Lo-Key Weddings & Events

andled with care, and she made the whole process feel far less stressful than wedding planning has any right to be. Lo was incredibly responsive and accommodating anytime we needed something, no matter how small. What meant the most to me personally is how flexible and understanding she was about me being a mom — she worked around my schedule and responsibilities and always made me feel fully supported. One moment that really stood out was when she even met me at the park with my kids for a meeting. That level of understanding and willingness to meet me where I was at in life meant so much and speaks volumes about her dedication to her clients. Once I chose my vendors, she truly took over from there and handled all the coordination and communication, which was a huge relief. It allowed me to actually enjoy being engaged instead of constantly managing logistics. On the wedding day, everything ran smoothly, on time, and looked even better than we imagined. Any little hiccups were handled behind the scenes so seamlessly that we never even noticed. If you want someone who is professional, kind, responsive, and genuinely invested in making your day perfect, Lo is the one. Hiring her was easily one of the best decisions we made (right up there with saying “I do”).

sful last month. She was an incredible advocate for me, extremely detail-oriented, and always one step ahead of everything. Lo struck the perfect balance between professional and fun—she truly felt like part of the party while still keeping everything running smoothly. Her kindness and calm energy made me feel confident that I could handle the final stretch of planning, and on the wedding day itself, I was able to fully relax and enjoy every moment. One small but unforgettable example of her thoughtfulness: she even handed me a mini fan when I was hot while dancing. That level of care says everything about how attentive she is. If you’re on the fence about hiring a coordinator—do it, and hire Lo. She’s organized, supportive, joyful, and genuinely invested in making your day amazing.

es. She is organized and professional but also a very fun and friendly person.  With Lauren you are in great hands. She knows the keys and all of the vendors and has great relationships with vendors throughout. I couldn’t be happier with our choice to go with Lauren. She went above and beyond for us.

o idea where or how I was going to pull this off. Lo jumped into action! Within less than two weeks, she had secured me a venue, a photographer, a caterer and a glam squad to prepare me for the big day. She led me down a path over the next 5 months to ensure that every little detail was perfect. She was constantly available to me and kept me on track to ensure that everything was executed seamlessly. My entire wedding weekend was amazing and I really do believe that was all because of Lo-Key event

ithout help. While searching online for planners in the Key Largo area, I came across Lo-Key Weddings & Events and reached out to Lo. From our very first conversation, I knew without a doubt she was the right person for us. Throughout the entire planning process, Lo was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and endlessly patient. When the big weekend arrived, Lo’s coordination allowed us to truly relax and enjoy every moment without stress. She had everything completely under control—directing vendors, managing the setup, assisting guests, wrangling the wedding party, keeping us on schedule—all with the help of her wonderful mom, who stepped in for backup. Lo was everywhere at once, and I honestly don’t know how she did it. By the end of the experience, not only were we in awe of our perfect wedding, but we also felt we had gained a friend in Lo. g day. However, Lauren stepped in and pulled everything together seamlessly. She immediately got to work to fix things, finalize details all while making it feel like she had been with us from the very beginning. Lauren is incredibly knowledgeable, organized, and professional. Her expertise is so natural. Every detail was handled with precision, and she made the entire experience feel smooth and stress-free. On the day of, everything was executed perfectly. Lauren kept us on schedule without ever making it feel rushed or forced. She went with the flow, handled everything with grace, and somehow made it all look effortless. What stood out the most is that it never felt like I had just “hired someone”—Lauren felt like a friend who truly cared about us and our wedding. She brought so much heart to the process, and I can’t imagine our day without her. We are beyond grateful for Lauren’s hard work and talent. Coming from experience, I can confidently say if Lauren is your planner, you’re in amazing hands!

could have expected. Before our wedding many friends/family members told me “just be prepared, at least one thing is bound to go wrong on your wedding and you just need to roll with it.” I can honestly say that not a single thing went wrong on our wedding day and that is all because of Lo! Thank you Lo! I am so grateful for you, and I would highly recommend you to anyone who asked!!

sk, but Lauren made it happen effortlessly. We initially signed up for her month-of planning service, so while she wasn’t heavily involved at the beginning, she provided us with the guidance we needed to get started. But let me tell you—when that final month arrived, she kicked into high gear and ensured every last detail was in place. The wedding day itself was nothing short of perfect. Lauren helped us assemble an incredible team of vendors she regularly works with, and it showed. Everything ran like clockwork, with the team functioning like a well-oiled machine—seamless, stress-free, and absolutely beautiful in every way. A huge shoutout to Lauren and her team—you were truly our heroes! If you're looking for a planner who is organized, professional, and knows how to bring your vision to life, Lo-Key Events is the way to go!

zed and professional. In hindsight, we only wish we found her sooner as our month of coordinator because she did such a great job. The first moment we spoke to her, the stress was lifted off our shoulders. And keep in mind, she came on board with us less than 30 days prior to the wedding. And the day of the wedding went off without a hitch. She coordinated everything with the vendors, so there was very little needed from us besides showing up. If we could give more than five stars, we absolutely would with Lo.

ped execute the wedding day better than I could have imagined. She was a dream to work with and I could not recommend her enough!

was kind, professional, fun, energetic, and organized, and really went above and beyond to make sure I had the wedding of my dreams! We are so glad we met her and can now call her friend :) Highly recommend, thank you so much!!
