My wife and I recently used Lone Star for our wedding day transportation needs. They came recommended by our wedding coordinator. That was a mistake. We booked a bus to transport o...ur wedding party during the day, and we also booked our getaway car with them. The bus and getaway car were wonderful. HOWEVER, the communication with Lone Star is beyond horrible. During the booking process we had trouble getting a hold of them at times. They will not respond to emails, and multiple phone calls have to be made to get in contact with them. When we booked our bus, we gave them a specific, wedding designated credit card to charge this to. After the wedding, I discovered that they charged this to my personal credit card. I have made several attempts to contact them and get these charges reversed and onto the correct card, but as expected, I have not been able to get a hold of anyone.
Do not use them unless you enjoy poor communication, and unresolved billing issues.
