Great venue! Food was fantastic. The gals set up all my decorations and had them boxed up to pick up next day. Easy to work with!
We had such a good feeling going into Longwood and thought everything was going to be perfect with the amount of time we spent with the coordinators. The staff did not communicate...
well with eachother and had our event all messed up. Our coordinator wasn't even there the day of our event and when we walked in the door nothing was set up and the food was not ready. The staff seemed to have no experience with big events. We were not supposed to be stressed out at our rehearsal dinner and we were. Some of the staff were so rude to our guests and most of them were dressed in their golf attire. This is just the beginning of the problems. The food ended up being really good besides some of it being cold and the GM ended up coming in on his day off dressed in a suit to try and turn the event around and make sure we were happy. We appreciated him showing up and trying to make things right and they ended up giving us a discount for all of their mistakes. I would not recommend this place for a big rehearsal dinner like we had.
