I have been in the hospitality/customer service industry for over 17 years, and it's truly in my blood. I love what I do, and continue to learn something new every day. My ultimate goal is to provide each and every one of my wedding couples the best and the most cost effective wedding. I will work with you from beginning to end, and make sure everything is perfect. I like to meet with the couples, and really get a feel for what they are looking for exactly from our catering services. I don't think I can recommend Lombardi's enough! We had such a pleasant experience with this company. We were able to schedule a tasting at their restaurant about a year in advance, letting us know exactly what we wanted to order for our big day. There were so many good options it was hard to choose what we wanted. The communication with Andrew from day one was incredible. I even got to meet him at the wedding show and put a face to the name. He was absolutely amazing and easy to work with during the planning process. We had a lot of our guests tell us how wonderful the food was and gave compliments on how fabulous the service from the staff was throughout the wedding. We are so happy that they were such a huge part of our special day!! We are so thankful for them!

Andrew and his team did a wonderful job catering my wife's retirement party of 80+ people. Andrew came highly recommended by our event planner and met or exceeded our expectations. Andrew is very easy to work with and gave excellent guidance on what options people would like in a buffet for our type of event, including several vegetarian, vegan, and pescatarian options. His guidance on alcohol and non-alcohol drink options was spot-on as well. His staff was also first-rate. The buffet was very well managed, looking fresh and appealing all evening. When they weren't tiding up, they were offering guests appetizers on a tray. The bartender was also very professional and kept the drinks flowing and area looking pristine throughout the evening. We also appreciated how well he worked with the staff at the event site and our event planner. It was seamless and the everything from set-up to clean-up came off without a hitch. Seriously, zero issues. We give Andrew and his staff our high recommendation and look forward to working with him in the future.

The food was plentiful, high-quality, and served with excellence. We received several compliments on the food. I also appreciated the affordability of the menu selections. Where do I even start! Andrew and his team provided excellent service and of course amazing food! During dinner guests kept coming up to us to let us know how amazing the food was, and multiple people went back for seconds! For our entree we picked the penne Sicilian and the gorgonzola tortellini and they did NOT disappoint! One highlight is we had them set out a plate of appetizers for my new husband and I after the ceremony, which was perfect because we were able to have snack, and a private moment to ourselves (plus we were starving). The appetizers were DELICIOUS! We did the caprese skewers and bruschetta sampler for the appetizers which were a hit with guests. We also had them do a water, lemonade and coffee station last minute which guests loved! They also handled setting our desserts on platters, filled up waters, and set the tables with flatware and glasses! Plus we got sent home with our leftovers so that took cooking after wedding weekend off our plate! Overall Lombard's hit it out of the park, and we couldn't have hired a better food vendor.

Andrew helped us create a menu that fit our needs perfectly! We asked for some substitutions (no pork products) and they delivered a delicious meal. Many guests made comments on how yummy the food was! Last minute, I asked for a few servings of buttered noodles for some children at our wedding, and it was a hit! Communication could have been a little bit better, but at the end of the day, everything we requested came through exactly.

Andrew and his crew were quick to respond to questions before the wedding, making sure we were all set on timing. At the event, the crew looked and acted professional. Tables were set beautifully. The food service looked lovely and the food was delicious. They took care of cutting the cake and the dessert table as well. Concept packaged all of the leftovers andd left the venue so very clean. The events manager Andrew was incredibly responsive and supportive with our planning and many questions, and the day-of catering team was stellar. The food was incredible, with lots of options to choose from and built-in accommodations for our gluten free guests. To describe them in one word: Phenomenal! The food had all of our guests talking! We had the 'The Classic Wedding Menu' dinner buffet and it was a big hit. Everyone loved the passed appetizers and salmon picatta, but one of the main reasons we chose them was that the chicken marsala was the best that we have ever had. All of the food served on the day of the event was served at the same high standard they use fresh out of the kitchen in their restaurant. The biggest reason that we chose this vendor however, was the events manager, Andrew. Andrew was incredible. He was always prompt in his responses, flexible/quick on his feet, and just incredibly friendly and professional at the same time. Andrew helped bring our vision of our wedding dinner to life and we are incredibly grateful!

our original caterer cancelled qhat felt likw was last minute and andrew stepped right up to make us feel at ease! Scheduled a tasting right away and kept in contact with fast and efficient replies! The communication before the event was great. They were able to meet all dietary restrictions with a delicious vegan entree. The regular meat and vegetarian entrees were excellent. The service was great and they set up and break down without any hassle or distraction. Service and food were both 10/10 I would recommend and use them again.

We absolutely loved Lombardi’s! We hired them to cater our wedding reception! We chose the small bites and appetizer options and we got many, many compliments from guests about food quality! Food favorites: lamb stuffed mushrooms, smoked salmon canapes, meatballs and bruschetta sampler. Guests also really likes the chocolate covered cheese cake bites! The events manager, Andrew, was great to work with! He helped us craft our reception menu based on our individual needs and wants. He was very knowledgeable and helped make our event special! They were so accommodating during our initial tasting, and made sure that we were 100% satisfied with the food before confirming our decision. Amazing service and food. I can't thank the team at Lombardi's more for how well our reception and dinner went. The servers were very friendly and did a great job with the appetizers during our happy hour. The dinner service went very smoothly and the food was incredible and everyone has been telling me how much they loved it. We have had great service at the restaurant and that continued over to our wedding. I completely recommend Lombardi's.

They squeezed in a tasting for us last minute, and while we decided we want a different food than Italian, it was very kind for them to help us through the whole process and try to work with us. The service here is great, and if you’re looking for Italian food try a tasting!

We are so happy we selected Concept Catering by Lombardi’s. Andrew and his team were responsive, timely and easy to work with. We selected from the all-inclusive menu, which made life much easier for me. Other caterers had separate charges for small items, but the all-inclusive menu offered a single price. The food was delicious. We selected Picatta Salmon and Marsala Chicken. Salmon especially isn’t always easy for a picky Northwest crowd, but it was excellent. I highly recommend Concept Catering.

Lombardi's exceeded my expectations in every way ... from the planning with Andrew, the Events Manager, to the day of the wedding service by the wonderful Lombardi crew of 3. We chose to go All Inclusive and were so glad we did....it brought such peace of mind to have all the fine details handled by Lombardi's! From setting the tables, the passed appetizers during the cocktail hour to seamlessly preparing and serving the delicious food, breaking down the dinner buffet swiftly and then transforming it into a dessert buffet to then clearing of all the dishes and ... poof...they are finished and gone. Professionals in every way. I highly recommend Lombardi's for your event!

Lombardi's blew me away in every possible way! Their events manager, Andrew, was on top of everything. He quickly responded to all my emails and worked with us to customize our catering so that we got exactly what we wanted without paying for anything we didn't. On the day of, he also brought a plate of appetizers over to us so we didn't miss out while signing our marriage license! All of the staff were courteous and helpful, and they went above and beyond to assist us. The food was also phenomenal and we received tons of compliments from our guests. We are planning on having dinner at Lombardi's every anniversary from now on - they are THAT good!

Lombardi's was the absolute best choice of caterer for our wedding! Andrew was a dream to work with. We started working with Lombardi's in 2019 to plan our wedding and when the pandemic hit and all our plans change, Lombardi's was so kind and accommodating. Our guests loved the food. The chicken parm is still all people talk about and I will now only eat salmon from Lombardi's! The chocolate mousse cups and cookies were a hit! There was none left at the end of the night! The wait staff were amazing. They were friendly, on-time, and efficient. I wish we could do it all over again just to work with them.

We booked Lombardis for our June wedding but due to Covid had to postpone to September. A month out receptions were banned and postponing for a second time wasn’t an option for us. Lombardis allowed us to have dinner in their restaurant after our ceremony with our guests. The food was amazing and all of the staff we encountered was so nice and made sure all of our guests were well taken care of. Our guest still rave about how good the food was. Andrew the banquet manager was very helpful and easy to work with from the initial tasting to the dinner.

I have worked with Lombardi's on several non profit events over the last few years. They are always professional, helpful and work with many price points. In addition the food is delicious, high quality and consistent. There are plenty of choices too. In addition I have also attended a couple of weddings where Lombardi's was the caterer. As a guest the food was hot, delicious and again a nice variety. I would highly recommend them!

We had our ceremony and reception at their new Bellingham location. Andrew and his team went above and beyond to ensure our wedding was better than expected. The venue was above and beyond our expectations- elegant and celebratory from the get go. Staff were willing to work with our preferred room layout, decor preferences, timeline. All the staff at the venue were top-notch, welcoming, receptive, quick, and patient. Both of the waitresses took time to meet the Groom and I when we arrived, and check in throughout the night to ensure everything was up to our standards. The food and service from Lombardis was exquisite. The catering manager Andrew Jorden took care of ALL of my wife’s needs and she can be very picky. He had everything solidified down to the last detail in plenty of time where we felt there was nothing to worry about, and we were right. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Andrew was great. Very sensitive and professional in helping the bride and groom cross one big thing off their list. No need to worry at all as everything was handled perfectly. Lombardi’s is a great restaurant but don’t let that fool you- they can also cater like no bodies business! I’ve had several events catered for my business and attended my good friends wedding, also catered by Lombardi’s. Their food is always tasty, what’s supposed to be hot is hot & what’s supposed to be cold is cold. Their staff is professional and all of my events have gone off without any issues. I highly recommend them!

Lombardi’s is in a top-tier class. Its staff is so kind and helpful. The food is something I keep going back to. They make every little thing special, not something you can get anywhere. Most times in my life, I go back to a restaurant to eat the same thing, but at Lombardi’s, I have this need to try everything at least once. I have had the opportunity to try out their catering services many times. I am always beyond pleased. I have never heard one guest complain, which speaks volumes about the quality they put out. Brides, if you live in Washington and love Italian food, you absolutely must try Lombardi’s for your wedding. You will get professionalism, incredible food, and the Catering Manager, Andrew, will do everything he possibly can to get you the menu you want and deserve. Catering should be one of the last things you need to worry about on your special day. Let Lombardi's take care of it for you. Seriously. Hospitality at its finest.

I love working with Andrew at Lombardi’s for my catering needs. What I appreciate most about Andrew is his willingness to accommodate and that his menu options always perfectly fit my events. Sometimes I can be a bit picky, but this doesn’t shake him. He maintains his kindness, understanding, and does everything he can to make me happy. The catering team is always wonderful. They are on-time and quick to set-up a beautiful spread. Once everything is set-up, the food is hot and guests always know when Lombardi’s is catering, they are receiving a high-quality and delicious meal. I continue to use Lombardi’s for events because they are reliable, professional, accommodating, and have excellent food for a variety of people (vegetarians included). Andrew and Lombardi's came through for our wedding and took over catering our event when our original caterer fell through/retired. Andrew was always prompt with his communication with us and responsive to our requests and needs. He and his team worked with us and the service was fantastic the day of! We did the all inclusive option which was fantastic because it included service and non alcoholic beverages such as water, lemonade, and coffee. They also cut our cake and passed appetizers during our cocktail hour. Our only thing we would've liked to be different was to have a gluten free option set aside like we talked about prior to the event. Not sure if the miscommunication was on my end or what not, but Andrew has been good about trying to correct it since. They're professional, solid, and priced fair.

Lombardis Italian was the best possible choice for catering on our wedding day. Andrew made the whole process as smooth as can be. He was patient and professional throughout, and answered promptly in a timely manner to any questions I had. For buffet style catering, they took the time to set all of the tables with plates, silverware, and other accessories. The food was absolutely incredible! Everyone loved the pasta and Chicken Marsala we had, and I would cater through them again in an instant. We had them cater dessert for us as well, and the desserts were beautiful and very flavorful. I thank Jordan and Lombardi's immensely for helping make our wedding day as special as it was.

Andrew managed our catering from the very beginning up to the day of our wedding day. He was always quick to respond to every email and call. We appreciated his in put on food that would hold up well to the time of our event and were very pleased with everything the day of. Our guest raved about the food and beverages, and our families were thankful for the staff so they could enjoy the day.

I have had the privilege of dining at Lombardis several times over the last few years and have invited Andrew the Catering Manager to become part of our preferred caterers at The Barn at Holly Farm. Their first event was a beautiful wedding where I experienced incredible pasta and streaming hot. Wow! So excited for our 2019 wedding clients to experience Lombardis on our farm.
