LoLa Beauty DNVR

your wedding hair continues to weigh on you. We’d like to offer some context for both you and future brides who may read this. Ahead of your wedding, we completed two hair trials and exchanged detailed feedback to get as close to your vision as possible. You specifically asked us to avoid hairspray and to use a larger curling barrel, choices we advised against due to concerns about hold and longevity, but we respected your wishes because we believed it was important to honor your preferences. On the wedding day, you told your stylist you were happy with the final result, said it was exactly what you envisioned, and tipped her generously. We had no indication that you were unhappy at the time, and had we known, we would have done everything we could to make it right on the spot. When you reached out months later, we offered a complimentary restyling and a professional photo shoot, not as a replacement for your wedding day, but as a sincere gesture to help you feel beautiful and create a positive new memory in your gown.  We’ve been honored to serve brides over the past 12 years, and we take what we do incredibly seriously. We never want anyone to feel like they aren’t being heard or didn’t get what they paid for. At the same time, after two trials and thorough communication, we genuinely felt we were delivering the look you had settled on. We know reviews like this can be hard to read for future clients, so we want to assure anyone considering us that transparency, professionalism, and care are at the core of everything we do. We encourage visiting our website and Instagram (including tagged photos!) to view photos of our work. We’re grateful for the trust our clients place in us, and we remain committed to giving each bride a thoughtful, customized, and joyful experience. We truly wish you peace and healing as you continue to reflect on your day.
