Loews Miami Beach Hotel

Words can’t express how my wife and I enjoyed having our wedding at the beautiful Loews Hotel Miami Beach in April 2019. We live in NYC and although we have family in South Florida, we wanted all of our family who came in from all over the world to be able to enjoy it like a another vacation. We can’t believe it’s been 2 weeks already and the guests are still talking about it. ☺️ Planning a wedding at a destination location can be stressful but the staff at the Loews are top notched, professional, warm and caring and from arrival we felt like VIPs. We have 3 kids and they were treated like royalty. From the tastings of the food with the best chefs and wait staff & servers. The rooms were amazing. The staff kept towels in the room fresh and the rooms clean at all times. We really didn’t have to lift a finger. Our wedding was amazing and our family was overjoyed to celebrate it with us in Miami. They are still talking about the food, the hotel, the wedding, the DJ & everything else....☺️ A special thank you goes to Jesse Ramirez, our catering manager for the Loews, she was amazing. She’s one of the main reasons we chose the Loews for our wedding extravaganza. Jesse’s thoughtfulness, patience, timely responses and just all around positive altitude was infectious. She took the time to get to know us and what we wanted. She worked well with our wedding planner, LLE handling all of the details of our wedding and coordinating all issues and information with all of our wedding vendors. It was a well oiled machine and it really helped keep the stress levels down. If you are looking for a special place to celebrate your wedding in a tropical destination with the best weather and atmosphere, definitely put the Loews Hotel Miami Beach on the top of the list. On May 27th, 2017 my husband and I had our wedding celebration at the Loews Miami Beach Hotel. As we begin to unwind from our epic celebration, we would like to acknowledge what a perfect venue we chose for our magical wedding day. Jon and I are from Chicago and Fort Lauderdale, respectively, but live together in NYC. We considered wedding venues in all three cities, but the Loews Miami Beach was un-paralleled in terms of location, service, and value. What initially drew us to the Loews was the luxe beauty of the property, especially the Americana Ballroom which overlooks the Atlantic Ocean through floor-to-ceiling arch windows. The terrace, which we utilized for cocktail hour, offers an exquisite setting for a romantic evening where our guests watched the sunset. The cabanas and newly renovated premises created the look of a tropical paradise for our guests. Our cocktail hour was set outside on The Grand Lawn with high-top tables that made for amazing photo opportunities. In addition to the setting, the Loews catering staff demonstrated exceptional service and etiquette that had our guests feeling pampered the entire evening. Specifically, Jesse Ramirez is by far the best wedding coordinator we have had the pleasure of meeting and working with. Some of Jesse’s incredible attention to detail consisted of the following. During the cocktail hour our guests were greeted with our signature cocktail. Jesse took time to help us name the cocktail, during the planning process, in a way that represented the essence of us as a couple. Jesse and the staff were completely flexible in helping to create our vision. Prior to the wedding, our food and cake tasting was an experience that we will always cherish. The five-star treatment the Loews showed us was superb! We were pampered like royalty as the head chefs greeted us with customized menu selections for our wedding reception that would be best suited for the spring season. We left our tasting with peace of mind and sheer satisfaction that the cuisines would have our guest complimenting for months to come! If you are looking for elite culinary entrees for your dream wedding, look no further than The Loews Miami Beach. We have received multiple compliments that the cuisine at our wedding was not only the best wedding food people have ever had, but also some of the best food people have ever had! Cuisines that were prepared for a wedding of 160 people tasted just like it did at our food and cake tasting for 6 people. Lastly, we had several vendors for our wedding in which Jesse coordinated with directly so that we were relieved of any coordinating pressures as the bride and groom. The communication between vendors could not have gone as smoothly as it did without Jesse’s direction. In addition to the vendors, Jesse provided a bridal suite for myself, and my bridesmaids to do hair and make-up in. If that wasn’t gracious enough, after our magical wedding was over Jon and I arrived to our hotel suite to decorations and customized cupcakes with special messages and photos on them, on behalf of Jesse and the catering staff. In an attempt to portray Jesse’s brilliant finesse to wedding planning, this letter does not do her justice. I truly cannot thank Jesse enough for how special she made me, and my husband feel on our wedding day.
