and just spot on. I was super excited about it. Unfortunately, the food didn't live up to expectations the big day. The cocktail hour finger food was mostly the same, but for the dinner portion only the seafood dish resembled what we had tasted and loved. The appetizer was more or less unseasoned raw brussels, the meat was universally overdone, and the veggie plate had the same ingredients as what I'd tasted but did not otherwise resemble what I'd approved. We were really disappointed but perhaps the capability to pull off and cook for a large party just isn't there at the moment. We will absolutely stop by the restaurant anytime we are in the area because we know the food will be amazing, but overall big sad face.
