the boutonnieres and corsages were all PERFECT! I was a little nervous, not knowing exactly what they would look like until the day of, and they were everything I could have dreamed of and more. We also asked if she could decorate the fireplace mantel at the last minute, and she did so with no hesitation, and it was BEAUTIFUL! I am SO happy we found her for our February wedding!

I had a smaller budget for flowers and wanted to keep things really simple, a lot of other florists had given me trouble about my budget and what I "needed". But Darlene immediately started working with me on ways I could save, things we could get that were more in season and how to keep things minimal cost. She did not make me uncomfortable or try to upsell me things that I didn't need, she actually talked me out of a few things as she said they weren't necessary! Day of everything turned out beautifully and Darlene and team actually added a few extra touches with the centerpieces and greenery for the alter that we hadn't talked about. Everything was beautiful and I cannot thank Darlene and her team enough for making my day that much more memorable!! s were gorgeous, the perfect blend of fall colors using sunflowers, calla lillies, dark color roses and greens. When I walked into the reception hall and saw the center pieces that they put together, I was so incredibly happy. They took the same type of flowers from the bouquets and placed them in pumpkins. All of the boutonnieres and corsages stayed in great shape all night long. The centerpieces were stunning and the gold vases she put them in were so lovely, I'm ecstatic to get to use a couple of them in our home now as keepsakes from the day. She made us laugh every time we were there but made sure I was taken care of and everything I wanted was accounted for. I gave the brooches to Darlene, and what she created was above and beyond anything I could have imagined. I never thought I could have loved a floral arrangement so much! ething that was never offered to me or showcased. While the centerpieces for our wedding reception were nice, they were not at all what I was requesting. I even asked for no closed roses....and sure enough there were closed roses in the centerpieces! They even used colors that I did not ask for either. I was not totally pleased and was disappointed. Their pricing is very reasonable, and they flowers fresh looking...but I guess you get what you pay for in the end.

every week for their events and recommended them to me, but I didn't necessarily feel confident after the first few phone calls with them. The pricing was difficult to figure out because their Teleflora website and their prices over the phone do not match. I was told that Teleflora dictates the prices and that they cannot fix them. I was in a rush, so I didn't question this too much, but it annoyed me slightly. The third time I called, I spoke to someone who knew what she was talking about and was polite and organized over the phone. I felt a lot better talking to her, which is why I stuck with the vendor. My bridal bouquet was beautiful, but it started browning and wilting soon after I received it. It was wrapped beautifully and held up during the entire day, but I would not recommend picking up your bouquet the night before your brunch wedding unless you have to (which I did, and isn't their fault). The corsages and boutonnieres were beautiful and held up very well. We made the bouquets for the bridesmaids, and they held up a lot longer than the bridal bouquet.

ality you get is great too. We originally wanted white poinsettias but since our wedding was just outside of their season, when they arrived they didn't look that great. I never saw them but she said they didn't pass her standards, so she upgraded us to a nice arrangement in lieu of them and didn't charge us extra for the upgrade. I thought that was very good of her. I was completely 100% satisfied :)

special day. Some of the boutineer choices were incorrect from what I requested, but the adjustments were beautiful and fit in with the rest of the flowers chosen so well that no one noticed. I'm sure it was just a misunderstanding because of all the back and forth on my end. Overall, Highly recommend!

what made it so colorful

rlene I wanted candles instead, she went out and bought all the necessary materials to make the most gorgeous centerpieces with 3 different size candles and glass holders with rocks in them. She interlaced a purple (my color) flowers through the 3 candles to incorporate some color into the tables. They were absolutely amazing and exactly what I wanted. I got so many compliments on them! Not to mention all the arrangements she did for the church and cocktail hour room. Awesome, awesome job!

videographer and photographer were watiing around since 11:00. They wanted to get photos with the flowers. Also I changed the mother of the bride flower colors about a month before the wedding and when they arrived they were the original colors that I asked for. However, I didnt even notice it until after the ceremony. My cousin is using her for her florist.

Other friends have used other vendors in town that were a little less expensive, but received flowers that were almost dead, and someone that didn't know how to find the church. With Heritage Flowers, this kind of thing just doesn't happen. They are extremely organized and professional and I can't recommend them highly enough!
