Everything about this location is perfect. We were set on Coral Gables as our main wedding location but choosing a venue was difficult as there are so many options. However, everything that the Loews Hotel Coral Gables had to offer sold it for us. We loved the outdoor event lawn and event deck where our ceremony and cocktail hour took place. Even the Plan B ballroom in case of rain was beautiful! The beautiful Alhambra Ballroom D&E was the perfect size for our 230 guest count for the reception. The balcony on the terrace on the event floor was a perfect place to have our cigar bar. Additionally, the FOOD WAS AMAZING. Everyone at our wedding raved about the cocktail hour and reception dinner food. We also chose late night bites and those were DEVOURED. We even had our rehearsal dinner at the hotel in the boardroom and the food that night was phenomenal. And having that boardroom as our bridal getting ready room was truly game changing! Aside from that, planning the wedding with Jessica Linares was seamless. She was very organized, responsive, and detailed. All of our questions were answered thoroughly and promptly. She may have been the hotel event coordinator but she felt like part of the wedding planning team. Service was also top notch! Everything was smooth and my guests were extremely happy. And I love that they only host one wedding per day! Definitely worth it for the location, food, setting, and wonderful people. The plaza downstairs made everything very accessible for our guests staying at the hotel and we were able to have the best wedding weekend here.
This is a new hotel. The venue is gorgeous! We wanted to do our wedding cocktail and reception at their terrace but due to weather conditions we had to use one of the ballrooms. The event turned out perfect! All our gusts loved everything about it: the place, set up, the food and presentation, drinks, the service… we are beyond happy to have selected this venue for our event.
