The owner and crew of America were equally impressed. America was adorned beautifully with thick garland running down the lifelines with magnificent flowers at the stanchions. Beautiful bouquets were creatively placed on the hatches and captain's table. The effect was magical.

We’ll meet for a one-on-one consultation in my studio and we, together, will design your bridal flowers in a turn of the century barn located in Bankers Hill, just off Balboa Park, where the atmosphere enhances creativity. It is all about YOU!

ne calls, always responding quickly to messages, and she manages a great balance of adhering to my vision and inspirations photos while also adding her own artistry and ideas. She has a large collection of vases, candles, pots, etc that she threw in for free and even acquired some new ones and spray painted others to match my color scheme. There were definitely more florals and decorations than we paid for on wedding day! She really is a full-service floral designer who takes care of her brides.
On wedding day, I started crying when I saw the ceremony space. She created a broken arch that was huge and stunning, and she transported it to my reception behind the sweetheart table. My bridal bouquet was full of movement and color and I just kept admiring all the different beautiful vases and flowers on every table. Guests and other vendors were complimenting her work all night.
I would highly recommend Lois, especially if you’re a creative person with a unique vision! She’s a talented artist and a passionate, kindhearted person who made my wedding so special.

She was able to capture what was a rather elusive, dreamy scene in my head -- one of warmth, loveliness, and romance -- and her work inspired so many of our beloved guests with its abundance and timelessness. ng some extra flowers for us to decorate our wedding cake, everything was even better than I had envisioned. My husband and I live in Texas so we were planning our wedding from a far with the help of my parents who live locally. Lois was willing to set up a meeting while I was in town for a quick visit to discuss my vision and ideas for the big day. At the beginning, I had hoped to include a flower native to Texas. Lois worked tirelessly to try and make that happen and even provided me with some similar colored/sized flowers to choose from as a backup. In the end, I decided to go with sunflowers and boy, did Lois deliver! There were over 300 sunflowers at my wedding and it was absolutely incredible. The wedding and reception were both in Point Loma and I didn’t want the sunflowers to make the theme too country, but Lois and her team did an amazing job at creating my dream wedding. The weekend I got married was also the weekend that San Diego was preparing for its first tropical storm to hit in 84 years, but that didn’t scare away Lois. She made sure the arch and all other floral decorations were secured and we enjoyed them throughout the night without worry, and took many inside after the reception to enjoy into the next week. Lois has a gift for floral design, helped me with suggestions when I wasn’t sure, and did a wonderful job creating exactly what I wanted for our special day. She has a wealth of decorating knowledge and energy!

d-dime you for every single flower arrangement you'll need (which seriously adds up between ceremony arches, personals, and reception tables), Lois works with your budget and includes SO much for a flat fee. She has a whole barn full of materials and provided centerpieces (including lanterns and candles), baskets to line our ceremony aisle, and cake and dessert stands, which I would have otherwise had to buy or rent myself (and likely never use again). I had even forgotten to tell her we ordered a welcome sign, and came to find on the day-of that she added florals to that as well! You're really getting the most bang for your buck with Lois.
And creatively, Lois has a great eye for design and delivered STUNNING florals. In our consultation she got to know my color scheme, overall vision, and likes/dislikes, but then I put my full trust in her to deliver with minimal oversight or input needed from me. It relieved SO much of my stress leading up to the big day. And at the wedding, my guests were floored by the details and florals: they were fresh, beautiful, and completely captured the vibe I was going for! She even slightly up-leveled my maid of honor's bouquet to distinguish it from the other bridesmaids' which was SUCH a thoughtful touch. Not to mention Lois is the sweetest person and easy to collaborate and communicate with. I highly recommend using her for your wedding!

A big benefit to using Lois is that she has so much décor! Her full-design package is competitively priced and includes everything... vases, hurricanes, sweetheart table décor, easel, candles, etc. And Lois provides all floral needs from boutonnieres to cocktail bar accents to full arches. This means you don't have to buy a ton of décor and get stuck with it after the wedding.
My (now) husband and I had several ideas for flowers, but not a ton of direction. We really just trusted Lois' artistic license and she and her team delivered wonderfully! Lois really took our ideas and formed it into a comprehensive look. So many people commented after our wedding how beautiful the flowers were! Lois is positive, a great communicator, and very responsive. I wish I could throw another big event just to work with her again.

Lois flipped a nautical event room into a whimsical glamorous European trunk show!! So impressive and such an explosion of artistry and life.:) She included the use of the bride's French dressing table and chair from home and added special touches - incorporating an image of the bride and creating a flower crown for her that matched the arrangements. Guests were in awe with how beautiful the room looked and happily selected wildflowers at the end of the bridal shower to take home. What a memorable day for all of us! Kudos to Lois and her team!!

My mom and I visited her flower workshop a couple of times and were able to pick out amazing pieces to display the flowers on from what she already had. She even had an easle to post a seating chart on! We were thouroughly impressed with her attention to detail and ability to make our flowers not only beautiful, but cost friendly as well. My now husband and I had a huge wedding party and she did an incredible job on all of the bouquets and boutonniere for our bridal party and closest family. We wanted a wedding with succulents and lots of color to celebrate a union of our two cultures. From the amazing arrangement decorating the archways, hanging florals on the entry tables, to the colorful table centerpieces with colored glass and candles.. everything was perfect.
Afterwards all of the guests were complimenting the amazing centerpieces. Lois drew from a wealth of experience and an incredible eye for details and design. Without her it would have been a very different event. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

She listened to what I wanted in terms of size/color/decor and made the entire room come to life. She also did a fantastic job sprucing up the arch at Tom Ham's Lighthouse - making the floral arrangements look like part of the arch, but keeping the beauty of it seen. Lastly, such a small detail but means so much - she handed me my bouquet as I was preparing to walk down the aisle and made sure I knew how to told it, gave me a little pep talk and even trimmed the stems a bit to make sure it was comfortable and I felt happy. She is amazing inside and out!

Coincidentally, she also gave me the best advice I got: "These people will never ALL be in the same room again. So enjoy yourself and be sure that you take it in and spend time with the people you love" HIRE HER. You won't regret it and your flowers will BE GORGEOUS.

her at her home and looked at all the goodies she has to share with her brides, and she even allowed me to return a second time with my mom to take a look and discuss the wedding a little bit further.
I sent Lois so many pictures of my vision and explained in detail how I wanted each and every thing, and she made it all come to life so beautifully. I got SO many compliments the whole night and days following on how gorgeous my flowers were and how beautifully they were all put together.
Lois took my vision, ran with it, and made it more than I could have ever asked for! I highly recommend her to any brides who aren't sure where to go with their flowers, or any bride that has her exact vision planned out because boy can Lois execute your vision and then some.

Short version: Lois was a dream to work with, her floral arrangements were stunning, and I highly recommend her!
Longer version: I found Lois when I was phoning around in a panic...
trying to find another florist after my first one turned out to be unreliable. The previous florist couldn’t seem to understand the vision I had for my wedding even after months of back and forth; in contrast, Lois understood immediately during our first phone call. I said “bohemian” and Lois responded by describing a vision of eclectic antiques and loose, local garden themed floral arrangements. I sent her a swatch of my bridesmaid dresses and she specifically scoured local farmers markets—where she gets almost all her flowers—for the exact color, which she found. She also included succulents from her personal garden in my bridal bouquet. In addition, Lois works out of a beautiful rustic barn that full of every sort of vase and floral arranging option that you can think of, which she let me explore and choose specific pieces from for the table arrangements. I picked some pieces and trusted her to choose the rest and it worked out perfectly. Lois is very experienced, and everything came together well. Half the tables had low arrangements and half had tall arrangements, all done in a way that did not block guests across the tables while also creating movement and flow throughout the venue. The florals received many compliments from guests that evening. Thank you, Lois and team, for your hard work and beautiful floral arrangements!

I’ve met. Our wedding flowers were absolutely flawless. So many things went wrong on my wedding day, more than I imagined, the flowers were the only thing that were pure perfection. I’m still in awe when I look at our pictures. Lois truly brought our vision to life. Honestly she just went above and beyond. She did so much beautiful work and implemented her wonderful creativity. I couldn’t have imagined our flowers being this beautiful. People still talk about how beautiful our flowers were. I think they helped take away attention from all the things that went wrong because people were speechless how beautiful they were. Lois is not just talented, she’s just a genuinely beautiful human being. She knows flowers and you can give her the freedom to be creative, she will go above and beyond. I really wanted petals at the ceremony but we were already over budget so I decided against them. Lois decided to surprise me with them anyway the day of, unfortunately it was so windy they kept blowing away. Being the creative Lois, she incorporated them into my reception. I’m so grateful that I know Lois and that she was a part of my day. She will make your day beautiful and flawless. I still haven’t been to a wedding with flowers as beautiful as mine. Thank you for everything. I can’t wait to work with you again.

start she seemed to get exactly what i wanted. I sent her a pinterest board and met with her at her backyard barn to see all the vases she had. We selected some items and came up with a plan for the day. This was probably unnecessary as I'm sure it would have been perfect anyways. The day of she blew me away, everything was just as I wanted and it was so amazing to see my vision come to life. She did the bouquets, boutonnieres, centerpieces, ceremony florals, flower girl crown, cake table, sweetheart table, and other tables and everything was just gorgeous. I wouldn't change a thing. She even went above and beyond and added more details that I wasn't expecting. Lanterns and large flower displays at the end of the aisle for the ceremony. She was there setting up making everything look perfect beforehand and came to collect all the vases at the end of the night - a true professional and so sweet!

Please don’t be intimidated by her age…. remember with age comes experience and weddings never go perfectly as planned. You want a florist who is capable of adapting to situations in case plans change on the day of your wedding and Lois is an expert at this!

arrangements that I liked, and she took my vision to the next level. She made my wedding look like something out of a fairytale. My wedding was Latin inspired with lots of bright colors - fuchsia, coral, and red, with pops of purple. Her masterpiece floral arch and centerpieces were truly one of the most memorable parts of the day. The bouquets and boutonnieres flowed perfectly with the other arrangements and were consistent with the theme of the wedding - everything tied together perfectly. She made excellent use of the flowers from the flower arch by transferring them to the head table. Best of all, all of my flowers were in impeccable condition and looked great all day long! Everyone raved about how beautiful my flowers were. My wedding flowers looked better than I could've hoped for. I highly recommend Lois for your wedding flowers - you will not be disappointed. She is exceptionally creative, professional, and responsive. Thank you so much, Lois!!!!

erall look. We were doing a destination wedding and flew out for a few days with only a couple hours available to meet with her. She looked us both up and down like Ollivander at Ollivander’s wand shop (sorry, I am a bit of a nerd) and immediately started pulling awesome ideas out of the walls of her barn. I thought that room had a lot of things in it when we walked in but she was making even more options magically appear on her table. By the time we left we knew what she was designing was going to be beautiful and to both of our taste. What we didn’t know was that she was going to blow us away with her amazing work. I had ordered a sample of what an arrangement might look like for when we got to the hotel as a surprise to my then fiancé. It. Was. Amazing! It was as perfect at both our ceremony and the centerpieces at the reception. She took tropical beauty to a whole new level while still incorporating special requests for lavender and the then out of season iris flowers that were important to my mother in law. Anyhow, thank you Lois and please express our deepest thanks to your entire team for their hard work.

r and she put me completely at ease. The wedding was at Stone Brewery, Liberty Station and she had done weddings there before. My daughter lives out of state and I had plenty of things to fret over, but flowers was not one of them. I knew that Lois was going to put together a stunning presentation. I had met with other florists and I felt that her price was very fair, but what she offered was above and beyond what I had seen from others. When the wedding day arrived my daughter and I were just thrilled. Everything was so beautiful! The arrangements, the bouquets, the flower girl basket, and everything else was just so gorgeous. It was obvious that she knew just want I had wished for. Our guests commented over and over about how beautiful everything was. Lois is definitely a very talented artist. Her work helped to transform the wedding into a dream come true for my family.

ediately felt like we were spending time with an aunt. Through the whole process she was so generous with her time and welcome to the many photos I sent her. When I had any adjustments in mind (and mine were at the last minute SORRY LOIS!) she had no issues at all. When I arrived at my venue and was OVERWHELMED by how amazing everything looked. She captured my vision and desires MORE THAN PERFECTLY! It's like she got inside my head and found every little girl fantasy and every Pinterest inspo I saved and made them BETTER. She even, without me telling her, picked out my EXACT favorite rose (David Austin Juliet) and made everything better than I expected or could have dreamed of.
