Long Island Wedding Officiants

beautiful the ceremony was!

/5/26 at Flowerfield, and our guests continue to rave about our ceremony--how personalized, creative, and unique it was. We received many compliments, and many thought Rev. Joe was our friend, as he was speaking as if he knew us for years. The entire process--from contacting Joe 15 months before our wedding, to emailing back and forth, to our meetings, to all the little follow-ups in between--was smooth, pleasurable, and fun. My husband and I are of diverse cultural and religious backgrounds, and though it can be a challenge to incorporate both sides into all aspects of wedding planning, Rev. Joe eased all our worries and created such a beautiful interfaith ceremony. When there were questions or doubts, Rev. Joe was a problem-solver, providing solution-oriented ideas. He made suggestions we had never even thought of, which ended up creating some of the most beautiful parts of our ceremony; he truly captured our story and incorporated so many familial, religious, and cultural aspects that we desired. Most of all, Rev. Joe made us feel comfortable and fully supported us at all times. Look no further in finding an officiant--Rev. Joe is the way to go! Thank you, Rev. Joe--we will be forever grateful for you and look back fondly on our beautiful interfaith wedding ceremony!

it afterward. We had such lovely conversations meeting him at the Stonebridge Wedding Showcases — it was clear right away that he was the right person to bring our vision for the ceremony to life. He listened so attentively to our story, and was completely receptive to everything we did and didn't want on the big day. We couldn't have asked for a better officiant. He captured our love story so perfectly!

navigate obtaining the marriage license, the witnesses, signatures, etc. Reverend Joe outlined the process in a way that was simple to follow. When we met with him to discuss our love story, he listened intently, asked thoughtful questions, and somehow within one hour he was able to create a beautiful ceremony that perfectly captured the essence of our high school sweethearts tale. He also responds to feedback, and is open to any changes you want to make in what he wrote- but honestly he does such a great job we had nothing to change! This was all facilitated through a shared google doc, that is east to read and print if needed. Everyone raved about our ceremony, and we will always rave about him!!

felt comfortable using him for the ceremony. We had our first zoom for Joe to really get to know us and after asking some very personal questions and things I never even thought about, Rev Joe put together the most beautiful ceremony. He was so efficient and helped us with any questions we had along the way. On the wedding day, he made sure we were all ready to go and it was a very easy process. All my guests were expecting a boring ceremony but were so pleased with how fast and beautiful it was. There was a lot of laughs and cries throughout the ceremony that were just so beautiful. I couldn’t recommend rev Joe enough!! He’s amazing

ny that felt incredibly personal, meaningful, and completely unique to our relationship. Neither of us loves being the center of attention, and we were both a little nervous about standing in front of so many people. Joe immediately put us at ease and made us feel so comfortable and natural throughout the entire ceremony. It honestly felt like we were just sharing one of the biggest moments of our lives with the people we love. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how amazing the ceremony was—not just on our wedding day, but for weeks afterward! So many people told us it was one of the most heartfelt, engaging, and personal ceremonies they had ever witnessed. Joe played such a huge role in making our wedding day so special, and we couldn't be more grateful. If you're considering him as your officiant, don't hesitate—you'll be giving yourselves and your guests an incredible experience that you'll remember forever. Thank you, Joe, for making our ceremony everything we hoped for and more!

as quick and responsive to any questions we had. Our ceremony was easy to put together with the tools provided on his website. We can't compliment him enough, you're in good hands with Joe as your officiant.

ctly what to expect leading up to our wedding day. One thing we appreciated was the flexibility in ceremony options. Rev. Joe offers the ability to create a fully customized ceremony together or choose from pre-written options that can still be personalized. We chose a pre-written ceremony since we did not want to do spoken vows or go through the full custom process, and it ended up being the perfect fit for us. Our ceremony turned out beautifully, and we received so many compliments from our guests. Rev. Joe did a wonderful job making the ceremony feel meaningful while keeping everything flowing smoothly. He also had great awareness of the little details — he even stepped out of the way for our first kiss without us having to ask, which made for a perfect photo moment! One of our favorite surprises was that Rev. Joe created an Instagram video with short clips from our wedding. While it was for his own page, it honestly felt like we had our own little content creator capturing moments from the day, which was such a fun bonus. We highly recommend Rev. Joe to any couple looking for an officiant who is organized, flexible, and helps make the ceremony process easy and memorable!

well! From the time we met Joe, he made us feel extremely comfortable and excited throughout the ceremony creation process. Even while being up in front of 160 people, I felt confident and relaxed with Joe at our side. I couldn't recommend him enough!

and genuinely invested in making our ceremony personal and meaningful. He made the process of building our ceremony so easy and stress-free! On our wedding day, he brought such warmth, calm, and joy to the occasion, making everyone feel comfortable and creating a truly memorable experience for us and our guests. We wholeheartedly recommend Rev. Joe and Long Island Wedding Officiants to any couple who is looking for a wedding officiant. He helped to make our wedding day a dream come true!

felt like he was part of our own family. He took the time to get to know us and created a ceremony that was so personal, meaningful, and uniquely ours. We received countless compliments from our family and friends about how beautiful and heartfelt the ceremony was, and so many people specifically mentioned how amazing Rev Joe was. We are so grateful he was part of our wedding day and helped make it one of the most meaningful days of our lives.

venue’s wedding showcase, to emailing back and forth and zoom calls Rev. Joe was such a pleasure to work with. He does not treat you like just another client, he treat you like family. Rev. Joe’s love and passion for his work is undeniable and can be felt by everyone. He was absolutely our favorite person to work with through this whole entire experience and we were so excited to see him the day of our wedding. He offers a wide variety of surfaces, completely customized to your unique needs and dynamic. We requested a religious ceremony and truly felt like we got to have the church ceremony we were hoping for with the convenience of getting married at our reception venue. I could go on forever about how truly special Rev. Joe is and would absolutely recommend him to everyone every change I got!!

ves. His way with words were lovely and had both of us in happy tears at the alter. It was truly a special moment, we’re both so happy to have had him read such a beautiful ceremony for us! We couldn’t be happier with his work!

She was so personable and calming and explained everything to us from what to say at the alter to what happens after. She was truly perfect for our wedding.

hly recommend! Don’t hesitate to book him ASAP since very popular. Thank you! Bill and Kim

r Brenda was, as well as how meaningful our ceremony felt really made our day that much more special. Minister Brenda talked us through each step of the ceremony, and always was available to answer any questions we had. We mixed in some Christian/catholic prayers with our vows being the main focus, and even my more religious family members thought the ceremony was perfect. The amount of options the Church of the Ancient Ways provides really allows you to curate your ceremony to make it feel like you, and our ceremony truly felt like it encapsulated who we are. We also included the incredible African American tradition of jumping the broom, and Minister Brenda gave a wonderful description that helped those who attended who may have never heard about the tradition. I would recommend Minister Brenda and the Church of Ancient Ways 1000 times over, and am so appreciative of how incredible our ceremony was.

d anything we could have imagined. He had moments of humor, seriousness, traditional elements, and told our love story perfectly. It was honestly my favorite part of the wedding. My husband and I could not believe how many compliments and comments we received from our guests about the ceremony and Reverend Joe. If you want to make your wedding extra special, then you have to book Long Island Wedding Officiants for your ceremony!

— short, modern, and the right balance of religious elements. Rev. Joe’s delivery was charismatic and full of energy!

ctations. He was supportive during each portion of planning and his communication prior to the event gives you the confidence you need on your wedding day. Joe's kindness and warmth immediately filled the room upon his arrival. It felt like we had known Joe for years. He made us feel cared for and important, and understands how to turn your "perfect ceremony" into a reality. Our guest raved about him and our ceremony! If you want a welcoming presence who is professional, prepared, and experienced to officiate your ceremony, please reach out to Reverend Joe. You will not regret it. P.s. he makes awesome instagram reels following your event that we have watched 100 times in two days.

able for edits/questions. Two weeks after our wedding and we are still getting so many compliments on the ceremony. Joe kept the ceremony running smoothly, spoke loudly, and added personal touches to the ceremony. Thank you for everything. You will NOT be disappointed!!!

the ceremony started, he already felt like family. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for either secular or religious services for their upcoming wedding!

wedding, we could tell he genuinely loves what he does as he took the time to ask us thoughtful, meaningful questions (in a fun causal way). It felt like we had known him for years. Rev. Joe even shared his entire script with us and encouraged us to adjust anything we wanted. That openness and collaboration meant so much. When our ceremony arrived, he came early to set up and checked in with us before our trip down the aisle. He painted a picture of our story so beautifully and authentically. He also welcomed and embraced the idea of blending both Catholic and Muslim elements, and he did so with such respect, joy, and intention that our families were deeply moved. Rev. Joe brought the perfect balance of warmth, sincerity and amount of humor as we laughed and cried our way through the ceremony. Our ceremony really DID feel like us—which is exactly what we hoped for. Rev. Joe is genuine, joyful, and truly gifted at what he does (you can see it in his smile and hear it in his voice). We couldn’t imagine our ceremony without him, and we’re so grateful he was the one to stand with us on such an important day. If you want a ceremony that feels personal, heartfelt, and unforgettable, Joe is the one.

l venue was affected by hurricanes. She has a beautiful way with words and we absolutely adored every word she spoke and how she masterfully crafted our love story with personalized touches. Thank you so much Brenda, we couldn't have done this without you!

lder was so easy to use, there were so many options available to us for each portion of the ceremony and having the ability to go through them at our own pace was a huge perk. Reverend Joe made us feel supported and comfortable every step of the way. So many of friends and relatives let us know that they found the ceremony engaging and thoughtful. Reverend Joe brought a wonderful energy to the event and it did not go unnoticed. The most common compliment of the night was that the guests could feel the love in the room. If you are looking for an officiant, we highly recommend reaching out to Long Island Wedding Officiants!

ed it to be close to a Catholic ceremony and be made it perfect!

ected with him and wanted him to be our officiant - that is how friendly and personable he is. He took the time to get to know us and learn our story, and it shone through in the beautiful ceremony he prepared for us. He included personal details that made it seem like he had known us forever. Our ceremony was touching, intimate, and everything we wanted it to be. You will not regret working with Reverend Joe!

is such a wonderful person and made our day so special. We got so many compliments on our ceremony and how great he was. I couldn’t have imagined a better ceremony and person to have married us. He even made an awesome reel for us and used A Whole New World as the song because he noticed we had some Disney Instrumentals during the ceremony, it was just such a special touch and we loved it. If you’re looking for the perfect person to officiate your wedding - don’t hesitate to connect with Reverend Joe, you will not be disappointed!!! Check out his instagram @reverendjoeiadanza to see for yourself! Thank you again Reverend Joe!!! 🤍

ent over the ceremony script she came up with based off our meeting for us to review. She was so accommodating with any changes we decided on. The day of our wedding she was able to run through a rehearsal with our bridal party while we were taking some photos. Prior to the ceremony, Brenda also verbally rehearsed with us and invited our witnesses to sign our marriage license. She ensured us that the marriage license will be taken care of on her end, and while we were on our honeymoon we got noticed that we received back our marriage certificate. The ceremony went so smoothly and it was great to hear the beautiful words of our love in front of all our loved ones. Brenda included a blessing in Spanish, which made my mother and uncle very surprised and happy to hear. The same blessing was also spoken in English for all to hear as well. At the end, Brenda gave us the binder with our scripted ceremony that she used for us to keep. It is such a special piece to remember our wedding in the years to come, especially since we did not hire a videographer. During our reception and even the days after, we got so many compliments about how lovely the ceremony was and how wonderfully spoke Brenda was. So Brenda, again, thank you so much for making our special day even more special! 10000% recommend to any one after us!

. From beginning to big day Rev Joe made us feel so comfortable and heard. There’s no one out there we would recommend more for such a special and beautiful occasion! From the jokes to the more serious parts of our ceremony, Rev Joe was absolutely amazing and we’ll never be able to thank him enough!

so important to us — and Aviva did the most incredible job! After just one short meeting, she somehow crafted a ceremony more meaningful and personal than we ever could have imagined. Her kind, calming presence made us both feel completely at ease, even when we were both a bundle of nerves. We’re so grateful to have had her as such an integral part of our big day!

fortless. Her constant communication, warmth, and professionalism gave me such peace of mind. My husband and I cannot recommend Brenda and the Church of Ancient Ways highly enough!

m. We did a fully custom ceremony and it came out perfectly. Rev. Joe was able to capture exactly who we are as a couple and tell our love story perfectly. He was so much fun to work with and we completely trusted him and his guidance throughout the whole thing. I am Catholic and my husband is Jain and Rev. Joe was able to seamlessly incorporate ideas and sayings from both religions into our ceremony. Our friends and family all raved about him too. They were all super impressed, loved our ceremony, and thought Rev. Joe was great. I could go on and on, but the short version is Rev. Joe is the best!

ach experience was wonderful. He truly is a wonderful person. I still have my guests talking about how great the ceremony was and how he communicated with the whole group so well. I highly recommend!

ditional moments here and there at our choosing! There are not enough words to describe how truly amazing he is to have at your side on your wedding day. He made the official marriage business seamless and was readily available for any questions and concerns throughout the planning process. He gave us many options for ceremony type with his amazing templates and can create a personalized ceremony for your big day if you choose to do so. He ALSO made a beautiful reel/video showcasing us and our amazing wedding. Truly exquisite. If you are considering an officiant for any event, look no further because you found the perfect person!

rds felt personal, heartfelt, and perfectly captured our love and commitment. Having him officiate our wedding made the day feel even more special, and we are so grateful for the joy and sincerity he brought to every moment.

we could have made. He took the time to truly listen to our story and vision, and he crafted a ceremony that felt deeply personal, heartfelt, funny, authentic and full of warmth. Joe was incredibly responsive and thoughtful throughout the entire process. Every time we had an idea or needed to make a change, he was right there with us, revising quickly and offering guidance that made everything better. He was never just going through the motions. He genuinely cared about getting it right for us. What stood out most was his attention to detail and his ability to balance meaning with lightness. He brought humor, sincerity, and a calm presence that made us feel completely at ease. He was also very patient and understanding when things weren't running on time. Our guests were blown away by how beautifully he told our story, and so many said it was one of the most moving ceremonies they had ever witnessed. And although Joe did speak slightly fast, it did not take away from the ceremony, and kept things running on time, which we appreciated. Joe has a true gift, not just for words, but for connection. We are so grateful for the heart he poured into our day. If you want an officiant who will make your ceremony magical and unforgettable, Joe is the one. Thank you so much, Joe and Long Island Wedding Officiants!

s. Truly beautiful speech & poem. Thank you so much. I would recommend them to anybody looking for an officiant or looking to elope!

special & he truly delivered. Joe took the time to understand our relationship, our values, and our vision for the ceremony, and created a truly personalized experience that reflected who we are as individuals and as a couple. The ceremony was heartfelt and meaningful, with beautiful touches that made it feel so personal and unique to us. Joe was extremely warm, engaging, and professional, ensuring everything ran smoothly while also keeping the atmosphere relaxed and joyful. We will cherish our ceremony forever! Much love - Dom & Ashley Gandolfo

. Aviva took the time to sit down with us for over an hour and a half just to get to know us—our story, our values, our vision for the day. She was genuinely invested in understanding who we are as a couple and that care and attention came through in every word of the ceremony she crafted for us. What we loved most was how completely customizable everything was. Aviva gave us the freedom to make the ceremony reflect us, while also guiding us with warmth and wisdom. She offered thoughtful suggestions and was open to all of our ideas, helping us strike the perfect balance between tradition and individuality.

and created a beautiful, customized ceremony. We got so many compliments and people asking us how we knew him because it was so personalized.

elf, but shortly after I attended a wedding where he coincidentally officiated and knew we needed to book him for our wedding! Reverend Joe knows how to pull in an audience and really gets to know/understand the couples he works with. After our 45 minute zoom call, he sent us a personalized ceremony script and we were able to provide feedback and edits for a completely customized wedding. It means so much to have this ceremony so focused on us, as a couple. He really portrayed our love to our friends and family. And he is a true professional in the wedding industry—knows what questions to ask, helps us take care of the marriage license, etc. We felt very supported through the wedding planning process. We have gotten so many compliments that this is THE BEST wedding ceremony our guests have seen. We’re so lucky to have found Reverend Joe!

ow informative it was. We filled out the contact information section and we were contacted by Rev. Joe within hours. Just by reading his email we knew right away that he was our perfect match and wanted him to be the one to marry us. Rev. Joe is relatable, funny, personable, amazing and so many more things. He made our ceremony exactly what we had envisioned and we are so glad he was able to make such a special moment, one to remember for a lifetime.

tremely professional and made sure that we had everything we needed to make sure everything goes smoothly. Our guests throughout the night couldn't stop telling us how impressed they were with her. From the ceremony, to her voice, to how she kept everyones attention with small anecdotes and jokes. We couldnt have imagined a better ceremony. Thank you Rev Aviva!
