in, we knew this was our venue. It’s such a charming and private space. We were also planning our wedding from Tennessee, so communication was incredibly important to us, and they exceeded our expectations every step of the way.
And the big day… WOW! Everything came together perfectly. All of our vendors had an amazing setup, and the space Los Portales provided made it all so beautiful. The DJ kept the energy high, the dance floor was never empty, and the bar service was fantastic.
Truly, the day was absolutely perfect, and we couldn’t have done it without Oscar and his team. One thing we really appreciated when we received the quote was that so much was included. It made a huge difference and took a lot of stress off our shoulders.
If you’re considering Los Portales, go check it out! Just know you can truly transform this space into something magical.

lighting, and is surrounded by lush grass and trees. It's the perfect venue for an intimate and romantic wedding no matter what your style is.
But, the most special thing about Los Portales is the people that run it. Without the staff and the owners helping us every step of the way, who knows if our wedding day would have been as perfect as it was. Right from the beginning, they were accommodating to our every need. If we needed to see the venue last minute, they opened their doors. If we had random questions, they responded promptly and offered extra assistance. If something needed to be changed on the day of our wedding, they worked quickly and effectively to resolve the issue. They made our wedding day perfect and that is not an exaggeration.
Oscar and Alvaro (the owners) are not only very professional but they are honestly experts at what they do. They made us feel well taken care of and confident that our day would be perfect, and it was! The venue package we chose included the catering, the DJ, the bartender, the serving staff, and the outdoor ceremony. However, they do offer many other options such as the photographer, an outdoor tent, sparkler send off, etc. This was perfect for us because we wanted our planning process to be as stress-free as possible.
Every single staff member we interacted with was professional and an expert in their field. The bartender made the environment fun and exciting for our family, not to mention he was quick with making the drinks! The DJ knew exactly what music to play especially since we didn't even give him a playlist. We told him the genres we like and he executed the dance portion of the night perfectly! The wait staff were super attentive and made sure everyone had exactly what they needed throughout the night. Like I said, I can not say enough about how remarkable Los Portales is and everyone who works there. You won't regret having your wedding here!

ndividual that worked at the venue made our experience that much better. From start to finish, our dreams became a reality before our very eyes. Oscar is incredibly professional, accommodating, intentional, kind, and just wonderful overall. He made our unique vision for our small wedding a possibility and still made it feel so special. Alvaro really was extremely helpful in helping us set everything up inside and brought our vision to life. Annabelle was the perfect coordinator that made my life so much less stressful during the wedding. We were blown away by every single thing from the food to the venue to the AMAZING staff. It felt like our needs were being met before we even realized we even needed anything on the day of our wedding. h Los Portales when we, luckily, came across it. The beautiful architecture and open landscaping made for the perfect location and backdrop for our Fall wedding. We also loved, and appreciated, the history and story behind the structure itself.
We are not local to the area but working with Oscar leading up to our wedding was extremely easy and left us very care-free. We had regular check-ins with him to ensure everything was progressing as planned. He also offered several helpful suggestions for local retailers that were knowledgable and reliable. Once it go to the week of our wedding, Alvaro was also a great deal of help with finalizing some of those last-minute details.
The serving staff were also fantastic. Throughout the evening, they made sure all guests had full glasses and were quick to clear tables when necessary. This was something we were not expecting, resulting in it being a very pleasant surprise.
Again, my fiancé (now wife) and I could not have been happier with the beautiful setting that the Los Portales venue provided for our special day.
Two suggestions for prospective couples considering having their wedding here:
- Request to meet with the day-of coordinator prior to the actual date of your wedding. This will definitely help to ensure they are aware of who each person in the wedding party is and who should be contacted if concerns come up.
- Share open communication with the DJ surrounding the songs, or specific music, you'd like to be played.
