I loved Lochel's Bakery!!! My cake came out perfectly!!! It is so BEAUTIFUL!!! I love looking back at photos of the cake, it just makes me want to order another one!!! I really had a vision for my cake and they just went above and beyond to get that vision right!! I had a four tier wedding cake and had a particular design I wanted on each tier of the cake as well as roses cascading down the front of it. They really put hard work into decorating it just like I asked and getting the roses just right! Everything I wanted was included in my package with Spring Mill Manor and it was super reasonable!! Would book them again 100%

Our venue included a cake from this bakery as part of our wedding package. The cakes our delicious and our wedding cake turned out great! I would have given them 5 stars, but the planning process was a little frustrating. We left our cake tasting not having decided on a design. It would have been helpful if they stayed with you during the tasting to help guide us in choosing a design instead of checking in every 15mins or so. If they had been present the whole time we would have found out we could pick more than one flavor and we wouldn't have spent so much of the hour we had on picking the flavor. We could have spent more time figuring out the design, but instead we had to do it all through email. At times, the email response time could have been better and more clear. A few times our questions weren't answered, and the questions I answered for them weren't noted because they would ask them again a few weeks later. I would still recommend them since the final product was great.

Our wedding cake was beautiful - perfectly done to the picture we gave them to a cake we saw online. It was delicious - even a year later on our first anniversary! They included our kids in the cake tasting session so they weren't left out of the experience. We loved our cake so much we got my parents' 50th anniversary cake there as well. Two years later, they are still talking about how much they loved their strawberry shortcake!

Our venue offered us one of two bakeries for our cake, and my husband and I could not have been more pleased with choosing Lochel's Bakery! At the cake tasting, there were a variety of flavors to try, as well as a couple of books filled with cake designs and inspiration ideas. The team was so willing to help us customize and design our cake to be what we envisioned for our special day. We had two cake flavors - chocolate chip and lemon - and we received so many compliments on both of them! The cake was not too sweet and moist, and the team decorated our cake with the florals we dropped off and our cake topper. We did not have to worry about coordinating our cake because they delivered it straight to the venue the morning of our wedding. We will definitely be recommending them to all of our friends!

The process of picking out the cake was easy with binders full of photos and different kinds of cake to taste test and friendly help provided. Guests loved the cake and talked about it long after! You can't give wrong with Lochel's!

We had the pleasure of using Lochel's Bakery through our venue, Flourtown Country Club. Lochel's has the cutest cake tasting space and Maura is so sweet to work with! We went with the mocha chip cake flavor with buttercream icing and a very simple and clean design - it was a literal dream come true. Our guests even commented on how delicious it was! I love that Lochel's gives you a free anniversary cake so you don't have to worry about saving your cake from your wedding day for an entire year. Lochel's Bakery was the perfect fit for our wedding cake! Our venue included a cake from Lochel's in our wedding package. It was such an easy process to set up a consultation appointment. At the appointment, we were able to see different styles and try different flavors. We very much appreciated the help in determining a simple, yet elegant design to fit our style. I love that when our guest count dropped, they changed our cake size to better fit our needs. We had so many guests comment on how beautiful our cake was and how delicious it tasted! My fiance and I visited 3 bakeries when deciding on who to use for our wedding cake, Lochel's blew them all away. When we first arrived for our tasting, we were taken into a private and quiet room for the tasting. This was already an upgrade from the 2 previous bakeries who stuck us at a small table in the middle of their shop. But what really sold us was the options, and the cake itself. There were so many different design options to choose from as well as cake and icing flavors. And the cake it self was AMAZING!!!! Do yourself a favor and go to Lochel's first, don't waste your time with anyone else!

Lochel's was the bakery that was included in my wedding package at Flourtown Country Club. When my husband and I went in for the tasting they were awesome and helped guide us with what would look best with our color scheme and alerted us to how certain things would come out. We gave them a few pictures of what we were looking for in our cake and they definitely delivered. The cake tasted and looked amazing and was exactly what I was looking for!

We got cupcakes and a cake from Lochel's for our wedding. My brother, who loves cupcakes, is now going to Lochel's for his wedding! They provide a wide variety of selections of cupcakes, and cakes! We picked a raspberry- pound cake, and 4 different types of cupcakes for our wedding, and we loved them ALL.

Lochel's cakes are absolutely delicious! My husband and I lucked out that our venue recommended Lochel's because their cakes are amazing. The bakery is adorable, so organized, and the staff are very professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend this bakery not only for wedding cakes, but also for every special occasion. Lochel's was contracted with our vendor and we are so glad they were. Everything from the tasting to our wedding cake was wonderful and exactly what I wanted! We received so many compliments on our cake .So excited to have our anniversary cake in a year!

I honestly cannot not say enough amazing things about Lochel's bakery. I have been frequenting their shop for years and I couldn't think of anyone else I'd rather have make our wedding cake! They were so sweet and collaborative. From the first cake appointment to the final drop-off, we knew we made the right choice. The cake was so stunning, it became a major focal point. More importantly, it tasted amazing! Nothing beats Lochel's buttercream frosting. I wish there were more stars to give the best and sweetest bakery in America. Bottom line: if you want to love your cake - go with Lochel's!

Lochel's provided the cake via my venue. We went for a tasting and the way that they laid out the cake was adorable. They had plenty of options to choose from. They transported the cake to the venue the day of and did everything I had asked. We got chocolate chip layers and pumpkin spice layers. The pumpkin spice was a hit!

Amazing wedding cake! Still getting compliments weeks later. Will be using Locehl's as our go to bakery from now on and certainly would recommend for a wedding cake! Staff was helpful and patient and was willing to customize our cake to exactly what we wanted!

Not only did our cake taste amazing, but it looked phenomenal! We dreamed of having a cake covered with rainbow sprinkles. They helped up make it a reality! We could not have wished for a more perfect wedding cake!!

We ordered a 2 tier cake for our wedding in Huntingdon, pa. That is almost 4 hours from the bakery. The cake made it with not a scratch on it and it was beautiful! Exactly what we wanted and it tasted amazing, I would definitely recommend log held for all your bakery needs!!

Our cake was absolutely stunning and it tasted absolutely delicious. I had family members calling me the next day asking where we got our wedding cake from. I am so happy we went with Lochel's for our wedding cake. They were the second baker we met with and we had a great experience. I didn't have a good idea of what I wanted, and they gave us helpful information and showed us lots of samples. They also didn't pressure us and gave us time alone to discuss the different designs and to discuss which of the cakes that we had tasted we liked best. In the end, our cake look exactly how I wanted, and tasted amazing! I continue to get compliments about how good it was. I also think it's awesome that they give you a coupon to get a fresh anniversary cake. I already can't wait to eat it!

Our experience with Lochel's Baker for our wedding cake was phenomenal. Our visit to the store to pick out our cake was so professional and well-done; both my husband and I couldn't stop commenting throughout the entire appointment how much we enjoyed it. I cannot imagine ordering my wedding cake from anywhere but Lochel's. Not only were they extremely helpful at my cake testing in helping me decide the type of cake I wanted, but the cake was the best-tasting cake I have ever had. Lochel's also gave me the option to order my cake topper from them, which saved me from ordering it separately myself. They were extremely responsive to my e-mails, which made my experience all the better. I am still hearing from my guests about how delicious the cake was, and many even asked where I got it from. Fabulous cakes, they do an incredible job with designing and decorating, plus the flavors are great too! We wanted a beauty and the beast style cake and the idea they came up with was perfect, all the way down to the icing roses they made. They were great!

Lochel's happened to be the bakery that was included with our reception package at Spring Mill. However, we have lived in the Hatboro area our whole lives and used them for bridal shower and baby shower cakes over the years. They never disappoint! Their new little tasting room is adorable. Everyone I have dealt with at the store has been great! I was so happy that they were the bakery attached with spring mill!

The cake was delicious! Lochel's was great to work with up to the wedding! The flavors in our cake were lemon and almond raspberry and we got a lot of compliments on how our cake looked!

I was not impressed during the tasting session, but then the cake tasted delicious on the wedding day and afterwards. The only thing I didn't like was the icing...very bland and just a poor quality icing. Maybe ask them if they do other icings besides their fluffy buttercream type. But the cake itself is moist and tasty.

I was lucky enough that my venue worked with Lochel's because their cake is amazing. Even if it wasn't the place my venue used, I would have still picked Lochel's. Our wedding cake looked exactly as we had asked and it was DELICIOUS. My husband loves their chocolate chip cake. It was so good. I highly recommend Lochel's Bakery.

Lochel's is the bakery which our venue works with , and we were very pleased with them. We had the BEST cake ever! It was my husbands idea to go "out of the box", so we chose to go with a sprinkle cake! It was such a crowd pleaser, not just for the presentation but for the taste as well!! Their raspberry pound cake is amazing!!! I would def recommend them!

Our cake from Lochel's was both beautiful and delicious. They did a great job of creating exactly what we wanted, even though the picture we brought in was not 100% what we wanted. They were easy and enjoyable to work with. When a small change came up during the decoration of the cake, they called to verify it. It was the alternative we had previously discussed, but it was great to know exactly what we would be seeing on our big day. The cake itself was delicious and the best man could not stop eating it. We cannot wait to eat it again in one year!

Our venue works exclusively with Lochel's so we hoped for a decent cake. we got more that a decent cake, we got an AMAZING cake! We were blown away at our at-venue tasting with 4-5 different kinds of cake and 4-5 icings. Then our wedding coordinator told us we should go for an in-store tasting. There, we were able to pick from probably 10 kinds of cake, icings and fillings. We opted for something a little different -- almond chocolate chip cake with vanilla icing. It rocked. We look forward to eating it again in 11 months! We also ordered donuts from there for our breakfast the next day and people raved about them. And the price was very reasonable for the quality we got. I highly recommend Lochel's!

My Cake was perfect and delicious. All of our guest thought it was absolutely gorgeous and delicious. When I saw the cake I was completely blown away.

We were recently married on September 27th, 2014. One of the details of the wedding planning that my husband and I were both looking forward to was cake selection! We went for our cake testing and it was one of my favorite days. We had a variety of flavors to select and taste. My husband and I have the same "taste" (pun intended) in cake flavors. We went with chocolate and chocolate chip. We selected a beautiful ivory 4 tiered square cake with a touch of "bling" on it. In the back of our minds we both couldn't stop thinking about the awesome sprinkle cake that Lochel's had. About 4 weeks prior to our wedding I emailed Maura the store manager to ask if we could make a change and select the sprinkle cake. It was no problem at all! My hubby had no idea until the day of the wedding that our cake would be "talked about everyday" sprinkle cake. One of the best pictures we have is my husband seeing the surprise sprinkle cake. It was the most BEAUTIFUL cake ever. Our wedding was formal and elegant and this cake added a bit of fun. It was simply perfect. It was fun with a touch of elegance with the ribbons added to it. Until this day- 47 days later- everyone is still talking about our cake. Not only was it beautiful- it was one of the best tasting cakes we have ever had - and we take our cake eating seriously :). If you want a beautiful cake (they have SO many selections), great taste and excellent service- Lochel's Bakery is the way to go for sure! We also got our awesome hamburger cake for our rehearsal dinner there. Next up- Thanksgiving dessert will be ordered from Lochel's :)

These guys were phenomenal! By the time our cake tasting was done with lochels we could not wait to see and eat our cake! Besides coming in here to grab pastries and last minute desserts we need, we had them do our wedding cake. We got to personalize our flavors and then they have a ton of sample pictures to get ideas going in how you would like your cake to look. They really do such a great job personalizing everything. At our reception our cake was set up by our sweetheart table. I loved just being able to look at it all night. We also had a cake topper made that we didn't know if it was going to be to heavy. They were so detailed and checked it out for us, assuring it would be fine. It was set perfectly by them on top of our cake and we got TONS of compliments. Thanks so much for adding such a great touch to our wedding:)

This year marks 10 years I have been married. Everyone still talks about how beautiful and delicious that cake was. Lochel's staff are very professional and dedicated caring people. The cake was still great on our first anniversary that we celebrated. Can't go wrong with this bakery!

I got married 10/27/12, we had a perfect small wedding in laguna beach california. On 7/27/13, we had a christmas in july themed reception in pa. I have lived in pa my whole life, and had heard wonderful things about lochels wedding cakes, and had previously had donuts, pound cake, and buttercakes, all yummy! i met with lochels, with a drawing in hand of what i wanted my cake to look like. They sent me home with a box of cake samples ( husband was unable to come) and we ordered our cake. It was three tier, three different flavors (chocolate chip pound cake, vanilla pound cake with raspberry filling, buttercream icing, and carrot cake, cost a bit more but totally worth it!!), and beautifully decorated christmas presents, just like my drawing! And so flavorful and perfect, delivered to my venue. It was a perfect yummy cake for my reception. The staff is friendly, and they work with you to create your dream cake! I truly recommend them to everyone! Plus... you get a beautiful free anniversary cake the month of your first anniversary, so you can eat fresh cake (not yucky frozen cake!!) Lochels Bakery made us a great cake for our October wedding! They had so many different choices to pick from at our tasting with a great variety of fillings! Our cake came out so great. They were very easy to work with and I would definitely recommend them to others.

Our Wedding Cake came out much better than I was expecting. I thought it was beautiful! We had to change the design a tad because the guest list numbers went down some, but it still looked just as amazing, and it was yummy too. The girls at the bakery are pretty nice as well.

The entire team at Lochels is amazing! We have used them as our regular bakery for as long as I can remember and when we weren't happy with the bakery that was provided from our venue, we thought "why not" and so glad we did!! When my husband and I went into the bakery frantic 2 weeks before our wedding, they did everything they could to calm us down and make sure that everything went smoothly. We did a tasting that day and they were so accommodating!! Our cake was amazing and we would recommend Lochels to ANYONE who asks!

We were married on St Patrick's Day 2012 and it was a second marriage for both of us. We wanted to incorporate something from the "luck of the Irish" and our 5 daughter's love of cupcakes. Lochels helped us design the perfect cupcakes in several decisions flavors. We had a top tier cake and the cupcakes made up the rest of the tiers. It was beautiful, delicious and definitely Lucky and Irish!! The girls loved the cupcakes as did our guests. Kathleen at Lochels was such a tremendous help and willing to offer ideas and suggestions. The cake tasting was wonderful and so glad we went with cupcakes because then we were able to use all the delicious flavors Lochels has to offer. I promise you if you decide to use them you won't go wrong.

We ordered our wedding cake from Lochel's since we were going out of state for our ceremony and wanted to bring a piece of home with us. Both of us grew up in the Hatboro area and grew up with Lochel's goodies so when it came time to order our wedding cake, it really wasn't a question of who it was more what did we want it too look like. The whole planning processf was easy as pie. Kathleen helped us and combined our ideas into not a beautiful display but very tasty treat as well. We got married in Ocean City, NJ and they didn't even flinch when he asked them to deliver to us. Even with the delivery charge, it was still cheaper than what we would have paid in NJ so it was a no brainer. I am so glad we chose them and will continue to choose them for all our bakery goodies and treats. Their pies and specialty cakes, cookies and treats are perfect for the holidays!!!

We got our wedding cake from Lochel's. We are very picky when it comes to cake, but Lochel's exceeded our expectations. We had many compliments on how beautiful and delicious the cake was! We are now regular customers! Side note: the "turkey" pound cake they make for thanksgiving is now a family favorite!

They allowed me to pick out the flowers I had wanted to add to their design and made a gorgeous topper for us as well. It was everything I had envisioned that I spoke to them about at our initial consultation and tasting. After informing them that I had a gluten allergy, Lochel's made one of our tiers gluten free, so that I could enjoy our wedding cake along with our guests at our reception. It was delicious! Thank you again for being a part of our special day and for being so wonderful to work with! You have made a forever customer in the both of us!

My present husband and I need gluten free food and I was worried about having a gluten free cake that didn't taste that great and how it would work out with a regular cake for all the guests. Instead,it all worked out great. The chocolate gluten-free cake was put as the top layer on the wedding cake and was actually the most delicious gluten-free cake I've eaten (they are usually dry and not so tasty). The rest of the cake was marble choc/vanilla and it was all iced with butter cream frosting that was both beautiful and delicious. There were tons of choices for cake styles (available as part of a package with our reception venue) and the cake was both delicious and beautiful. Owner is also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Our cake was also included with our venue, the $12 was for some small add ons. We did two different flavors, and the chocolate chip layer was very dry. Otherwise, I loved this place and the cake looked beautiful.

I like the variety of cupcakes for a wedding, instead of a cake (or in connection WITH a cake). I visited about 6 other Philadelphia area bakeries. I did not shop around for my florist, my DJ, I did not even look at 6 VENUES, yet I looked at tons of bakeries for cupcakes. I wanted a ton of different flavors, with some unique flavors, some "basic" flavors, and as I live 2 hours from where my wedding took place, I needed someone reliable. So enter Lochel's. Kathleen loves what she does, and it shows. I had a weekend in Philly and she worked around a jam packed schedule to meet with me for a tasting. She gave me great recommendations of flavors that would appeal to our guests (holy cannoli was a big hit with the Italians, for example). When I described the wedding, she knew how I wanted the cupcakes to look like immediately. Instead of telling me to purchase a tower through her (which I'm sure she could have done for a significant upcharge) she recommended places to buy my own tower that would be cheaper and sturdier. Every time I emailed her she got back to me immediately and let me know exactly what was going on. The price per cupcake is phenomenal - I believe it's gone up since my wedding but it is still SIGNIFICANTLY lower than you will find with similar quality cupcakes for the area. Set up and delivery is VERY well done and worth the reasonable price. I decided to order more knowing that people would have more than 1. And people came up to me telling me they were bummed they filled up on the meal and could only eat 2. :) The cupcakes were one of the biggest hits of the wedding. They were SO moist (fresh baked that day), impeccably decorated, and all the flavors just went together. She made a special flavor for us which was also great. And the top layer of our cake was decorated beautifully as well, impressive as I gave her absolutely no direction on how to decorate it. The one thing I'd recommend doing should you choose to have cupcakes is to bring labels so guests know what they are trying before they delve in. The blueberry pancake looks green and most people thought it was either lime or pistachio. just a heads up. :)

My wedding cake was delicious and decorated perfectly. I liked that they gave me the option of having two different flavors which was nice. The woman who owns it is very sweet and friendly.

We ordered an almond chocolate chip pound cake with buttercream frosting for our wedding, and it was SO delicious and unique - our guests loved it. My daughter purchase her wedding cake at Lochel's Bakery. She went to a cake tasting event and decided on 3 different Layers - choc-chip, Lemon and RasBerry and each of them was Delicious. The cake was Beautiful as well as TASTY. We loved it.

They make wedding cakes that taste as good as they look! We went with a chocolate chip with a ganache filling and it was delicious!

My wedding cake from Lochel's was delicious! During the tasting, we were able to try many options and had a hard time choosing. Once we settled in a raspberry swirl, Lochel's allowed us to use photos of previous cakes to design what we wanted. My wedding color was plum and Lochel's recommended using an accent color instead, because the plum might turn up looking really dark in photos. I'm really glad they suggested this because we used a coral ribbon and accent in the flowers and it ended up looking beautiful with the floral arrangements in the venue. I'm very happy with their service!

The cake from Lochel's came with our venue package and we were happy to see that they are such a great bakery. For the taste test, they gave us four choices of delicious warm pound cake. They had preset designs for me to choose from in our package range, but i was able to personalize it with colors and switching a layer of designs for script. We picked chocolate chip.

The cake itself was absolutely delicious. We got the Choc. Almond Pound cake, and it was moist, and perfectly sweet. On our wedding video you can see my husband say "WOW! the cake is really good!"

It was a pleasure working with a local bakery. The tasting was smooth and delicious, made it hard to chose. I have always dreamed of having cupcakes and Lochel's didn't having any problem making that happen. We even had 3 flavors for our guest. We ordered a cake topper which she matched the leaves perfectly. I couldn't have been happier with the service and the day of the cupcakes were so yummy. Our cake was included in our venue package. We met with Lochel's to pick flavors, colors, and design. The shop itself is TINY so our consult seemed really cramped and rushed, and the cake at the tasting was not that good. BUT the actual wedding cake was delicious and turned out really nice.

Through my venue, The Manor House, my husband and I had a choice of 3 or 4 bakeries to use for our wedding cake. We tried a few, even one of the most well-known bakeries in the area (not naming names), but was just blown away by the flavor and moistness of the cakes they offered. We chose to use a fairly traditional design and hoped to incorporate the lace of my dress on the cake - super easy, we took a few close ups of the pattern during a fitting and emailed it over - the pattern on the cake just beautifully mimicked the lace. I also decided to surprise my husband with a groom's cake that resembled our couch at home with our two dogs laying on it. Again, I just emailed a few pictures of our dogs & Lochel's did the rest. Everyone was so impressed with the beauty of our "traditional" wedding cake and thought the groom's cake perfectly captured our boys. Their service was amazing as well! Kathleen emailed with me on and off for months, even while she was on maternity leave, answering any questions I had. Then Trish stepped in when Kathleen no longer was taking emails, and the transition was seamless. Great service, great design,and most importantly, delicious cakes!

We ordered decorated cookies with the Love Park statue on them. Kathleen was so easy to work with and she always got right back to me with answers to all my questions. They looked exactly like I wanted them to and they even tied my favor tags on. That was a huge relief it gave me one less thing to worry about doing. They tasted awesome too! I was thrilled with how they came out.

Lochel’s is a cute bakery with some delicious items in Hatboro. We got our cake through them as part of the wedding package at our venue. When we went for our initial appointment, my husband and I got to choose some flavors to sample (we loved the marble and raspberry swirl and chose them for our layers). As for the design, we were a little disappointed that we simply had to pick a picture out of a book and then discuss modifications. Their designs were definitely beautiful, but I think we expected more personalization and designing in the process. One thing that we did add to our design was extra flowers. The week before the wedding, I had to go in to drop off our topper and pay the extra $100 for the pre-made flowers. We were a little disappointed to find out that there was maybe only 5 extra flowers. I’m not too knowledgeable about the wedding bakery industry, but that felt like a lot of money for not much on the cake. However, the cake was exactly what we asked for and delicious. All staff was very professional and friendly as well. If any Philly bride chooses Lochel’s for their cake, I’m sure they will have a good experience. Just go in knowing what your experience will be like and be specific with what you want.

We used this bakery for my bridal shower and our reception. The staff was great at helping us figure out what we wanted in a cake. It was delicious and beautiful. We could not have designed a cake that fit our personalities and style more perfectly. Also, the cake was moist and had a unique flavor from the standard pound cakes.

So many people came up to my husband and myself and told us how much they loved the cake and how moist and delicious it was. I grew up getting cakes from Lochel's and will continue to Lochel's. Plus in a year we get a brand new fresh cake top to have to celebrate our anniversary!!!

Lochel's BAkery was fabulous, the cake was amazing (you need to get their Marble cake!) and the Groom's cake was a hit! They did a great job - highly reccomended!

Lochel's Bakery provided the cake for my 10/9/11 wedding. Their services were included as one of the possible bakers at my venue, so I can't speak to costs, but the cake was delicious. We really wanted a pumpkin cake and committed to Lochel's before we'd had a chance to try that sample (it being seasonal). Well, the cake at the wedding turned out even better than the sample we ultimately had--it had a great pumpkin flavor, not overwhelming but tastefully spiced and perfect for an autumn wedding. The design was also great, exactly what we wanted with fondant leaves and fall berries at no extra cost. We can't wait to have the pumpkin cake again next year--Lochel's provides a free anniversary cake for wedding couples. :)

Our wedding cake was included in our wedding package at the Spring Mill Manor. I have to say that this was not a bad deal. Everyone at the bakery was very nice and the cake was beautiful and tasted great! They offer so many flavors and options, no one will be disappointed!

I asked Lochel's to alternate the decorations on the cake layers with one of swiss dots and then a layer with a pattern of my dress, etc. It wasn't a simple pattern, but a beautiful flower pattern. When I saw my cake, it took my breath away. It was perfect and looked better than I could even imagine. I loved it!

The cake was included in the wedding venue package but I didn't realize until 2 weeks before my wedding that I had to go visit a bakery and choose one! Lochel's was recommended by my wedding coordinator and they were soooo helpful! They were booked for appointments but they managed to find a time when I could come in for a tasting. Kathleen was very helpful and I was shocked at how many of the cakes pictured in the book were actually part of my package. (A lot of places seem to say "it's included" and then you only have like 3 of something to choose from). She made us aware of any "extras" but did not pressure us into anything. All of the cakes offered were BEAUTIFUL and we loved the flavors we chose to taste. We ended up with alternating tiers of lemon swirl pound cake and the chocolate chip pound cake so there was a little variety for guests. We also chose a design that was featured on one of the shelves in the bakery but was not yet shown in the book. Everything was included! Lochel's really helped me customize a cake for my wedding without pressuring me into anything extra that I didn't want. I really appreciated that, especially so close to my date when money was tight.
