imes when I'm anxious it's helpful to have someone to lean on who isn't in the room with me. I texted Abby (it was before her scheduled arrival time) and she texted me for an hour about random little things (for example, how she got maple syrup in her hair that morning). It made me feel SO relaxed and helped me calm down. Then, once she arrived, she made such an effort during the day to make sure that my husband and I stepped back to take a deep breath and find some peace during the day to stay present and focus on each other. She captured the most special, intimate moments, and I couldn't be happier. I have only seen a preview of five photos so far and I am already over the moon happy with her work. Thank you Abby! (I should also mention how efficient she is with family / wedding party photos. I've been at weddings where it takes an entire hour or two to get all of those obligatory photos taken care of, and Abby got it done, and got it done WELL, in just 25ish minutes).

ne week after our wedding weekend, I can safely say investing in Abby was one of the best decisions we made. My wife always knew it was, but now I see it as well. Abby is the perfect balance of talent, professionalism, organization, and friend. I typically do not enjoy having my photo taken and heeding her advice to "trust her"made the process fun and also produced amazing images. Abby made me feel comfortable and helped me find my real smile throughout the entire process. Simply put, Abby is just cool. She is fun to be around, welcoming and friendly with guests and family members. Not only did we leave the weekend with amazing images, but we left the weekend with a friend who I hope will help us capture other memories in our lifetime as well.

From our engagement photo session to Abby's professionalism in coming up with a schedule for the day-of, to her laid back and friendly demeanor on our wedding day and her timely delivery of our beautifully, edited photos-- our experience with Abby was at 10 out of 10 from beginning to end. We recently received our wedding photos and we could not be more thrilled. We keep scrolling through the photos and I have to pinch myself to grasp that these unreal images are from our wedding and not just one that I've long admired. They are stunning. It's not only her pictures that makes her such an amazing photographer, but it's also the manner in which Abby connects with people. The way she is able to make a somewhat camera-shy couple so incredibly comfortable, the way she has an admirable passion for what she does, and it's the way that she senses what a person needs in the moment. Abby recognizes that the wedding is about more than just capturing the memories-- it's about experiencing them. This outlook allowed for us to enjoy and take in every second of our day and the photos reflect that ease, excitement and the sweet, magical, genuine moments that we will forever cherish. Abby is an unbelievable artist, she can get down on the dance floor with the best of them (seriously, our guests raved about the dancing photographer that mixed right in with the party), and, above all, she is an amazing person. It was really important to my husband and me to surround ourselves with good people on our wedding day and Abby couldn't have fit that bill more.
