Beginning in 2023, Los Poblanos weddings will be capped at a maximum of 60 people, aligning with our well-being model of connection, health and happiness. As we long to re-engage and form more meaningful connections, intimate weddings provide an ideal platform to gather around the shared table, enrich relationships and deepen bonds. After hosting weddings for many years, it is our earnest belief that smaller gatherings are more successful, much merrier and profoundly personal. With 45 guest rooms, a spa, daily yoga classes, tours and programming, there are many ways to enrich and elevate your wedding weekend. Our intimate weddings are especially magical, and as such, availability is limited to 26 wedding dates in 2023. We will be filling those dates through an all-new wedding lottery system. Hosting fewer weddings each year allows our dedicated staff to provide wedding couples with the best possible experience -- from the initial planning call to the conclusion of your event. The venue is absolutely gorgeous. I wanted a glamorous, romantic, New Mexican farm feel and Los Poblanos was the perfect location to capture my wedding vision. Chelsea was a DREAM wedding coordinator to work with. She made every part of the planning process feel exciting and fun, while also professionally talking me through every aspect of wedding planning that needed to be dealt with. On my wedding day, I never had to stress about a thing because I knew she and her team were taking care of it. From setting up our wedding arch, setting up the luminarias, making sure all my decor was exactly how I wanted it placed, she was on top of it and I walked out of my bridal suite for pictures to absolute perfection. The food is also amazing. I've had so many guests reflecting back on how good the food was at our wedding. If I could do it all again, I would!! Los Poblanos is the best of the best!

Our wedding at Los Poblanos was a dream come true. Camille, our wedding coordinator, was particularly phenomenal. She made us feel so comfortable and relaxed and was so helpful throughout the whole process. You can tell that Camille really cares about her brides and making sure the event is special. Camille navigated day-of stress with family with unbelievable ease and grace. Every single detail was perfect-from the food, to the beauty of every location of our day, to the way the staff treated my husband and I as well as our guests...the day was magical. We still have guests telling us how much they loved the food! It was truly our dream wedding. Thank you SO much to Camille and everyone else at Los Poblanos for giving us the best day of our lives.

Such a MAGICAL place!! Our wedding weekend there was the best weekend of my life. Chelsea and her team made our wedding weekend run flawlessly. We had wild rainy weather, a ton of Texans, and 160 guests and not one person had one complaint of the night. Everyone was blown away by the beauty of the farm. We can't wait to come back every year for our anniversary in one of the most beautiful places in the world. Our pictures are breathtaking. I wholeheartedly recommend Los Poblanos as a wedding venue!!

I am truly overwhelmed by the care and attention to detail our event coordinator, Camille, put into our wedding. She was present for everything from the rehearsal to the send off, took care of all the little details I forgot (last minute candles, sparklers, etc.), and was just an overall joy to work with. The day was so seamless and stress-free and everyone was in awe of the venue’s beauty and how delicious the food was. And Savannah shuttled is around all day on a golf cart so we could transport items to set up and take pictures without ruining my dress. Our wedding was everything we had hoped and worked so hard for thanks to Camille and the staff. Los Poblanos is a remarkable spot for a perfect wedding.

Every parent wants to give their daughter the wedding of her dreams, and at Los Poblanos we were able to do that for our daughter. Chelsea was amazing from the first meeting, professional, kind, understanding and patient, as this was an out of town event for parents and bride and groom. She was always prompt with any correspondence! We felt like we were her only clients during our 6 month planning and right up to and throughout the wedding day, she took care of everything. Even dealt with all the boxes with all of our decorations!! Thank you! The architecture, gardens, ambiance, delicious food and staff were all amazing and our guests raved about the beauty and serenity of Los Poblanos and the wonderful time they had at our daughters wedding. I would highly recommend Chelsea and Los Poblanos for the wedding of your dreams. Thank you Chelsea and Los Poblanos!!

We had both our reception and ceremony here. I'm so glad we did! As the bride, I didn't lift a finger. Literally the wedding coordinator took care of every detail. After getting ready, I panicked thinking omg I didn't set up anything I brought! but after walking into the venue- everything that was in boxes was set up perfectly. The venue can be a tad on the expensive side, but as a bride I had no stress on my wedding day or really any other time and that was worth every penny. People really enjoyed the food and loved that they could dance or go into the library to mingle. Only downside is that we had to be done at 10:30 and I wish we could have had the venue until 12. Cannot recommend enough!

Our wedding at Los Poblanos was a literal dream come true! The venue is gorgeous and rustic. We wanted a venue where we did not have to decorate much; we wanted the natural beauty to shine through. The team, especially Camille, was amazing to work with. They are so considerate and professional. They helped us so much with the set up and they did all the tear down. Planning an out-of-state wedding can be stressful but the team at Los Poblanos made it much easier. My husband and I could not have chosen a more beautiful and helpful venue to get married at!

Incredible service. Shaylen planned the event seamlessly and professionally. She accommodated and made me feel at ease with my numerous food allergies (gluten, nuts, shrimp). The wait staff during the event were also very professional and kind. Not only is all of the staff professional, the atomsphere, views, and ambiance were incredible. It made our wedding authentic and unique to our home town of Albuquerque, New Mexico. So pleased with everything about our event. After, our guests raved about the food and entire experience.

Los Poblanos was my dream venue, and I have to say it lived up to all of my hopes and expectations. My now husband and I got married during their Winter Wedding Season (November 11th) and it was still SO gorgeous. The grounds were still covered in fall foliage, and it was a beautiful sunny day. I'd recommend this wedding venue to any New Mexico bride and groom (or even those who'd travel from out of state). From the venue, to the amazing food, to the incredible help from their coordinators and staff- it was a million dollar wedding on a tight budget. I'll forever think of our wedding day and smile!

What an amazing venue!! I fell in love with this place from the first time I set foot on the property. It feels like you are out of town even though you are in the middle of the city. The architecture of the buildings and the surrounding gardens are gorgeous! It is definitely a venue that requires very little in the way of providing your own decor; the venue speaks for itself. The areas where the cocktail hour and reception where held were perfect! The food was amazing! I was really happy with our preview tastings, but I was completely blown away by the food on the actual day of the wedding. Everything down to the dinner rolls was delicious! Every guest I've talked to since the wedding can't stop talking about how it was the best food they've ever eaten. We also heard back from guests that the wine and beer selection was great too! All of the staff we worked with was super friendly and very professional. Shaeyln, the coordinator, was so helpful and attentive throughout the entire process. She was able to handle all of my questions and concerns and helped to make the entire planning process and the day of the wedding run smoothly. She even helped to calm my nerves when I got worried about the extreme heat for our outdoor reception ( it was the first day of an unusual week-long heat wave). Los Poblanos takes care of the big stuff like tables, linens, food, beverages, cake, as well as some of the smaller things like cute wedding signage for directing your guests. They even include a room at the Inn for the night of the wedding and let me say, the rooms and restaurant were absolutely amazing! My husband and I plan on celebrating our anniversary here for years to come! The venue is one of the more pricey in the area, but it is worth EVERY penny, hands down. Los Poblanos delivered in every way and I guarantee you will not regret choosing them for your venue!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Los Poblanos. It was the most beautiful venue, the food was delicious, and the staff were professional and unobtrusive. Shaelyn was wonderful to work with, and the entire process of wedding planning with Los Poblanos was enjoyable! We got rave reviews from our wedding guests. All in all, they truly made our wedding day perfect.

Both Ann Terese (Event Sales) and Shaelyn (Wedding Coordinator) made our wedding day special. They were very professional and reliable. The venue and food were great (and the guests were very complimentary). Shaelyn kept things on track throughout.

I wish I could give Los Poblanos more stars. I just got married here and I couldn't have asked for a better venue to have my wedding at. The entire staff was super friendly and attentive. The ambiance was so peaceful and unique. The food was incredible and prepared with fresh local ingredients. I highly recommend the lavender wedding cake. It was delicious and it was so neat to have lavender cake at a lavender farm. I also highly recommend spending the night here the night prior to your wedding and of course your wedding night. This is by far the best hotel/inn I've ever stayed at. The grounds are gorgeous and it makes you feel so happy and calm. I highly recommend Los Poblanos for your wedding venue!

We had the most wonderful experience working with Los Poblanos. The staff was extremely kind and experienced and they made our wedding so special. The event staff made our lives so easy and the chef is incredibly talented. Our friends and family loved the unique venue and we always got ooo's and ahhh's when we described getting married at a lavender farm. I can not say enough nice things about how wonderful Los Poblanos is.

I adore Los Poblanos. The reception featured delicious organic food grown on their own farm and prepared beautifully. Their food options were unique and high quality-even my hard-to-please foodie friends were impressed. And the facilities are gorgeous. A dream day!

They did everything and our day was perfect. The food was excellent (several guests have said it was the best meat they had ever eaten). They coordinated everything from the planning stage to execution and were so attentive to us and our guests. I couldn't have been happier with the location, decor, staff, and food. I would recommend them to everyone!

We had our wedding at Los Poblanos in late October. We couldn't have imagined a more beautiful place to get married! We enjoyed every minute and our guests had a blast! There is no Albuquerque venue like it. It is such a classy and fun place to have your wedding. Also, since there are indoor/outdoor options you don't have to worry about the weather. Our late fall wedding was absolutely spectacular!

From the moment my fiancé and I came for an introductory appointment through the end of our wedding we were"WOW-ed"! The venue is unique - beautiful, secluded, truly private and the event coordinators are professional, calm and so pleasant to work with. They have incredible chefs to create your meal (no need to look for catering), a talented pastry chef, a fun sommelier, and just a special place! Our guests felt they should write us a thank you note for having them to "the best wedding and event" they had ever been to. I'd give them 100 stars if I could!
