Our Cake Shoppe is owned and operated by Pastry Chef Lorraine Horwath Perry. A 2006 graduate of The French Culinary Institute of New York, now International Culinary Center. Her team of two pastry chefs, graduates of the Culinary Institute of America, work by her side daily and together, they create beautiful wedding and special occasion cakes. We are a from-scratch bakery that uses fresh farm ingredients that enhance the true flavor of your beautiful cake. Whatever your personal taste or style, Lorraine’s Cake Shoppe will create high-quality designs and flavors that are as unique as you. Based in the historic town of Lafayette New Jersey, this friendly and professional team of pastry chefs will create a wedding cake of your dreams. From traditional designs that are sophisticated to a more rustic look. Whatever your dream is, we can create and customize the design to suit you. I loved that they have very unique flavor options, since we aren’t the traditional almond wedding cake type of people. We chose a lemon poppy with raspberry jam cake that we kept wanting more of during our tasting! We have saved our top tier for our one year anniversary but with how delicious that cake was we aren’t sure it will make it that far!
