So professional, creative, detail-oriented, passionate, talented, and fun to work with! Jackie did the flowers for my wedding AND my mom's wedding, and each time, she was a super star. She is exceptionally artistic and will *get* your vision. She really elevated the wedding to something gorgeous, memorable, and personal. Worth the money.

We used Lotus and Lily as our wedding florist. Jackie has beautiful designs and was very accommodating. Our centerpieces and bouquets were stunning and we received many compliments on our day. We would recommend Lotus and Lily to any couple looking for a reliable florist!

Jackie had really great ideas when it came to the floral arrangements for the tables and reception. I came to her with some ideas and she totally captured my views. She was able to get the most beautiful flowers that matched perfectly with what I had envisioned. We had trouble obtaining a candle permit for our venue but she was able to find a perfect alternative for us that didn't take away from the arrangements. Overall, beautiful and creative arrangements.

We couldn't be happier about our choice in florist for our wedding. Jackie absolutely blew us away with her arrangements - everything from our beautiful all-white chuppah to our elegant tall centerpieces and our unique king tables. Not only is Jackie incredibly creative, but she is also so easy to work with. I decided to move forward with Jackie, because I felt that she immediately understood my vision - something that was missing from other floral vendors I met with. We received so many compliments from our guests about the flowers. I will never forget how perfectly my bridal bouquet turned out. I would highly recommend Jackie to any brides in the LA area - my overall aesthetic wouldn't have been complete without her work!

We searched for six months for a florist that could match our budget and also bring the level of creativity we wanted for our wedding. We met with four florists and felt like this was an area in which we were just going to have to settle for less. Then we found Lotus and Lily. Lotus & Lily exceeded ALL expectations! We spoke to Jackie on the phone and explained the other elements of our wedding. We knew very little about flowers. Other companies wanted us to suggest the names of flowers and create design examples. Jackie immediately was able to jump in and come up with amazing ideas! By the time we met with her in person just a couple of days later, she had several incredibly unique ideas. She quickly sourced giant bird cages and giant frames. She understood how to bring in floral elements that complimented every piece of our wedding. Our chuppah and arch were perfect for our ceremony. There were subtle flowers in every area of the event. She then designed table settings that were absolutely out of this world. When our guests entered our dining area they could not believe how gorgeous the centerpieces were. (Two months later they are still talking about it!) The flower choices included air plants, succulents, and beautiful orchids. Her color choices were exactly what we needed to complete our wedding look (urban elegance with vintage cirque). Jackie and her team were a true pleasure to work with. She promptly responded to all of our questions. She worked very well with all of the vendors. She delivered every element on time and with passion. We are so grateful and feel lucky to have found her!

Jackie was so easy to work with! When I had my first meeting with her, I knew I wanted to have her do the flowers for my wedding. We had a strict budget for the flowers and she was able to work with us to make the numbers work within our budget. I showed her my inspiration photo and she was able to recreate it for me. She has great taste! Highly recommended!

Jackie knocked it out of the park and made my husband's very specific vision for floral design come true. She is amazing to work with and from the very beginning was warm, engaging, organized and so fun to work with. She is creative, with both an eye for what looks good in the big picture and impeccable attention to detail. She listened to all our ideas, took notes on everything we wanted, made great suggestions and artistic interpretations, and did not miss a single thing. We could not be more happy we found her and you need to book her for your wedding or party. You won't find a better designer or a more wonderful person to work with!

Jackie Combs was absolutely amazing! I came in with a vision of what I wanted and she went above and beyond on her delivery. I could not have been more thrilled with what we received. Our chuppah was gorgeous and not over done at all. The centerpieces were amazing and got so many compliments about the simplicity and elegance. Of course I can't forget out my magnificent bouquet. It was truly everything I could have asked for and imagined!!! I would highly recommend her services to anybody. She was professional and fairly priced. Her crew even came after the wedding to clean everything up so we didn't have to worry about it.

Besides Hello Kitty, the main theme of my wedding was based on these beautiful blue bombay orchids. The colors were based on them, and they were everywhere (from the girls hair, to the wedding invites, to having origami orchid favors folded by the groom). So, when I went to Jackie and I told her all I wanted was orchids everywhere...that's what I got! I don't know practically anything about flowers, so I was very impressed with her extensive knowledge and amazing advice for what other flowers to pair with the orchids to really bring out the look I was going for. On the day of our floral mock up...WOW! Spectacularly beautiful! She even let us take the centerpiece home and when I photographed it the colors really popped! She did an amazing job. Then on our wedding day, when I saw every element we had discussed, it was either exactly as I imagined, or better! I highly highly recommend her!

Our wedding planner introduced Jackie Combs of Lotus & Lily Floral and Event Design to work on the floral arrangements for our wedding. We met with Jackie only once in person since we live out of state. She was so patient and so sweet and most importantly, she listened intently to our ideas. She spent a lot of time to help bring our imaginations to reality by bringing flowers, vases, and candles to the table to show us how our flowers are going to look like. When we were back home, she was always available through telephone and e-mail to discuss our arrangements. And of course on the day of the wedding she worked her magic. The flowers were breathtaking. Everything, from the flowers arrangements for the ceremony and the reception centerpieces to my and my BM's bouquets and the boutonnieres looked amazing. She knows A LOT about flowers so she knows exactly what flowers to use. We were so happy with the way our wedding flowers turned out. Our experience with Lotus & Lilly and Jackie herself was beyond five-stars.

My wife and I wed back in February and couldn't have been happier with the Florist we chose. We gave her an outside the box concept that included using real cotton and she truly did go above and beyond to exceed our expectations. Not only did she personally drive up to deliver the flowers in Santa Barbara but she stayed to help set them up as well with our coordinator. I can't recommend Jackie enough. I am also a wedding photographer and recommend her to all of my brides. A lot of couples do not realize how important flowers are in a wedding. Don't settle for anything but the best. Definitely go with her if you're in the market for a amazing Florist.

Jackie Combs for Lotus & Lily truly and courageously outdid herself by exceeding every expectation to surprise and delight us with our wedding design. Ceremony details: Beach-view Grand ceremony structure draped in flowing white chiffon with a crystal chandelier, scrolling rose petal design down the aisle, pedestals topped with large curvy glass vases filled with seaglass and coral branches then crowned with white spraying roses and orchids. Reception details: Grand Ballroom decked in white carpet, wall-to-wall draping up-lit in aqua blue, high-gloss dancer floor and matching DJ booth onstage. Tables dripping in glass and crystal with half sporting a white manzanita tree draped with orchids and the other half with matching arrangements from the ceremony. Every detail in place and sparkling with magic! Thank you Jackie for starting our married life off with a beautiful and exceptional start! We love you!!! -The Pausmiths

Jackie and Michele were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were professional yet friendly, and I can’t thank them enough for making my wedding so beautiful. They worked with all of my requests, and they did an amazing job decorating the ceremony site for my wedding, and the centerpieces along with my bridal bouquet were perfect! With no hesitation, I’d recommend them to anybody who needs a florist for their wedding. They will truly make your day special!

Jackie is the best florist you could hope for. She it truly an artist. Not only that, she is friendly, down to earth, easygoing, and understanding (I had a bridesmaidzilla situation). When we met, I told her what I wanted and she completely understood exactly what I meant, even though I know nothing about flowers. She made everything just perfect and now that I am back from my honeymoon, everyone is still talking about what? The gown? The ceremony? The food? The cake? No. The flowers. In fact, my aunt and mother-in-law still have some of the arrangements and they look like the flowers were picked yesterday! I couldn't be happier with Jackie's work, and I couldn't recommend her more highly!!!

Jackie combs is a true artist. The floral arrangements for my wedding day were very important to me and she turned my vision into a reality. She was very accommodating of my crazy schedule, she always made me feel important, and most importantly she really cared about my ideas and concerns. Other florists that I consulted with tried to impose their ideas on me or tried to change my mind about the flowers that I specifically wanted, but not Jackie. She did everything she could to locate the flowers I wanted, even if they weren't in season or were difficult to find and the QUALITY of the center pieces was absolutely stunning. The wedding guests could not stop complimenting my husband and I on the beauty and detail of the center pieces and we were so pleased with the entire look and feel that Jackie created. I would recommend her to any of my family and friends and I have nothing but positive thoughts and feelings about this fantastic florist.

Flowers play such an important part of a wedding ceremony and reception...and I could not have been happier that Jackie was in charge of the flowers for our daughters big day! I was not a bride who was very into the flower part of the wedding. I wanted there to be flowers and for them to be beautiful, but was not overly concerned about them. Jackie changed that. She is so fun and has such great vision! My flowers were amazing! Everyone complimented them! They looked beautiful and the entire process of the flower planning was fun and easy. Would highly recommend her and her team!!

I had a meeting with Jackie about 6 months before my wedding. I was on a budget so I was trying to be conservative. After our hour long meeting and discussing several arrangements I left feeling really excited. A few weeks later Jackie sent me a quote and breakdown of each arrangement. Everything sounded perfect except it was way past my budget so I emailed her back and asked if we could switch some of the more expensive flowers for less expensive ones. Well she never emailed me back. She could have at least taken a few minutes to say she can't work with the size budget or decided to do another wedding that day. Bottom line is that was poor business and I'm very glad I didn't end up using her.

I should find a way to post some of my wedding pictures on here so that you all can see what an INCREDIBLE florist Jackie Combs is. Her personality, her work, her cute shop, her flowers, and her professionalism are all FLAWLESS. I promised Jackie that I would write a review for her AGES ago, and I never got to it. Bad, Bad, Yuneisi ;) Where to start? Jackie, I love you and your work. You delivered your very best to me, and for that, I am grateful. And believe me when I say this, guys, I turned out to be a very anxious and crazy bride, lol. Jackie navigated through all my craziness extremely well (thank you Jackie, for being so sweet to me even when I didn't deserve it). She is a professional and she is uber confident about her work. She will work with you to make your wedding day the best day of your life, yet. My flowers were exquisitely fresh and vibrant. WOW, those flowers, wow. If anyone wants pictures, send me a reply to this and I can try to send some your way. Weeks and weeks after the wedding, when I visited Jackie at her shop to return some vases and to thank her in person, she confessed that she had to have some flowers flown from a different country because she couldn't find the flowers I so desperately wanted in the U.S. How is that for AMAZING? She went above and beyond for me, and she worked her butt off to make me happy. Not once did Jackie tell me that it couldn't be done. She got it done. Jackie is a world class florist. Hire her now! You will fall in love with her just like I did:)

Jackie Combs made our wedding even more beautiful than I could imagine. From the bouquets to the chuppah to the centerpieces, everything looked like a million bucks, but cost a lot less! I don't have an eye for anything design-related, and I worked with Jackie and completely trusted her judgement on linen colors, menus, and everything in between. On top of it all, it was a pleasure working with her and getting to know her. I recommended her to my friends and recommend her to anyone out there! Thank you so much, Jackie!

Jackie did an amazing job with the flowers for my wedding! I visited a lot of florists before deciding to go with Jackie, and I am so happy with my decision. She is so creative, and talented. The flowers and colors she chose were stunning, and complimented the look and feel of the wedding perfectly. Jackie is very thorough, and pays a lot of attention to detail. If I could sum up Jackie in one word it would be AMAZING. She is talented, easy to work with and very creative. What set her apart from the other talented florists we interviewed was her enthusiasm to bring my vision to life and within our budget. Our wedding was on 12/3/10, my husband, I and all our family and guests were blown away with the decor! Our guests are still talking about how beautiful the centerpieces were. Jackie exceeded all our expectations.

Jackie did an amazing job on the whole decorations of our wedding. She brought out all my ideas in such a beautiful and amazing way. My family and friends still talk about our wedding to this day . I've gone so far as to recommending Jackie to anyone I know who is getting married. My sister, cousin, my best friend, and few other friends have used her as their florist or have booked her for their future events. I definitely recommend her. She is such a wonderful person to be around and she definitely knows about flowers and all the decor to have a very memorable wedding.

Jackie's work is beautiful & so is her person. I worked in floral design myself, so flowers were one the most important pieces to my wedding. Jackie was able to do something unique and translate my wishes for a mossy, textured, white, candle-lit, hawaiian ceremony and also an exotic brightly colored floral tree reception-- all within my little budget. Don't be scared of pricing with Jackie. She'll tell you what's possible and not- best value out there! Her work is high-end, without the attitude. I searched a LOT of websites and floral designers. I *almost* went with another florist (because I received so much sales pressure from them), but I'm so thankful I had the sanity to call Jackie. In comparison to others, visiting Jackie's studio was calming. You can tell she is a type-A perfectionist, which is what you want in your florist. She quietly listened, gave me creative ideas and came back with a thoughtful proposal. She custom built every single floral tree for our reception. She also has a beautiful bamboo chuppah that she custom built. I thought I knew what to expect, but Jackie goes above-and-beyond what you'll expect. She beautifully decorated our cake. On the wedding day, she quietly came in to set everything up... came by to give me our beautiful bouquets... and quietly left. As a bride, that's exactly what you need in the midst of wedding day insanity and stress. Her beautiful flowers are something I still remember most and look at constantly in photos. My guests also were wowed by her work. She's incredible and the BEST- go see her!

Jackie is the best! I was about to hire someone else when I decided to meet with one last florist. I had already met with 9! I am so happy I waited and met with Jackie. She immediately understood what I was looking for and the flowers at my wedding were perfection! I got married in 2008 and since then, Jackie has done the weddings of 17 of my friends and family!!! You will not be sorry if you hire her. She is not only incredibly talented but she is a pleasure to work with. So much fun and she will never push you beyond your budget. I have and will continue to recommend her to everyone I know. In fact...I'm planning on hiring her for my baby naming next year!

Jackie is so fabulous. She really listened to the vision I had when we met even though it was all over the place. She then took it and created something I never would have come up with on my own. I loved the bright, elegant, playfulness of both my ceremony and reception floral design. She was totally enrolled in ensuring I was happy and gave just the right amount of feedback to ensure I didn't make weird choices. She even patiently put up with my challenging and opinionated Mom; bless her. Simply beautiful!

Jackie is a super talented, creative genius. She made the whole picture come together indoors and outside, from the table linens to the candles. The colors and lighting were warm and rich. It was spectacular and I can't recommend her any more highly!

I can't say enough great things about Jackie, her talent and her hard work. She has a great vision, listens to you and is flexible and immensely creative. She did so much to make our wedding what we we were hoping for, it was beautiful and perfect from beginning to end. I wish I had more reasons to use her services, she was a delight to work with. Aside from being a great designer, she was cost-conscious, honest and there were no surprises on our final bill, something that seems to be a bit elusive in wedding planning :) - My groom and I are both so happy that we found her, you will be too.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Jackie! I met with two florists, Jackie and one other. Both were amazing, but felt more comfortable that Jackie truely understood the vision I had for the flowers. During our consultation meeting, she sketched out designs of what I was describing, brought out vases, ribbons, and pictures as examples. I could tell she completely understood me and would deliver what I was envisioning. She not only delivered, she went above and beyond, and the flowers were absolutely Beautiful! I was amazed when I saw the chuppah, my bouquet, the centerpieces. All FABULOUS!
