Lost Horizon Cider Mill is a mid-century inspired wedding venue and award winning small batch cidery nestled in the woods outside of Lockhart, Texas.
The conservatory is an open-air greenhouse moved from Hyde Park to host life's most extraordinary and sacred moments. Its lounge has a cozy atmosphere with vintage craftsmanship and attention to detail. The stargazing deck above the lounge offers another private space to gather.
Patio spaces throughout the grove offer plenty of seating at Biergarten-style tables and picnic tables. There's a stage outside for live music or DJs to set up. Seasonal accommodations include sun sails, fans, and misters for balmy summer nights, with a firepit and chimeneas ready for gathering around during cooler months. Wedding packages include fun add-on options like custom cocktails, bespoke bottled beverages, floral arrangements, and a live cover band with a songbook packed with everything from modern indie to 60s mod and 80s new wave to R&B faves.

or guests. The greenhouse is a real focal point perfect for a ceremony, and large enough to act as the food service/desert table area. With twinkling lights and lush greenery, it will make your event POP! The house-made cider was delicious as well as the curated cocktails. The couple who runs it are kind and thoughtful, and with their creative backgrounds are sure to make any event a magical experience. I can't recommend Lost Horizon enough!

for me at the peaceful fire pit, seated amid friends and family enjoying the curated cocktails and on-site crafted cider. My Non-Alcoholic cocktail was fabulous: memorably tasty and distinctive, unlike any NA drink I’ve had before. A dynamic band provided great music throughout the event from dusk through the starlit Texas night. When dancing started near the stage, the guests danced and sang along to the favorite tunes from the 60s through to current music. Surrounding the stage were tables, comfortable chairs and benches, where dinner, deserts and the beautiful wedding cake were served along with crafted cocktails, many delicious ciders and selected drinks. Set among stands of tall shade trees and open spaces are many other areas including the Greenhouse, a lively Bar with a pub/speakeasy vibe and a marvelous Stargazing Deck to enjoy a romantic overview of the party. I was touched by spending the serene evening under the Texas Hill Country sky softly lit by twinkling lights and enjoyed by the many happy people at a memorable wedding celebration. I am sure that the creative and professional couple that conceived, own and manage the Lost Horizon Cider Mill can host your delightful event that lives up its namesake.

ceremony I shot, and the taproom and stage were fantastic centerpieces for the reception. The amazing people who built and run it, the cider they make right there, and the ample parking all ice the cake that is Lost Horizon. I can’t recommend this gem enough.
