- Megan ConklinManagerA sixth-generation owner and operator, Megan helps lead Long Island Ice while continuing the Conklin family’s 150-year tradition of service on the East End. She serves on the boards of the International Packaged Ice Association (IPIA) and the Northeastern Ice Association (NIA), representing both the local and national industry. Before returning to the family business, Megan spent five years working in metals manufacturing across the U.S. and Europe and earned her accounting degree from Bentley University in Waltham, MA.
