We had a terrible experience with Longhorn Charter Bus in October 2024 and would not recommend them if you are booking for an important event. See details below:
We booked two shu...ttles from Longhorn Charter (through intermediary CharterUp) to transport guests to and from our wedding on 10/26/24. Bus #1 was supposed to arrive at 2:45pm to take guests to our 4pm wedding ceremony. It did not arrive until 3:20pm. At 3pm, we received a text from our guests that had been waiting for bus #1, notifying us that it had not arrived. At that time, I called the driver to ask what was going on. He said that "he was stuck in f**** traffic and that he would be there in ten minutes." He then hung up. It was very rude and unprofessional. A substantial number of guests were late for our wedding ceremony due to the bus's tardiness. Bus #2 was supposed to arrive at the church at 5pm to take guests to our 5:30pm reception. It did not arrive until 5:15pm. Our guests had to wait outside in the Texas heat during the bus company's delay. Neither driver reached out in advance to indicate that they would be late. As the bride and groom, we should not have been dealing with these issues on our wedding day. The bus company was late, rude and unprofessional. We were only provided a small refund to compensate us for these issues on our wedding day.
Poor customer service and we would suggest that you look elsewhere for a more reputable company.
