We hired this DJ because he was doing great mixes at a local bar; we thought we had a great DJ as he assured us that our songs would be played and he would handle MC-ing the recept...ion. However, he was unresponsive the week of the wedding, barely confirming that he would be there. In the end, our original DJ did not show up, but one of his associates, and this person did not play the correct songs during the correct times. He did not MC well; he pronounced names wrong and people did not hear when the cake was being cut. I wish we had hired someone else.
