Longswamp Bed and Breakfast is the perfect setting for an elegant yet simple wedding or vow renewal ceremony, followed by an intimate reception. Exchange vows outdoors under our Gazebo set on beautifully landscaped grounds, or indoors in our library in front of our warm seasonally decorated fireplace. A charming 30x50 lighted brick courtyard creates an intimate atmosphere for cocktails and hors d'oeuvres for up to 35 of your closest friends and family.

nue that charged $1000 if you didn't use one of their 3 caterers). We had mission bbq catering and used TM Weddings for photography/videography and both I highly recommend.
They are very responsive and always answered all my random questions even if I sent 4 emails a day. I stayed the night before with my bridesmaids and in the morning we got breakfast at our door which was super nice! We also brought our own alcohol which was great because we could choose the beers we wanted. We used the bartenders the venue recommended and they were great with helpings us figure out how much to buy and even let us do signature drinks. I was slightly worried about our guest count being 100 people and fitting in the barn but everyone fit great and we still had a dance floor. We had our ceremony by the gazebo, cocktail hour on the patio, and reception in the barn. I loved the area us girls were able to get ready in and the guys got ready at a hotel nearby they stayed the night before but were able to put the flowers on and finish getting ready in the lower suite. Overall I'd give this venue and the owners a 10/10 everything was amazing!!

nd they do the entire take-down for you! My bridesmaids and I stayed at the cottage the night before, and had complimentary breakfast at the inn-DELICIOUS! It was really convenient to have an on-site place to stay and keep your things, although we did have to be out of the cottage by the beginning of the ceremony which was slightly stressful. My groom and I stayed in the Barn Suite after the wedding and it was beautiful, with another scrumptious complimentary breakfast! JoAnn is very sweet and will accommodate you, but make sure you both understand everything, because there was some confusion on both ends that made for a few minor issues. Overall, no other place could've been as visually stunning, and we would recommend to anyone looking for a rustic venue with a great value.

e weird when I said we were getting married in an old barn but once they saw it they understood. We did it mostly ourselves & we thought the price was very reasonable. And she is an awesome cook! We spent a couple nights there before the wedding also & her breakfasts were outta this world! I HIGHLY recommend Longswamp B&B for a wedding/shower/weekend getaway!!!
Joanne makes everything about having a wedding at the bed and breakfast easy and hassle-free. She does EVERYTHING, making it easy for the busy bride.
