The Log Cabin was an amazing wedding venue! Nicole was an excellent planner and helped us so much with the logistics. She helped us in every part of the process. She helped us with basic questions and really helped when it came to planning the ceremony and reception events and timing. She made everything very clear and was great with answering questions throughout the whole engagement. Our wedding itself was so fun and everything we could have wanted. Our friends and family kept complimenting us on how beautiful the venue was along with the mountain views!

Our lead server Callie was excellent and anticipated our needs before we could even could think of them. The to go cookies near the end of the night were a must!! The table was swarmed when they came out and people wanted to know if they could order the cookies after the fact! We would highly recommend an outstanding venue with great views!!

The Delaney House is a classic country house venue situated west of Mt. Tom State Reservation and features an array of gorgeously decorated event rooms. Though found in the heart of Western Massachusetts, both venues are easily accessible from major East Coast cities. Both locations are a three-hour drive from New York and a two-hour journey from Boston.
Both locations are optimized for comfort and offer exceptional service to couples and their guests. Full of rustic splendor, The Log Cabin offers a simple and refined indoor ambiance to complement its spectacular outdoor surroundings. For more of a decorative affair, The Delaney House offers a resplendent array of event spaces, each superbly decorated to create the perfect celebration atmosphere.
In addition to a beautiful outdoor ceremony site, The Log Cabin features a variety of event rooms that can host functions of up to 450 guests. For an incredible outdoor experience, weddings can also be held at the open-air Upper Vista event space. This provides stunning valley vistas for gatherings of up to 160 people. We had a nor’easter roll through during our wedding and The Log Cabin staff pivoted so quickly and efficiently to hold our ceremony indoors. While we were disappointed in the weather, they made our ceremony still feel special and wonderfully decorated.
We do not live in New England, so having the all-inclusive aspect was fantastic for us. Not to mention that the food was delicious! Not having to worry about separate contracts for things like tables, silverware, linens, etc. was a huge weight off our shoulders. The entire time we planned our wedding, we felt that things were organized and that our event was important. We even had our rehearsal dinner and welcome party at Delaney House.

morning we left the D. Suites after our Wedding, everything was so seamless and straightforward, and at the same time, nothing about the venue and setting felt lacking or underwhelming. Working with Nicole P. as our consultant and the staff on the day of the wedding was great; Nicole never kept us hanging when we had questions or concerns. The value for cost at this venue is astounding; when we first toured, we had a hard time believing it would even be in our budget, and it ended up being one of the most affordable places we looked at. The pricing seemed very fair for 2024, and they do not upcharge you for every little thing like some other places. But the cost doesn't make anything about the space seem cheap- everything looked beautiful and well thought out. We were so happy we chose to have our wedding at Log Cabin, and we wouldn't change a thing!

and my husband and it showed. The incredible view and the beautiful ballroom were the reasons we picked this venue but I would pick it just based on the staff. They were incredibly helpful, attentive and accommodating with every detail, which allowed us to truly enjoy the day without stress. The food was absolutely outstanding and the father of the bride said it was the best meal he's ever had (including the rehearsal meal at the Delaney House). The team worked seamlessly with our vendors, guided us through the planning process and made us feel supported throughout. Nicole is the best there ever was. It's clear they genuinely care about creating unforgettable experiences for couples and families. I truly was not stressed one bit when it came to our vendor throughout the entire process. We are beyond grateful and couldn't recommend this venue more highly!

Sammy who ran the Rehearsal and Ceremony was also fantastic to work with! She was so excited for me and my husband which also got me even more excited for our wedding! She was so great on checking in with us, and making sure our day was perfect! Our Server Kat who also helped us, and checked in on us was also so great! The entire staff the whole day was excited for us and also so helpful! I have never felt so much happiness, excitement, and warmth from people I just met that day! All of my guests also commented to me on how great the staff was at the Log Cabin and how great the food was as well (as the food is Amazing here)! Nicole was great with answering all of our questions and helping us make decisions that we had no idea we would need to worry about. The outdoor ceremony spot was extremely beautiful and was exactly what we wanted. The service by the waiters, bartender (Michael), and our personal waiter (Josiah) was outstanding. Our ceremony coordinator Kaitlin and our reception coordinator Ella also helped everything turn out how we wanted. No complaints - the day went perfectly. We had so many friends and family members say it was the best wedding they ever attended.

Planning a wedding was overwhelming, but she was there with vendor suggestions, helping us make a plan for the day, and making sure everything went off without an issue. My father, along with many other guests, were very impressed not just by the wedding itself, but the venue and staff...and some of our family and friends are hard to impress. On the day of our wedding, a staff member that went by Bubbles helped us feel relaxed and made us smile on our wedding and was very helpful as well. I cannot thank them enough, I still cry every time I watch our wedding video. We will always cherish these memories and thank them from the bottom of our hearts.

utiful, but if the team handling your wedding—both before and during—aren’t top-notch, then it doesn’t matter how gorgeous the setting is. As a professional in the events industry, I can confidently say that the Log Cabin staff are the best of the best.
Nicole was our Events Manager from the moment we toured the venue until the very end. Even while on maternity leave, she remained incredibly communicative and seamlessly transitioned us to Casey, who was just as fantastic.
My husband and I love chicken parm, and while it wasn’t on their standard menu, we made the request—and they delivered! This customization truly made our day and felt so on-brand for us.
Matt, our day-of coordinator, was OUTSTANDING. I firmly believe that your vibe sets the tone for everyone around you, and Matt’s energy was unmatched—positive, uplifting, and full of enthusiasm. Everyone loved him. He ensured everything ran smoothly and that we didn’t have to worry about a thing.
I also have to shout out the servers and bar staff. With just under 180 guests, there was never a long wait for drinks—something that can make or break a wedding experience.
Having our wedding at the Log Cabin was the best decision we made.

AND it doesn't hurt that the food is AMAZING! Having amazing wedding food, I feel, is so rare and I'm so happy we were able to treat our guests (and ourselves!) to some of the most delicious dishes the venue has to offer. Our ceremony coordinator was Kelly, and just like Amanda, she made sure that everything went off without a hitch. Our guests can not get over the amazing view that The Log Cabin has to offer, but also the room our reception in was just as breath taking. ranged for us to be able to the use the whole Log Cabin facility for our wedding and reception because there were no other weddings at the property that day. It turned out to be beautiful and our guests were thankful and dry.
Since we were not planning on having the wedding at the Log Cabin the venue definitely added some fall decorations here and there to fill the space which we appreciated. The bartenders were great and came up with a fall sangria specialty drink that I loved.
Food was delicious and all of our guests were impressed.
I loved Matt's spirit for the day of and Kate (I believe here name was) was our lead server and she had mentioned it was her first day on her own and I would not have guessed it. She went above and beyond always one step ahead of me with all the little details.
We were so happy to have our wedding at The Log Cabin and could not have asked for a better day.

! Our venue coordinator, Nicole, was such a big help with wedding planning. Each step of the way she walked us through choices we had to make and helped make our visions come to life! All of our guests had such an amazing time and we got so many compliments on the food and service! We were assigned Josh as our day of coordinator and he was so helpful in making the day go smoothly. We are so very grateful that we chose the Log Cabin for our venue and would highly recommend it to anyone! Our wedding was perfect and we couldn’t imagine having it anywhere else.

The outdoor space is the reason we picked Log Cabin and it will only take 1 look at the ceremony space to know you have found the spot to say "I do". Amanda checked in with us regularly to support the planning process and make sure we had every detail taken care of. All of our day of planners took excellent care of us and made sure we had enough to drink and eat throughout the night! She was always available to answer any question that I had. She was so wonderful to work with and extremely helpful, hardworking, and organized throughout the whole entire process. I highly recommend getting married at The Log Cabin. The service is SO incredible and the staff show that they truly care about making your day special!

Our coordinator Amanda worked with us closely leading up to the big day and it was great to have so many details sorted out with the venue (food, tables and seating, etc.) rather than other vendors. Another big thing we loved about The Log Cabin is that they took care of the set up and take down of our decorations, including those we provided. The prices were reasonable compared to a lot of other venues and they have quite a lot of options for meal choices. We also set up our rehearsal dinner at the Delaney house which made things very easy logistically, and our guests all loved the food. They also have a hotel at the Delaney House, but we did not use it. On the day of the wedding we worked with Matt and Nate who were a joy to work with. They were friendly, polite and extremely helpful keeping us on a timeline and working in the necessary flexibility to make sure the whole night went smoothly. We would recommended this venue to anyone in a heartbeat; we are still smiling from an absolutely perfect day!

Our event coordinator, Matt, was amazing - a calming influence and terrifically helpful throughout the day! the service was efficient and polite and the bar staff was fabulous! Our guests were blown away by the appearance of the venue (that scenery!!!) and the excellent service and remarked again and again by how lovely it all was. Their largest ballroom gave us more than enough space to accommodate our very large group of family and friends.

ely helpful toward ensuring that all of our bases were covered before the big day, and she was very attentive when it came to answering any and all questions that we had. She made the process so straightforward that I never felt overwhelmed or bogged down by the details. Our day-of coordinator, Matt, was also absolutely terrific. He really went above and beyond to make sure that our needs were met and that everything ran like clockwork. He was great at keeping us relaxed and getting us pumped up so that we could fully enjoy the day. On top of that, SO many of our guests told us how impressed they were with the servers and bar tenders, which was wonderful to hear. The whole staff just knocked it out of the park!
The location is beyond gorgeous of course, which was the main thing that initially attracted us to The Log Cabin, not to mention the food, which was excellent across the board. At the end of the day though, the most important thing in my book was whether or not we would be in good hands, and I can confirm we DEFINITELY were! Huge thanks to all of them for making our day so perfect!

They were so professional and kept our whole day running smoothly. The bartenders and all wait staff were also so kind and so much fun! We enjoyed every second of our wedding and if we could do it again we would absolutely choose the Log Cabin.

The Log Cabin is stunningly beautiful and their package included so many great amenities that it made it a no brained to book. The food was incredible and all of our guests raved about it. The wedding day went off without a hitch and they made all of my DIY visions come to life and we felt extremely taken care of. Kelly and GiGi took care of us all day and we’re so much fun!!! from the start. Amanda was the only coordinator we met who asked about us as a couple which made us feel special from the start. She was extremely on top of all the planning details from booking all the way up until the week before the wedding. It was not just the Log Cabin that amazed us though. Their sister companies, The Delaney House who planned and hosted our rehearsal dinner as well as the D Hotel and Suites who accommodated about 70% of our wedding went above and beyond. Hannah the coordinator for the D Hotel and Suites was amazing and every single one of my guests was exceptionally happy with their stay. Day of the wedding Matt and his team were my go-to coordinators and bridal attendants and I do not have enough words to describe how flawlessly they did their jobs. I had no other wedding planner and was extremely nervous the week of the wedding but I had nothing to worry about. From setting up the rehearsal to setting up all decor and any day of needs like food or drink the entire Log Cabin team was on point. I wish I could remember my bridal attendants' names cause they were so kind, attentive, and perfect! To them and the whole rest of the team... thank you so much for our dream wedding.

we took everything into account, plus she is an absolute sweetheart! The staff that helped out on the day-of were amazing as well! Kelly was SO helpful, and Oh. My. God. My wife and I were assigned Taylor as our personal server, and she was SUCH a delight!!! After the wedding, all of our guests were raving about their servers! Everyone just made us feel so special and taken care of!! Our guests couldn't believe the venue had a gorgeous view, friendly staff, great drinks, AND amazing food! It really is the whole package here, and for all of that you definitely can't beat the price! My wife and I highly recommend!!

good hands even though we were super stressed. Matt and Nate helped coordinate the wedding day. I cannot say enough good things about them. Someone at the wedding had an allergy that i wasn't aware of and when they found out they found her something she could eat with no issues. Nate even gave us a to go bag with sandwiches and chips on the way back to the hotel. Everyone gave us such good compliments about the wedding and the staff. We couldn't have pictured this day being better than it was thanks to the Log Cabin staff. Worth EVERY penny.

hing was easy and went perfectly. My room was ready and waiting for me when I arrived. The planning process with Nicole at the Delaney House was super easy. The night went off without a hitch. The food was amazing. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The afterparty at the Mick was so much fun. When my husband and I arrived back to our hotel room after the night was over, a bottle of champagne and two champagne flutes were waiting for us on ice. It was just perfect!

Over the span of a 20 month engagement, Nicole at The Log Cabin worked with us every step of the way to make sure the day was exactly as we wanted. Our tasting for their food was so good our family still talks about it to this day, our drop-off and event planning meetings with them could not be more straight forward and easy, and the actual wedding itself could not have been more perfect.
We got married in the Southampton Room and the venue size was perfect for our 110 person wedding. Plenty of dancing space, divine food, a bar that could easily service everyone, and a combination of inside/outside appeal that led to everyone having a blast, including us! Our event coordinators for the day were Matt and Taryn, who were easy to find, work with, and who helped make sure any short-notice changes the day of, such as moving up the cake cutting or rearranging furniture quickly, went smooth and did not ruin the vibe and the mood of the wedding.
Even in between our original contract signing and the wedding when there was a price adjustment due to COVID-19 pandemic effects, The Log Cabin was worth every dollar, every email, every phone call. We only regret that we can only have one wedding there for ourselves, and would recommend them to anyone looking for a scenic wedding in Western Massachusetts with a team of professionals who know how to make your special day perfect.
