We had our ceremony & reception here. When we did a tasting and didn't care for a couple of things on the preset menu, they were willing to let us try different entrees & change the menu. Our coordinator left about 2 weeks before the wedding & I panicked! Carrell stepped in right away & made sure everything was EXACTLY the way we wanted it. The day of, she checked in with us to make sure things were setup the way we wanted and followed up with us throughout the evening to make sure we had the day we envisioned!!

The planners really worked with us to make sure we got what we wanted. On our wedding day, we didn't have to worry about a thing! The food was great, the setup was just what I imagined, and the servers were helpful. The only thing that bothered me was that our layered cake had different flavors and the guests were never given a choice. They also didn't feel like they could have another piece because the servers stopped cutting cake after the first round and closed the sheet cake boxes.

Everyone at Lone Tree were very helpful. They were there anytime we had questions and always took great care of us. Rachel was awesome the evening of the wedding making sure everything went off without a hitch. Our wedding was held outside and our reception inside. We had about 110 guests at our reception. I would recommend this venue to anyone that is looking for a place to hold a large reception.
