We used Long Stems for our wedding this past June and could not be more impressed with how the flower arrangements turned out! I am at a loss for words - the flowers were STUNNING!...
From the flowers in the church to the boutonnieres, every piece far exceeded our expectations. I absolutely loved my bouquet - it was everything I could have wished for and more. And the centerpieces were breathtaking. It was a pleasure working with Long Stems - I highly recommend!
If you need a florist for your wedding or any big event, look no further!! Long stems is definitely the place to book with!!
From my first phone call with Keith, I felt at ease. We...
discussed what I would want for our wedding and he took everything down. He said that we could always add or take away up until 3 weeks before the wedding when we do a mockup!
I went back and forth a lot with his son, John, over the invoice and things I wanted to add and he couldn’t have been any more helpful.
Any question I asked, they answered right away and accommodated anything I wanted to add on!
When it came time for the mockup about 3 weeks before the wedding, I went in person to Long Stems. Keith was so gracious and then Heather walked me through what they were thinking of putting together! She had a mockup of a bunch of flowers and took out anything I didn’t want and added in anything I needed.
After that, they sent me an updated invoice and anything I decided to change or fix they did no problem!!
The day of the wedding they delivered my flowers right on time and just WOW. they were BEAUTIFUL!!!!! It was exactly what I envisioned and I couldn’t have been happier. My bouquet was absolutely perfect and they wrapped it in a handkerchief that i had given them during the mockup.
I got married at Villanova University and Long Stems had the flowers in the church match our flowers perfectly!!!
Aside from the bouquets, the centerpieces and Any other small arrangements throughout the venue were perfect. Keith’s wife, Anne, touched them all up to make sure everything was in place and she couldn’t have been any nicer!! She came up to the bridal suite to bring the corsages and boutonnieres in and when I started to move things around in the fridge to make room she told me to not worry about it and she would do it because she knew I had enough to do!! She was just so kind and I really enjoyed speaking with her.
The entire Long Stems team was so amazing to work with. Not only do they put together beautiful floral arrangements, but they are kind, gracious, and so helpful.
Thank you so much Long Stems!!!

d I accept another weddings arrangements in lieu of mine. And let me point out, they weren’t even the same arrangement s I paid for. Like are you serious? Do not use them if you want perfection on your big day! Long Stems was my only vendor who did not come through on my wedding day.
They were great. Not super communicative. My bouquet was beautiful but I literally had not idea what I was getting before the day corsages looked a little tired for all my moms.
Beautifully done centerpieces! Keith and staff worked with us to make a design that fit our taste and budget. Would definitely recommend!
Very pleased with my bouquet. Since I was unable to get silk flowers in time for my ceremony, I reached out to this florist 1 week prior to my ceremony and requested a cascading bo...
uquet. I sent them a picture of what I wanted, and they did an amazing job. I love calla lilies, and they made my request happen. I’m so happy I found them. I put the flowers in a vase on my dining room table and they yet look good.

is a garden connoisseur, I gave her the job of working with Keith to plan out the flowers. 3 weeks before the wedding he invited her over to the shop to see a sample center piece arrangement. He was flexible with an indoor/outdoor set up pending weather and helped come up with ways to repurpose our ceremony flowers indoors for our reception. Delivery and set up was punctual and well done. A pleasure to work with- highly recommend Keith and Long Stems for wedding flowers!

le to use and packed up for me! Working with Long Stems means that you work with people who are incredibly experienced and knowledgable, but you get the experience of working with a family business that makes you feel important and like you are their only client! Keith was so accommodating and will work within your budget. His knowledge and expertise in his field is amazing because I could easily trust him to understand my vision and bring it to life without breaking the bank. He brought all of my Pinterest dreams to life and I still can't believe (when I look back at the photos) that that was actually my wedding and not someone else's magazine wedding day. Work with Long Stems, you will absolutely not regret it!

rrangement I wanted that was surrounded around peonies, only to find out AT the trial that they dont carry peonies. I wanted to come in and check out the store at times, but they were "too busy" because of prom. I also asked to bump up my trial by a week because i was an out of town bride and it was the only time i would be home. They told me they were "too busy" because of other weddings and the jewish holiday. When they did make the accomodtion, the OWNER told me I shouldnt be there and they never do this. I understand the nature of the business, but if you're "too busy", maybe more help is needed. The ONLY good thing was that my floral arrangements looked nice. Based on service, however, I would never recommend them.

ccomodating with the multiple changes I had along the way, not to mention warm & friendly. It was such a relief to have a vendor that I had no worries about! It is most definitely a good idea to take advantage of the centerpiece "mock up" that Long Stems provides. I made some minor changes to the colors they used (I wanted all purples, but they incorporated some pinks originally). I told the staff what I wanted changed and they delivered.
I can't tell you how happy I was when I arrived in the bridal suite & I saw the beatiful bridesmaid bouquets (and my bouquet) set up! It was like a picture from a magazine. I didn't have an opportunity to see the boutonnieres until I saw my husband for the first time and I was again elated. Long Stems did exactly what I wanted! I started out with vague ideas for center piece flower types but clear direction on colors and they made everything work perfectly and fall into place. I received so many compliments... I made a very good decision going with Long Stems.
Keith and his team were great! We had been to three other florists in the area and Long Stems were the only ones that seem to listen to what we wanted! And we were so happy we cho...
ose them! Our tables were long with ivory linens. Each table had a mix of high and low arrangements. The high arrangements were in a gold candelabra base with crystals hanging from navy ribbons. The flowers were a mixture of garden roses, freesia, hydrangea, seeded eucalyptus, peonies, and a touch of greens for a very vintage garden feel. Each table also had tapered candles, very large candelabras, lamps of different sizes with lampshades that were lit with tea lights, votives, moss balls and a runner of laurel and boxwood. The gold chiavari chairs with navy seat cushions the perfect touch to compliment the gold charger plates and navy napkins! And the amber uplighting gave that candlelight look to the whole ballroom The room was absolutely transformed with old world elegance. We had a million compliments on our decor! All the extra touches they added were unbelievable and their pricing was more than reasonable!
Keith, Pat and Kathy are all amazing. We had the most gorgeaous centerpieces and everyone loved the bridal party flowers. The people at Long Stems are tried and true professionals....
They are down to earth, friendly and accomadating for ALL budgets.
My flowers were absolutely beautiful
Very beautiful arrangement. Insist though that they do a mock-up of your arrangement well in advance. We went through multiple iterations. If you are having them do a cascading bou...
quet, request that they use an attractive handle...we had ugly white plastic stick handles that appeared in a couple of pictures. I was not thrilled about that. I have seen prettier crystal-like plastic handles in a friend's wedding. They were pretty good about special requests, I just didn't think to ask about that. The only other thing that really disappointed me was how flowers kept falling out of the bouquets as if they weren't secured enough.
Long Stems came highly recommended by my vendor, and when I contacted them and price compared them with other florists they came in cheaper, so I went with them. What a disaster.

I met with Keith before the wedding and he brought tons of photo albums so I could show him what I wanted. Despite being crystal clear about which flowers, colors and arrangements I wanted (I even pointed all of these things out in HIS albums), and which flowers and colors I didn't want, on the day of the wedding the ONLY thing they got right were the bridesmaids' bouquets.
I hated my flowers.
When I called Keith (from the bridal suite, in my dress, and one hour from show time) his answer was "you told me you wanted those flowers and colors but you didn't say you wanted them in the centerpieces" and instead said that he put six flowers that I wanted in each centerpiece (six whole flowers that I wanted in my own centerpiece? How about all flowers I wanted in my own centerpiece??) The centerpieces were more filler than flower, including adding berries, which I had specifically told him not to use.
He also failed to provide boutonnieres for my father and the father of the groom. I was so embarrassed.
He was not apologetic about how the flowers looked, and not apologetic at all about the fact that there was such a complete breakdown somewhere between what I said and what I got, when both my maid of honor and husband heard me tell him the same thing repeatedly. He refused to even attempt to come up with any sort of solution to the problem and just kept saying, "I'm not coming over. There's nothing I can do."
My guests actually came up to me and told me every part of the wedding was fabulous except the flowers, which they told me looked "nothing like my personality at all," and asked me how could I spend so much money on a wedding and skimp on the flowers?
The worst part was, Keith assigned himself a budget without telling me and then told me I couldn't have what I wanted because I would go over budget. I asked him where he got his budget from and he couldn't answer me.
DO NOT USE LONG STEMS!!!
