She helped us decide what resort to have our wedding at and was our liaison communicating with the resort on our behalf. Throughout the whole planning our honeymoon Rhonda was great. We hit a couple speed bumps along the way but she was a calming voice throughout the process. We had to make some stressful adjustments to the trip but we contacted her and she took care of us. She made sure that we were set up until and after the honeymoon. We had a great experience with Rhonda Long for our destination wedding in Cancun, Mexico with over 100 guests! I started working with Rhonda after our initial phone interview back in January of 2019. This was the beginning of a long working relationship as she not only helped me and my guest's book at Dreams Riviera Cancun, she also helped everyone re-book and get re-organized when the wedding was canceled due to COVID and rescheduled for almost a year later. Rhonda is very knowledgeable about how the wedding industry works at these resorts in Mexico and assisted me many times with making sure I was getting the best deal, getting money back, or not having to pay for extras they were trying to push on me. The wedding was a success, everything promised was delivered for us and our 100 or so guests she diligently worked on getting booked. We are so grateful for Rhonda!

From the very beginning Rhonda was personable, professional and extremely knowledgeable in her business! As a bride it is very stressful to plan a wedding, especially a destination wedding! Rhonda is amazing and extremely good at what she does. She made the honeymoon of my dreams a reality. It took a short planning call for her to quickly pick up on what I was envisioning for a two week trip to Italy in September 2019. She had great perspective that she brought to the planning and I think her vast experience in planning travel and, specifically planning travel in Italy, is what made the trip so wonderful. She thought through all the details for transportation, activities and had great hotel recommendations. She kept everything organized and was extremely communicative. Shortly before our trip she sent a packet of all the vouchers and trip details in email and hard copy. Rhonda was absolutely wonderful to work with! I knew nothing about travel, had never left the country before, and she guided me through all of my options and her personal and professional opinions. Rhonda was great to work with through the entire planning process. We had some idea the type of trip that we wanted to take but we gave Rhonda a little bit of info about us and she replied with some great suggestions. We ended up going to Costa Rica (which we never even considered until she suggested it) and it was an amazing choice. Neither my husband nor I have ever used a travel agent before but we are so happy we used Rhonda as ours for our honeymoon! Rhonda took care of everything! From finding us great prices on flights, to booking our hotels, to arranging private transfers to airports and hotels, we didn't have to worry about one thing during the entire trip! She printed out and mailed us our itinerary and vouchers ahead of time and also made us our very own honeymoon website so that our families were able to track us and know where we were each day. We found Rhonda when looking for a travel agent for our honeymoon in the Pittsburgh area, and are so glad we did! Rhonda helped us along each step of the planning process for our trip to Athens, Santorini, Rome, and Venice. She arranged flights, hotels, transportations pickups and drop offs, a train ride, and tours. When we had questions, she had answers and was always quick to get back to us. She also provided us with an organized binder of our itinerary and travel tickets so we could easily get around without any worries! We could not have planned our honeymoon without her help!

Rodney and I had expectations for a beautiful wedding, of course, however, the actual event exceeded any wedding we could have ever possibly imagined. From the day we landed, we were treated like royalty! The Allegiant staff knew us by name and greeted us as if they were expecting us to arrive. There were no lines, no waits, and we enjoyed 1st class seats. Once we arrived at Dreams La Romana, we received the warmest welcome and mimosas! It was a state of the art resort; Amazing staff, incredible food, the room was more than perfect, we didn't have to ask any questions really. Everything was already arranged, thanks to Rhonda! This trip included, a family vacation, our wedding, our reception and our honeymoon. It was THE BEST EXPERIENCE of our life. I honestly don't know if there were nay difficulties during the process of getting the guests to the destination because Rhonda handled everything extremely smooth. Since the wedding, I've recommended Rhonda for at least 6 other couples interested in destination weddings. There were times when Rhonda was so much more than our travel agent, she was also an advisor, who provided comfort when I was experiencing bridal stress. I thought having a destination wedding would be difficult and stressful, instead it was such an exciting process. I miss the preparation. I miss the resort! I wish i could do it all over again. In fact, if I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't change a thing! Thanks to Rhonda, our wedding changed not just our lives, but also our families, the guests and even those watching from a far. We inspired so many couples to ditch the traditional wedding and shoot for their dream destination wedding! With Rhonda's help, anybody can do it! I have used Rhonda numerous times now because she makes it so easy to plan a trip. Recently we worked with Rhonda to plan our honeymoon - it was absolutely amazing. She did a wonderful job choosing the resort for us and handled all of the details so that we did not have to worry about anything! All we had to do was show up for our flights. I ran into an issue with an expired passport and she helped me find a solution with only 5 days left before we left for our trip. I don't know what I would have done without her! I will never plan another trip without using her expertise!

Rhonda was the perfect travel agent to help with wedding planning. Her travel experience helped us plan the perfect vacation and wedding all in one! She was very enthusiatic and dedicated for reaching our individual goals. Not only did she assist with the booking, she went through step by step with me in regards to the wedding plans and helped eliminate extra expenses! Rhonda had been our travel agent for well over 1 1/2 years before we finally had our wedding in Riveria Maya in March 2015. We contacted her in 2013 after we became engaged since her website looked professional and that's exactly what she was. Rhonda takes her job very seriously and wants you as a bride or guest to have a great time with no worries on your travel. We had 35 people travel to Mexico with us for our big day, most of which booked through Rhonda. She handled all of the details so I didn't have to worry about a thing pretty much. All of the travel documents were spelled out for all of our guests and the travels went off without a hitch. The wedding was perfect, Rhonda talked to the wedding coordinators at NOW Jade for me and we were able to tweak where we needed to, I doubt I could have done this myself or without her expertise. If you decide to book through Rhonda, have no worries that everything will be pretty much perfect, there may be some bumps along the way (when isn't there in life), but everything will turn out great.

My husband and I booked our Ireland honeymoon through Long Awaited Vacations. From the very beginning, working with Rhonda was convenient, personal, and reassuring. We spent 10 days touring the country, and it was the most amazing trip we could have ever imagined. Rhonda designed our trip to meet our personal interests and requests. On the day that we left, we had a delayed flight which meant we missed a day in Ireland. Rhonda was immediately on the phone with me at the airport and booking us a room in Boston since we consequently had an overnight layover. Everything was ready for us by the time we landed in Boston, including transportation to the hotel! After we returned, Rhonda worked closely with us to fulfill the insurance claim to get all the money back for the 1 day we missed in Ireland. Using Long Awaited Vacations was the best decision for us. When planning a wedding, the details of the honeymoon can seem overwhelming. Rhonda made this process easy and exciting. Rhonda made the travel arrangements so easy! All we had to do was get our passports ready and pack up clothes. We had transportation waiting for us at the airport to take us to the resort. The resort was absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed every minute.

I met Rhonda at a wedding show in Pgh and I knew right then, she had a strong knowledge & dedication for destination weddings. She not only helped with booking my wedding to Dreams Cancun, she had all sorts of ideas for wedding decorations, & planning. Even though her job really only entailed booking my wedding, she was more like my travel agent, wedding coordinator, counselor, and shoulder to cry on for my stressful days. This woman has alot of patience, and never makes you feel like a burden for asking questions, or wanting to look at other resorts. Any questions I had, if she didn't know, she would find out immediatly. When my wedding was originally booked, the package included a photographer that I was so excited about. Closer to the wedding, I found out that the resort closed their contract with him, and I would no longer have him as our photographer. As much as I tried arguing with them, the wedding dept wouldn't budge to let him photograph our wedding. I informed Rhonda of what was going on, and surprisingly, the next day, I had emails from both the wedding dept & the photographer letting me know that he would be shooting our wedding! Rhonda really does make miracles happen! I had no one to help me with planning my wedding, and she really was my sole support system. Rhonda goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy and satisfied. My wedding & experience wouldn't have been the same without her. Don't hesitate booking with her. Even if distance is a problem, we did everything through email, fex ex, & over the phone, then about a month prior to the wedding, we did meet half way, but mainly because I felt like I owed her the biggest hug! Rhonda is great to work with! She booked our honeymoon to Punta Cana though Apple Vacations. She listened to the things we wanted and looked into a variety of options for us. Once we chose our trip, she provided all of the details we needed to know including payments, what to expect when travling, etc. She even reached out to the resort to see what our food options were due to a food allergy.
