Working with Lori was amazing! We gave her a general idea of what we wanted for our wedding and she brought it to life. We booked Lori's full wedding planning service as well as her flower service and our day could not have gone smoother. She truly made planning our wedding as stress-free and enjoyable as possible, I could not imagine doing it without her. Highly recommend her as a wedding planner and florist!!!

We can’t thank Lori enough for making our big day run so smoothly! I felt so much relief after our meeting knowing we had someone who really cares about their work. There are so many fine details that go into a wedding so having someone who knows the industry makes a world of difference. Lori also did our florals and they were absolutely beautiful. All we had to do was give a few inspiration photos and let her handle the rest. It all turned out perfect! We also appreciate Lori helping with some last minute things that she really didn’t have to. Do not hesitate to have her in your corner for your big day! We are so glad we did.

We used Lori for her wedding planning, design, and florals. She was always responsive throughout the entire process of planning our wedding and made the wedding look exactly as my wife dreamed. Our entire wedding day was stress free as Lori was able to handle everything for us so we were able to enjoy our day with no worries. Our favorite thing about Lori was each time we had an idea, Lori always let us know what she could do, and what issues we could potentially run into which was super helpful. I would recommend Lori to anyone looking for a wedding planner. - Thomas (Groom) Lori was an absolute dream! I went into the wedding planning process thinking that in order to reach my dream wedding designs I would have to do it all myself. After meeting Lori, I opened myself up to put my trust into another to achieve our dream wedding…and that she did! She was open and communicative throughout the entire process. She encouraged feedback, was thorough in asking for our insight, and considered what our needs were and budget. She spent time and dedication into visualizing my dream wedding and absolutely nailed it with her beautiful design, florals, and coordination. We couldn’t have been happier with how everything turned out. With excellent coordination throughout the process and day of, we were able to have a stress free and very memorable wedding. Lori and her team at Lori Cole Events were absolutely amazing as our day-of wedding coordinators! I planned a DIY wedding and was pretty nervous about how everything would come together on the big day, but Lori and her team ensured everything ran smoothly. I wasn’t present for any of the setup, but if there were any hiccups, they handled them flawlessly because I barely had anything to worry about. The ceremony went off without a hitch, and the rehearsal they led the day before was incredibly helpful—it gave us confidence and a clear understanding of what to expect. Lori and her team were so professional, organized, and calm, which made the entire experience stress-free. If you’re looking for a coordinator who truly knows what they’re doing and will let you enjoy your wedding day without worry, I can’t recommend Lori Cole Events enough!

Lori and her team are absolutely amazing! Our wedding had been postponed due to covid and had to change venues and the date. As you could imagine, that was extremely stressful on me, but Lori was able to comfort me and help me with literally everyone. Her and her team communicate everything you need and things you need to think about during the planning process. I had several in person meetings with Lori and she was able to go over a ton of stuff with me, even things I never would have thought about needing or having. She knew exactly what I liked based off a few pictures and her and her team were able to make mine and my husbands wedding day beyond spectacular! Her level of dedication to her work is only matched by her desire to give you the day that you have always dreamt of. She is extremely creative and patient when you need her the most! Lori is the most flexible planner and works around your schedule. Her main focus and interest are making sure the bride has no stress, worries or concerns and makes sure your wedding day is everything you’ve ever wanted and more. She even goes out of her way and makes sure the family and guests have an amazing experience as well. She never gives you demands or requirements, and has wonderful advice and tips. She goes above and beyond reaching out and communicating to not only me, but my husband as well about everything. Highly recommended! Please make sure you get Lori Cole for your events! You won’t be disappointed!

My negative experience with Lori Cole (wedding planner) can be summed up in three bullets: she is a poor communicator she is not flexible she is more interested in her image rather than the family experience My grandson got married on Oct. 2, 2021. When he proposed to his girlfriend one of the first things he did was ask me if I would consider playing guitar at his ceremony. I said sure! I am a professional guitarist and have played hundreds of weddings in the bay area for over 25 years. I specialized in high-end wedding ceremonies and have performed at most of the top wedding venues. I communicated with the bride on what I needed at the site of their barn wedding at Richards Ranch, Modesto. I received a text back from the bride that her wedding planner, Lori Cole from Lori Cole events said I didn’t need to bring my PA since I could plug into the DJs system. I texted the bride back saying that would not work for me as I have special equipment and amplification that has been calibrated and tweaked for my instrument. I had gone through this issue many times but it was never a problem until I met Lori Cole. I never received any communications from Lori which is highly unusual since coordinator’s are paid to handle most things for a wedding couple. The bride was overwhelmed with the wedding and I had difficulty getting messages back from her. I texted her to have Lori contact me directly but that never happened. I arrived at the rehearsal on Friday night. I met Lori and she started telling me her demands and requirements that were not acceptable to me. She was not flexible at all. I ended up telling her that her plan would not work for me and to have the DJ play the ceremony music. I told my grandson there was no way I was going to play with her conditions. He was very upset and his mother later told me he was almost in tears. It soured the wedding for many of the groom’s family members. If Lori would have called me I don’t believe any of this disappointment would have happened. I do hope couples that consider hiring Lori Cole make sure to get the services they are paying for and don’t experience we went through. Respectively, David

Lori and her team are amazing. They communicate everything you need and things you need to think about during the planning process. Her team made my day spectacular and she was able to come up with so many creative ideas that fit within my budget. I totally recommend using Lori Cole Events for any, or better yet all, of their services.

Lori has coordinated several events for me including a wedding, 50th birthday surprise and a celebration of life. She is extremely creative and patient when you need her the most! Highly recommended!
