The absolute best venue in Troy, NY! When touring venues I had a specific vibe and look in mind and Loft was just that! From the beginning Abby Wilson and Renee Mancuso were welcoming and super helpful with every question and request. Planning a wedding in NY while living in FL can be stressful but I never had a doubt in mind with them! They responded quickly with each email (even when I would send multiples with different questions - sorry girls!!). On the day of we had bad weather and Loft was extremely accommodating with letting us come in early for photos after our ceremony off-site. We were even greeted with champagne when we entered the building!! The day off staff were AMAZING!! Shelley Francella was friendly, helpful and has an eye for detail! She caught little things that we did not even see which greatly helped contribute to our perfect day. Our bridal attendant, Mina Kopp-Accurso, was so friendly and accommodating without being too much. She was the perfect balance and we adored her!! Everyone raved about the food and drink selection - Mazzone Catering did an excellent job! The tomato bisque and grilled cheese shooters were a huge hit!! We could not have asked for a better day or venue!! Thank you to all involved.

An Unforgettable Wedding Experience! We recently had our wedding reception at Loft 433, and it was truly an unforgettable experience from start to finish! We knew we were lucky to find a place like Loft 433 after our first meeting with Abby and Renee. They were so accommodating to our requests and answered all our questions promptly. They were super professional and fun to work with and made the entire planning experience so easy and effortless (even with our short time line). Their organizational skills and thoughtful guidance allowed us to have everything we wanted at our wedding without an issue. The moment we walked into the venue, it truly took our breath away. The ambiance was perfect, with every detail executed better than we planned it! They made the venue into a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was running smoothly, and it was clear they were committed to making the day as special as possible. A huge shout-out to Jordan and his staff—each person was friendly, attentive, and professional. It was such a relief to know everything was taken care of. They all worked seamlessly behind the scenes to make sure the entire night flowed without a hitch! It was clear that they all genuinely enjoyed being a part of our special day. Maki, our personal attendant deserves a special mention as well. Not only was she incredibly efficient, but she also brought a personal touch to her service. She anticipated our needs before they were voiced, which made our day feel effortless. Her friendly demeanor and attention to detail made us feel truly cared for throughout the entire evening. Mazzone Catering was amazing. Each station was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. The flavors were spot-on and received rave reviews from all guests. Everything was acurately labeled with ingredients for those with specific dietary needs leading to everyone being satisfied and well-fed. Kids meals were hand-delivered when requested. A big thank you to the culinary team for their incredible work!
