But, the most special thing about Los Portales is the people that run it. Without the staff and the owners helping us every step of the way, who knows if our wedding day would have been as perfect as it was. Right from the beginning, they were accommodating to our every need. If we needed to see the venue last minute, they opened their doors. If we had random questions, they responded promptly and offered extra assistance. If something needed to be changed on the day of our wedding, they worked quickly and effectively to resolve the issue. They made our wedding day perfect and that is not an exaggeration. Oscar and Alvaro (the owners) are not only very professional but they are honestly experts at what they do. They made us feel well taken care of and confident that our day would be perfect, and it was! The venue package we chose included the catering, the DJ, the bartender, the serving staff, and the outdoor ceremony. However, they do offer many other options such as the photographer, an outdoor tent, sparkler send off, etc. This was perfect for us because we wanted our planning process to be as stress-free as possible. Every single staff member we interacted with was professional and an expert in their field. The bartender made the environment fun and exciting for our family, not to mention he was quick with making the drinks! The DJ knew exactly what music to play especially since we didn't even give him a playlist. We told him the genres we like and he executed the dance portion of the night perfectly! The wait staff were super attentive and made sure everyone had exactly what they needed throughout the night. Like I said, I can not say enough about how remarkable Los Portales is and everyone who works there. You won't regret having your wedding here!
