Halsey couldn't cut my hair even. My hair is short in front and long in the back. The color came out red and not brown. When I tried to get my money refunded they said they would r...
efund cut and toner but not color. I paid 170 and I have got the run around for 5 days. The stress I've had to go talking to these people is ridiculous. They blocked me doing a review on Facebook so they can keep there 4.7 stars. So who knows what rating they actually are.
I always go to the Loft 352 for my hair and you bet that I'll be going for my wedding! The staff is knowledgeable and professional and you really feel like family when you go in. I...
recommend it to everyone!
Had the best experience here! Love the staff, they do great work.
Im a retired dad. I never knew much about hair, but I do know when my daughter is happy, and these ladies put the biggest smile on my daughters face. I took her to Loft 352 to go o...
ver what my daughter wanted to do with her hair for the wedding, and these ladies snapped to. They brought my daughter over to the chair, and started going over her hair, and what they all thought would look good. I asked my daughter about it after we left and she said that she never felt rushed, and that they worked with her to do something that she wanted, not what someone else wanted. When the hair day came, they made sure my daughter was comfortable the entire time while they were working. The environment was light hearted and pleasant to be around. Their receptionist made sure my wife and I were well taken care of too! When they were done, everyone's breath was taken away. My daughter couldn't stop talking about how much she loved it, and soon after my wife couldn't either! These ladies made my daughters special day that much more memorable by making her look like a princess. They gained my family as their customers as long as we're in spring hill!
Talented, friendly staff and a relaxing, modern enviroment!
Wouldn't go anywhere else in Spring Hill! Been a guest here for many years. I see Greg regularly.
The worst salon experience in my life. I'm very disappointed. I just wanted an easy haircut with fringe and Kate didn't know how to do it!.
She was very inexperienced, even I had t...

I don't recommend this salon.
