Jessica Linares is the Senior Catering Manager for the new Loews Coral Gables Hotel.
She was born and raised in the heart of Coral Gables and studied Hospitality Management at Florida International University, with focus on Event Planning and Tourism Marketing. Jessica let her love for planning and details take lead and went into a career focusing on weddings and events. Over the past 10 years, she has worked in all areas social catering including production, décor design, restaurants and hotels. Today she continues that passion and creativity keeping her couples vision top of mind.
