The wedding coordinators at the Loew's were extremely pleasant to work with. Leading up to the event, they walked us through the venue numerous times to discuss different potential...
set-ups and day-of coordination items. A few months prior, we had our tasting, and it was incredible! We were offered first class service, and were able to try numerous options. It was super tasty and professionally executed, getting us excited for our wedding food (which, in our experience at other weddings, can sometimes be a let-down).
In the weeks just prior to the event, Phonecia (current wedding coordinator) ensured that we were set-up for success, and answered our every question while keeping us updated as to how the final price would change according to any adjustments we made.
The wedding day could not have gone smoother. When we arrived at the venue, we were immediately at ease with how well the entire event was executed. We were treated to a relaxing couple's retreat hosted by what could be the sweetest service personnel in all of New Orleans. The dinner service (seated dinner) was smooth and DELICIOUS: All our guests complimented how great the food and venue was!
In addition to the wedding reception, our room block and prep areas were also at the Loew's. The accommodations were exceptional, and the service provided day of spectacular.
Fantastic wedding reception for our daughter!!!
The ballroom w/ floor to ceiling windows provided a magnificent nightime view of the city! The food was absolutely DELICIOUS!!!
The ...
reception area had 3 bars & several food stations!
The room is L- shaped, so we had the band in one area & tables & sofas for quieter seating in another area.
We received LOTS of compliments on the venue & food.
Service was OUTSTANDING.
Ms. Delores , our attendant, was always available, smiling & ready to help us. She is a treasure!
Ms. Maria Cervini, our co- ordinator, was topnotch !!!
She is experienced, professional, competent, & has a beautiful calm personality ! Everything went very smoothly!
We are very happy w/ our choice!!!
Our wedding at Loews was absolutely perfect! Allison and Andrea made the process so easy and effortless. I was a very organized and scheduled wedding planner, and they were the exa...
ct same way. I had no doubts that the wedding day would go smoothly and they would deliver my vision, which they did!! We had a few mishaps along the way that were unforeseen, but the hotel was super accommodating and made sure at the end of it all that we were happy. The guests were raving about the mac and cheese bar, and really all of the food in general! Perfect night!
Everything was perfect! It is a very underrated space that not many people think of, but it is absolutely beautiful! When we first booked, Kelli was our event coordinator, but abou...
t 3/4 of the way through, she left and Andrea Renken took over. It was a seamless transition and nothing got lost in translation. Andrea is super professional and does a great job making the wedding go off without a hitch. At the wedding, our attendant was Deborah, she was absolutely a dream. She kept us fed and hydrated and kept us organized throughout the night. They were also very accommodating with our hotel room: my fiance stayed in the room the night before the wedding, and as soon as he left the next morning, someone came in and prepped the room for my girls and I to get ready there. And as soon as we left for the ceremony, the hotel people came through again and prepped the room for the night of the wedding (nice champagne, wedding cake, chocolate covered strawberries, rose petals on the bed, etc.). There is nothing I would change, everything was perfect and I couldn't have asked for a better venue.
They messed up the pricing of our room and the menu. Kelli Bruno is no longer with the Loews. I did not feel like anyone who worked there actually knew my wedding from the other ...
weddings. It was complicated and hard to get a response. It would take several days to get a response to a simple question. The piazza was a broken mess. However the food tasted good and everyone of my guests had a good time.

eception. The staff is wonderful. The rooms were fantastic. Food was spectacular. Every single guest raved about the reception. Highly recommend this venue. Very convenient and walking distance to French quarter and harrah's. Everything was perfect.
We booked the Loews Hotel for the night before the wedding and the wedding night. We used the rooms to get ready in on the day of the wedding and it couldn't have worked out better...
. The Loews Hotel has valet parking and a beautiful lobby with a bar and restaurant inside. The rooms are the most spacious in the city, huge bathrooms, and just overall beautiful accommodations. The beds were very comfy and everything you needed was just a phone call away. The staff at the entire hotel was so friendly and welcoming. When we checked in, they asked the occasion for our stay and we told them. When we returned to our hotel room after our wedding, there was a card for us, along with a chilled bottle of champagne, glasses, and gourmet chocolate truffles to congratulate us. The Loews was so good to us and we really enjoyed our stay!

y had ever been a part of to get ready the day of the wedding. Even better the room service, spa, bell-hops and all staff were very friendly and accommodating even for the kids that stayed with us. The night after when my husband and I spent the night there were even chocolate covered strawberries and champagne waiting for us, too!
