Leslie and her team were wonderful throughout the planning process but really shined on the day of our wedding. Their planning and organization allowed us to be guests at our own wedding with no worries about any part of our day. LOM and Leslie were, by far, the most responsive wedding vendors we worked with. The team was great with general advice, securing vendors and the execution of our day. We had a great experience with Leslie and the team at LOM.
We cannot express how happy we are with Leslie and her team. We had an intimate backyard wedding and they made it feel so magical. Every step of the wedding process was fun and easy because of their guidance. With their help we were able to enjoy every bit of our engagement and wedding day. I’m Leslie Hayes, owner and lead planner of LOM Productions Weddings & Events. With more than 20 years of experience creating weddings and events, I bring a deep understanding of hospitality, production, and the countless details that come together behind a beautiful celebration. That experience has shaped the way I approach weddings today: with a genuine love for people, an eye for the little things, and the calm confidence that comes from knowing how to bring a lot of moving pieces together.
I believe your wedding should feel like **you**. It shouldn't look like a copy of someone else's wedding or feel like you're simply checking boxes on a planning list. Whether you envision an intimate gathering at home, a beautiful private estate, a California ranch, or an elegant tented celebration, I want to understand what makes your vision special and then help bring it to life.
