0, and they did not call to let us know they were on the way until 5:25. We had been calling them repeatedly before then but no one answered. When they finally arrived, the workers explained that they were told to arrive at 5:30 and that they had gotten stuck in traffic.
I emailed the owner a couple days later to let them know what happened and to hopefully prevent anyone else from experiencing the stress caused by the miscommunication between their owner and workers. I received an underwhelming response that did not adequately explain why they were so late and why there was no communication. I personally would not recommend them given this experience.
I will say, however, that the food was really great and once they did finally arrive, the service was fast.

. We served 180 guests over a period of about 3 hours. There was never a line thanks to their efficiency. We only purchased 130 meals (we had a pizza truck as well) but Los Chilangos generously brought extras in case of a shortage... and we used them! We had a number of guests from CA who are spoiled with mexican food but still were very impressed with Los Chilangos... couldn't be happier with everything!
