When Rob and I got engaged we knew we would need help planning the perfect celebration. As soon as we met with London Bloom of London Bloom Weddings and Events, we knew she was THE perfect wedding planner for us! We started working with London in February of 2022 leading up to our wedding in June of 2023. London was very patient with our myriad of questions, but I have to say her overall best quality is that she absolutely refused to let anything become “an issue”. If something changed or needed to be modified, London presented several solutions for us to consider. She was always there to answer any questions and to relieve any worries about such an important event in our lives! Her extensive contact list and professional and positive attitude were incredible. She was able to visualize what we wanted for our wedding day (whimsical garden was our theme!) and make it a reality. London was great at collaborating several points of view and it was clear she truly cared. I truly enjoyed every aspect of the wedding planning and that’s because London’s invaluable help and experience allowed us to focus on the fun stuff and meaningful aspects. The day of our wedding London and her team ensured everything went off without a hitch. She provided us with an extremely detailed timeline which alleviated any anxiety about the wedding schedule. Thank you, London, for doing an amazing job making our wedding an unforgettable celebration with family and friends! She is INCREDIBLY helpful, organized, available, kind, and willing to support each step of the way. We truly would not have gotten through the wedding planning process without her. There are so many little details that make a dream wedding come true, and London is a surefire guarantee that none of those will fall through the cracks, and they'll be handled gracefully. She is so calm and collected, no matter what is going on. She has wonderful recommendations for other vendors, but will work with whomever you prefer. We even had to pivot from a different planner who was highly regarded in her reviews early in the process, and when we got connected with London, she came in and hit the ground running and provided that extra support we needed that we weren't receiving from our former planner. I will recommend London to everyone I know planning a wedding. I was able to relax and enjoy the morning of my wedding knowing that setup was all taken care of with London at the forefront. She is not only patient, kind, and lovely to work with, she is also creative, hands-on, organized (OMG she is so organized), plus she had so many connections. I struggled making decisions (I unfortunately liked too many themes) and London was wonderful at helping make those tough decisions. She made herself available at any time and worked around my hectic work schedule. Our weekly phone calls were one of my favorite parts of planning my wedding. I am truly going to miss it. It felt like you were planning a wedding with your friend. I guarantee London Bloom will help make your wedding dreams come true.

I don't know what we would have done without London. She knows the Indy wedding circuit very well and was really helpful with vendor recommendations and communications. Leading up to the wedding, she thought of all the logistics and details that might have slipped by me. She was willing to help with all the extra personal touches that were important to us. She was very responsive whenever we reached out with questions. On our wedding day, London and her team worked hard while remaining calm and flexible to make sure that everything ran flawlessly, so that we could enjoy the day without having to manage anything . No small feat for a wedding with 300 guests and different locations for ceremony and reception!
