t came out just as I wanted. Sherri is honestly so talented and she truly hit the mark on my dress. It turned out absolutely beautiful and I was very very happy. Would highly recommend Lola’s Bridal!

a trunk show and brought it to her store for me to try on (which ended up being THE dress!). My bridesmaids, mother and mother in law also raved about how nice the experience was and how pleasant everyone was there. Definitely recommend this Bridal Boutique!

r dresses the same day. The only thing I will say to the contrary is book an appointment ahead of time. They can get very busy and it may impact your experience if you're not scheduled to be there.

and other wedding websites, we chose to go here for my mother's dress. The boutique itself is very nice, clean and has a large selection of dresses. We thought that our experience was going to go well until what had happened to a few other happened to us. The saleswoman was very pushy with a couple dresses that my mom tried on. My mom said that she wasn't fond of the dresses but the woman kept pushing until my mom finally just picked one. Come to find out, the dress my mom reluctantly chose was going on clearance next week; they were just trying to sell it before the price was lowered. $600 to $200. The saleswoman took my mom's measurements and told her that she would need to order a size 3 sizes larger than what she normally wears even after my mom told her that she didn't agree and that she didn't want to pay for alterations that wouldn't be necessary. The saleswoman said, "I've been doing this forever; you need this size". The dress arrived and was extremely too big on my mom. The alterations that my mom needs cost half of what she paid for the dress. The seamstress at Lola's shop even asked why my mom would have purchased such a big size. They have had my mom's dress for two months and have not called to give her an update on when the alterations will be done. when my mom has called to ask for an update, they tell her "we have more important things to worry about like the brides. the mothers dress comes last". I feel so horrible that my mom has had this experience and would not recommend Lola's to future MOB's.

riendly. They made me feel important and valued. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. I also bought accessories and got alterations done here. The alterations were reasonable and I received a lot of care from the seamstress who made sure I was 100% happy.

he salon, Kelly and Shannon went out of their way to make my experience a memorable one and were so complimentary of every dress I tried on. As a Grand Rapids bride that had to return home for dress fittings, they were very accommodating! All the ladies worked around my schedule to ensure that I had the right number of fittings and was feeling confident and looking fabulous on my big day. I actually was so busy the day before our wedding that I completely blanked on picking up my dress. Shannon stayed at the store long after it had closed and called every number possible to get in touch with someone in my family so I would be carefree on my wedding day. These ladies are truly amazing and care about their brides. I can't say enough about how wonderful my experience was!

and the seamstress does a phenomenal job so the dress fits PERFECT!! All of my formal needs will be fulfilled by Lola's!!!

ions. With the stress of planning a wedding having Lola's in our corner took a huge amount of that stress away. We were kept in the loop on our orders and given reminders (for those of us who were too busy that we forgot) of appointments and fitting. If you want a wonderful experience from beginning to end, Lola's Boutique in Saginaw, MI is the place to go :)

perfect dress.

not kidding on this, I was calling stores that carry Maggie Sottero dresses in northern OH & IN. We were also able to find beautiful bridesmaids dresses by Bill Levkoff in the impossible shade of true green as well. I really wanted hi-low dresses and the ones we all liked best were long, Kelly actually had a seamstress that was able to transform them into the hi-low style and they looked amazing. My dress fit like a glove and the alterations were perfect as well. I couldn't imagine recommending anywhere else after my experience at Lola's!!

tle down my choices to the dresses that looked best on me. I was able to score a retired sample-size gown with an extra discount on top of it all, and instead of requiring the entire payment up front, I was allowed to pay half now, half later. I purchased a dress that would normally be out of my price range for less than half the price! It was a great experience and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to buy a gown.

r and at the last minute...grandmother. Of special importance to us was their willingness and ability in coordinating dresses for our out of state bridesmaids...dresses and shoes. We also found Lola's prices to be more reasonable compared to other bridal salons in the our area.

last minute! I had gone to other stores and they were rude and not very accommodating or understanding, they were also pushy and tried to get me to purchase dresses I did not feel good in. I made an appointment to go into Lola's and check out their selection before I settled on a dress at a different store that I didn't really like. I came in and saw the dress, my dream dress. I tried it on and not only was it beautiful, but I felt beautiful. The owner was absolutely wonderful and every interaction I had with her and her staff were great. I loved coming in for my fittings. The women who work at this store are kind, professional, and love what they do. More importantly, their dresses are extremely high quality, they are absolutely gorgeous. The dresses are MUCH higher quality than the dresses you would find at other local salons or chain bridal stores.

s dresses there and they were shipped not in perfect shape. Two of them were puckering at the seam and would not lay flat. They said they would fix them for no charge. They were fixed but not completely perfect.
