We are coming back again this year for the event, and we were so pleased with the service that we decided to come back again even if the rate was higher, and we even got the suite this time. f you are going to be coming and going it is an absolute headache even with your parking being validated it was still an hassle other than the parking this hotel was a 10/10

room available, it's the last one". Then the night before I left, they called the room to say that they had charged me my stay (even though I hadn't checked out) and my credit card had been declined. In the morning my wife and I came down to have breakfast and sort it out at the front desk, but the card was really not working, so I needed to go to my room and get another card, except both our room keys were not working. So we asked them to fix it and they said that because there was an outstanding balance, we couldn't go back to our rooms. So now I can't get into my room until I pay, but I can't pay until I get into my room? I couldn't understand how I got into such a Kafkaesque situation so I asked for the manager. The manager couldn't be bothered apparently, and just confirmed that was that. They ended up having security escort my wife into the room, hold the door open and watch while she looked for my other credit card, with all our things lying around. Needless to say, she was really upset. The staff is generally very kind and the room is very comfortable. With that little nightmare and my dad almost having no room for the night, though, I would just say there are plenty of other nice hotels in the same area.
