Noticeable musty smell that hit right away. On top of that, the staff didn’t seem friendly, which made the visit feel uncomfortable. Nothing major happened, but between the odor an...
d the attitude, I wouldn’t book here. There are definitely better options nearby.
Getting married at Long Branch was one of the best decisions that my husband and I made. It was the very first venue we looked at and once we saw it, we knew it was the one! The pr...
operty is absolutely gorgeous and has great views of the mountains which we absolutely love. For us, one of the selling features is that the property is on 400 acres so you will have your privacy. The inside of the mansion is breathtaking as well and full of so much history! We also had the pleasure of working with Gretchen (our wedding planner) from Dragonfly Events and Design when we signed on with Long Branch. She had a ton of wonderful ideas and listened to everything that we had in mind. Not that it needs much, but after everything was said and done, on the day of our wedding Gretchen transformed Long Branch into a sight we will never forget! I cannot recommend Long Branch or Dragonfly Events and Design enough!! Check this place out and you will so happy you did!
Gorgeous venue inside and out!!! The one downfall was we weren't overly impressed with the coordinator assigned with the venue. For the price we paid, we were disappointed that we ...
only got a 5 hour rental instead of getting the venue for the whole day. The girls had to get ready offsite due to time constraints. Regardless, it was a stunning venue and big enough to cater to our 300 person guestlist.
I am so glad I chose Long Branch for my reception site. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous. Guests loved getting to walk around the property and going inside the house for a tour....
Lizzie was great to work with and very flexible. The bridal room is so pretty and has a great view and the groom's room is very manly - all perfect for taking pictures. It was so nice we were able to bring our own alcohol - a huge savings. And they let us store items in the house on Friday and pick them up Sunday. A lot of venues are really picky and will not let you leave anything after the wedding or bring anything before. Many guests said it was the prettiest wedding venue they had been to!
Nice staff, and a very pretty location. Rain location as well for reception.
Our wedding at Long Branch was an absolute dream! Our guests were so delighted to be there and to get free tours of the mansion. The staff at Long Branch worked hard to make our we...
dding day so special and the pictures are just phenomenal!

Our reception venue was perfect. We wanted an outside wedding with beautiful views of the mountains and gorgous gardens. We had all of that plus the historic mansion to take pictur...
es in. It sits on top of a hill so there is always a breeze blowing and it kept everyone cool during the heat of the day. Collette was wonderful to work with and helped with many of the small details the day of the wedding. I would highly recommend Historic Long Branch.
