Lost Oak Winery

not in our package. We had friends catering our wedding, and they had so many useful items in the kitchen that they let us use. They also allowed us to use multiple easels and a chandelier that wasn't in our package. Their wine is absolutely amazing, and our guests enjoyed the wine mixes (raspberry rose and sangria) they created. There were a few small hiccups on the wedding day, but that is to be expected. Our tables weren't set-up properly, and we had to wait an hour to start decorating because we didn't have any linens for the tables. Several guests also noted that there was an ant pile at the ceremony site in the first two rows. That was a little disappointing. Even though there were some hiccups, we still had an amazing time. The venue is absolutely stunning, and we got so many great pictures. Our guests loved walking around and looking at all of the nature. We highly recommend choosing Lost Oak Winery for your wedding!

wedding- so much so that the bride had to go up to the venue unannounced a month before her wedding just to get answers after her many phone calls and emails were completely ignored. On top of this, Pam emailed her the evening before her wedding to tell her she owed an extra amount of money to the “included” day-of coordinator after she had already been told everything was paid in full. Needless to say, Pam added a ton of unnecessary stress to the whole process and especially the night before the wedding. This is a great place for a wedding, but beware of the frustrating management!

ith vendors and planning. We were even able to drop off decorations the night before to make the day of the wedding easier. The location is GORGEOUS with lots of flexibility - we flipped to a poor weather plan with no hiccups! The staff is amazing. Bekah was infinitely helpful in the planning process and made sure things went smoothly the day of. And of course, the wine is delicious. We didn’t have any left at the end of the night. All in all it’s a beautiful venue with major flexibility - whether you want a black tie affair or a laid-back picnic feel. 10/10 recommend!

we met with Sheila the first time. And let me tell you, we made the right choice. Our wedding was the absolute perfect day, and so much of that is due to the amazing work by Sheila. She stayed in contact with me throughout the planning process, helped me to get organized, and she made sure that I did not stress on the big day. So many of my guests have said that it was the best wedding they have been to, and they go on and on about how beautiful the venue was. You cannot go wrong with the Lost Oak. (Oh yeah, and the wine is amazing!)

nery. Their attention to detail was amazing! Being so detail oriented, I appreciated having Rachel be on the same page as I was regarding final details and the day of the wedding. While I’m sure it’s all in a day’s work for them, I felt that Rachel and her staff went above and beyond for our big day, she was even gracious enough to give our top tablecloths a quick steaming when I felt that the fold lines were a little to pronounced for my preference. As guilty as I felt asking her to help with that, I couldn’t be more thankful for her willingness to do so. Now on to the venue – so lovely! We purposefully booked our wedding when everything would be green and growing, and the setting did not disappoint! Not to mention their new events pavilion… just perfect for what we wanted. It was the perfect space for our guests and us. I couldn’t imagine choosing a different place to say ‘I do!’

ging. I always enjoyed my shifts, the scenery, the amazing wine and all the great customers! Back in July 2016 my boyfriend proposed to me and I immediately began planning our wedding. No other venue came to mind than Lost Oak Winery! Not only did I personally know how all weddings were planned and executed but the scenery is also magnificent. I was happy to learn that they had built a new pavilion for weddings and such. Wow, was I surprised at this grand structure!! Not only is it full of light, the beautify from the outdoors is brought in with all the windows. I must say they did an exquisite job with the plans of this building. We were happy to meet Sheila, our wedding coordinator. She helped me go through all the steps slowly and professionally. As a bride, you can be scatterbrained but Sheila helped me stay focused, on schedule and suggested things I had never thought of! We had a rather limited budget but with Sheila's help, you would think we had spent triple what we did!!! She was amazing to work with! Since our wedding, many of our guests told us it was the best wedding they had ever been to. From the food, to our first dance which was choreographed to surprise our guests. Sheila also referred us to a phenomenal DJ who had everyone on the dance floor till the end. It was the PERFECT venue........ a night that no one will ever forget, especially for my husband and me.

My only concern with the wedding was that there weren't enough chairs for all of our guests at the ceremony. We had contacted any remaining RSVPs and had a very solid guest count, which I gave to the venue, so I'm not sure what happened with the chairs. But really, everything else went smoothly! My one suggestion would be to buy more wine than you think you need! Our wedding went to cash bar earlier than we thought it would!

and new reception facility with beautiful bride and groom rooms. The brides room is covered in mirrors, has two separate bathrooms and plenty of space to get ready! When we arrived on our wedding day we found a lovely cheese plate and bottle of wine waiting for us! We had a ceremony under a beautiful tree facing a fountain in a pond! Afterwards, we had a short cake, punch and wine reception! The staff was excellent and provided service way beyond my expectations! Chairs, tables, tablecloths, wine barrels and multiple other items are available for you to use at no extra charge! Our photographer captured some amazing photos and the venue is simply beautiful! I would recommend this venue to anyone!

I will continue to go back even though it is a little out of the way, because the setting was perfect and the whole staff helped make our day great.

t married. We could picture ourselves exchanging vows under the large Oak trees, with the grapevines in the background. The wedding coordinator is awesome. She took care of everything the day of our wedding, so we were able to focus on getting ready before the wedding, and spending time with our friends and family during the wedding. I would recommend a wedding at Lone Oak Winery to anyone.

of space on their property for bigger weddings. We bought our wine and sangria ahead of time and got a significant discount. Sue was our venue coordinator and she was wonderful. She was on top of things the entire night, and in the days and weeks leading up to the wedding. I could not be happier with the venue or Sue. Everyone loved the winery, it's like a hidden gem. October turned out to be a wonderful time for an outdoor wedding and our photographer got some great shots of us in the vineyard with all the beautiful colors. We hired some of the Lone Oak staff to help with serving and any extra things our guests might need. They were all wonderful. I am extremely happy with the way our wedding turned out and I think it was the perfect venue for us. I think you get great value and quality for your money with Lone Oak and would not hesitate to recommend this place to other couples.

k - almost all of the public area is outside. Lone Oak more than makes up for that. When your guests arrive, they are immediately offered a complimentary glass of wine, which was a HUGE hit with my guests. They provide staff to serve the wine, direct guests, and clean up. In addition, they offer a significant discount on alcohol sales if you are a wine club member. My total bill was less than half of what I had expected. The sales director, Roxanne, is an absolute pleasure to work with, and the entire staff made my wedding planning easy.
