re! The staff are amazing and helped so much that I didn’t need a day of coordinator. They were so easy to work with even up to the last week, making last minute floor plan changes and answering any final questions. Although you have to bring in all vendors yourself, Rebecca provides a list of their preferred vendors who are very experienced working events at Loft Lucia. We used them all and they were all amazing. It makes such a difference to work with vendors who the venue already trusts and who are already familiar with the venue layout and staff. Lastly, it was raining 10 minutes before our rooftop ceremony and when it stopped, the venue staff dried the seats so quickly and we were able to have our rooftop ceremony! We couldn’t have been happier. The staff are so committed to making your event as perfect as possible as if it’s their own. Our guests have been buzzing about how beautiful the day was all week. Would recommend them 10 times over!

We were originally planning on having our wedding on the rooftop terrace, but due to rain we were able to have the ceremony inside. It was a seamless adjustment. We were still able to use the upstairs area for our cocktail hour which made it feel like its own unique experience before transitioning downstairs for the reception. The service on our wedding day was outstanding. Their attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the event. They also recommend excellent other vendors to work with that were familiar with the space which was nice. We highly recommend Loft Lucia to any couple looking for a wedding location.

With how lovely the space is, paired with all the gorgeous plants (both on the patio and inside) not much additional decor is needed, which we loved. And the staff is AMAZING! From the start, Rebecca and Armando were so responsive, kind and helpful. Any time we had a question they got back to us quickly and eased any worries we might have had. Rebecca's attention to detail and her experience is unmatched - she made sure everything at the venue was picture perfect for our wedding. We HIGHLY recommend having your wedding at Loft Lucia! You will absolutely love it!

or us. We toured the venue 5 days after getting engaged, so there was a lot still up in the air, but the team at Loft Lucia worked with us to get everything to come together. Their preferred vendor list is amazing and makes the process so smooth! Highly recommend using all the vendors they encourage - who are just as amazing, we used Prestige Westmont Wine & Spirits, Cocina Fusion Catering, Flowers for Dreams, and DJ Armando (who now works in house at Loft Lucia)! Becca was an absolute dream to work with, she is so organized and efficient, which is exactly what you need when you are planning a wedding. We hired a planner 3 months out from our date and Becca caught him up to speed in no time.  I do recommend a head count of closer to 100 in the winter months, but with space heaters and a quick room flip, they made our 115 head count work! I literally cannot say enough good things about Loft Lucia. If you are looking for a gorgeous, intimate wedding space in the West Loop, it is perfect.

We were fortunate enough to have wonderful weather for our wedding and with that were able to utilize the gorgeous 4th floor terrace for our ceremony and cocktail hour. They were easy to work with and definitely knew the ins and outs of wedding suggestions, with great vendor partners for catering and alcohol. The also put together the perfect floor plan, something that I had difficulty envisioning until we went for the final planning and Rebecca organized it all effortlessly. Being able to have our wedding on the rooftop and the reception inside was a very cool way to break up our ceremony and reception even though they were all at Loft Lucia. They had great options in terms of furniture as well, and anything else we needed we could rent. We had 140 attendees and the space and the furniture was enough for us, just rented some additional chairs for the rooftop for our ceremony! Make sure you read all the contract and the rules for the venue though, goes a long way in showing the vendor that you’ll be a respectful wedding party as they do have specific guidelines and rules. So thankful we chose Loft Lucia as our venue.

Cocktail hour upstairs was perfect and then coming downstairs to see the reception space and dinner was the grand reveal I was hoping for :) The management team is very easy to work with and they have a ton of items in the inventory for you to use that cost nothing! Would really highly recommend the space!

best time. So many of our guests continue to tell us how beautiful the location was and how much they enjoyed it. Can't recommend them enough!

t for our Fall 2019 wedding. There was a little bit of lag time getting the contracts in order but it was understandable because it was a new business. Once it was time to do our final walk through late August 2019 I appreciated how professional, welcoming and accommodating Celia was to work with. We had planned to use the rooftop for our ceremony but our wedding day turned out to be a rainy day so we had to use our "Plan B" and the space turned out so LOVELY with our little details. The ceremony on the main floor made it so cozy, romantic and intimate more so than I could have ever dreamed of. The staff was great to work with not to mention the furniture inventory of the venue - it allows for so much creativity/beauty. It was the perfect venue for our celebration!!

ebecca and Celia were fantastic to work with leading up to the event answering all of my questions and guiding me through the decision making process. We wanted to do a DIY wedding with our own vendors and personality-- and Rebecca and Celia helped make that a reality. Furthermore, we threw Rebecca a last minute curveball during the event by asking her to run the sound system with my overly engineered playlists and she did it wonderfully. While I never ever plan on getting married again, I definitely do anticipate using this venue again for parties, fundraisers, or company outings. Thanks so much!!!

The large patio is surrounded by gorgeous greenery and sits right in the heart of the West Loop. The open kitchen made the dinner feel intimate and the light that came through the west facing windows left us speechless. It's also well equipped with audio and video capabilities which was helpful to us as we chose not to hire a DJ. One of the owners, Jason was very amenable to our needs and was dedicated to making sure we were set up for a successful event. The Event Manager, Celia was very friendly and great to work with, prior to and day of. She happily went above and beyond to ensure our reception went smoothly.

The finishes, layout, gorgeous professional kitchen, jaw dropping marble bar, rooftop and even their rental inventory- all exceptional. I can’t recommend Loft Lucia enough for your celebration- whether “the more the merrier” or intimate in size- it’s simply perfect.
