Loved my experience at Lotus Bridal from start to finish. This was the 3rd dress shop I went to, and I loved that I was able to favorite dresses beforehand that they then had pulled for me once I got there. I knew I wanted to try a square neck, and as soon as I put on my dress I knew it was mine. They didn't push or try to make a sale, and they respected my budget. My consultant was Sharyce and she was so great to work with. I was able to say yes that day and went back a few months later for my mom to get her mother of the bride dress. I also loved the veil so much I had to go back for it. I forget the name of my seamstress but she was so awesome and kind and did great work. All around great process with Lotus.

I came here for the first time trying on wedding dresses with my sister. I had the pleaser of Nikolette helping me find what type of style of dress I was looking for my wedding Day. She was so helpful and patient in helping direct me on what kind of dress I was looking for. I highly recommend this place to start looking for your wedding dress. They are very reasonable in price, the gowns are gorgeous and i love that they do pressure you into making a decision right then and there.

I just picked THE DRESS at Lotus and I have to say that Nikolette was an absolute dream to work with. First off, she was so patient with not only me but with my family as well. Secondly I felt that she understood my vision and what I liked. Honestly she picked my dress so that definitely says something. She was also very honest! I would highly suggest going to Lotus Bridal for your gown and asking for Nikolette ❤️

This was the first store that I went to try on dresses. I was extremely impressed with the process before the appointment where I was able to select a few dresses online to give a general idea of my vision to the stylist. The day of the appointment, Tara was extremely helpful and kept my vision in all her selections that she chose and I found my dress. I had an effortless experience and 10/10 would recommend this place.

I had such a great experience at Lotus Bridal! Lexi helped me find my dream wedding dress. She was so patient, kind, honest, and fun! Lexi was able to bring my wedding look to life from head to toe to give me the full effect of what I would look like on my wedding day. I went back to Lotus a second time to try the dress on a few weeks later for aunts that were in town and when I arrived, I realized I showed up on the wrong day. I was frustrated with myself for mixing up days, and was disappointed that Lexi wasn't working that day. Lucky for me, Nikolette was more than happy to squeeze me in before her next client arrived. Nikolette was so sweet and super helpful! I am very grateful for both Lexi & Nikolette and I highly recommend any other future brides to shop with them at Lotus Bridal!

Visiting Lotus Bridal - Mineola location which was suggested by a cousin who recently used the Brooklyn location, exceeded my expectations. This was my second store I visited to try on dresses and I went in not sure if I would find anything, but Tara went above and beyond in understanding my needs and what I was looking for. She seemed to know me more than I knew myself as I was a bit nervous. I tried on dresses from my list and Tara kept encouraging me and feeling me out and I wasn’t sure why until by my fourth dress she brought one out I didn’t have on my list. She was like I think you would like this one….I was skeptical but once I tried it on I was like WOW. She knew exactly what she was doing, she was thoughtful, personable and kind. I never once felt like she was pushing a sale on me or being impatient. One thing I greatly appreciated is that, she asked me first if I needed help getting dressed rather than inserting help where I might not have otherwise felt comfortable and behind the curtain, while we were dressing she kept asking me how I was feeling and that made me super comfortable especially where it was just her and I and not around anyone else. That hour of fittings I walked away feeling like she made sure she connected with me and had my best interest at heart. I bought the dress she suggested and I can truly say Tara helped me pick the most beautiful wedding dress and I would recommend Lotus Bridal in Mineola to anyone.

My terrible experience with Lotus Bridal culminated with me wearing just undergarments and sobbing in their fitting room because my dress didn't fit the week of my wedding. It's taken me months to write this because I've been so upset, but I'm finally ready to share a glimpse into my nightmare experience - future brides I cannot stress enough that you should NOT buy your dress at Lotus. Mislead on the Sales Floor: The day I bought the dress I was told lies about the dress including what the sleeves would look like once my version of the dress came in. The sales associate also misled my mom who bought the dress for me to tip her 20% of the total price of the dress equating to hundreds of dollars. Wrong Size: In a tactic I have to assume was utilized in order to over-charge on alterations, the sales associate ordered my wedding gown several sizes too big and assured me it was fine when the gown first came in. However, once the dress came in and I was finally able to meet with a seamstress (making appointments was extremely difficult and the staff were extremely inflexible) she told me the dress was too big to alter. Buying The Floor Sample: With just weeks to go until my wedding, I was forced to return the dress I purchased and instead buy the floor sample I had originally tried on. Alterations Were A Disaster: Even after buying the floor sample, alterations were a mess. I couldn't get appointments and the women altering my dress kept calling out sick from work. The work done on my dress was left up until the very last day possible it could be completed and it was a rush job. The bust was too big and my bra was visible, the sleeves were too tight and uncomfortable, the buttons were loose and popping off because of the old floor sample, the lace was uneven and I was miserable. I did not look how I wanted to look on my dream wedding day. The Worst Part: The owner kept telling me all of these issues were my fault because I had lost weight. She even lost the undergarments I was supposed to wear with the dress and tried to convince me some other girl's undergarments were mine. The people who own Lotus Bridal should be ashamed of themselves. I have such negative memories of the days leading up to my wedding and on my wedding day that I haven't even printed out a single photo of myself from the day. For all the stress and heartache the company gave me NOTHING back. Don't give these people your business and don't risk the stress and upset I felt by shopping there.

I said “Yes to the dress” at Lotus Bridal in Mineola, New York. Our attendant, Genesis was so helpful, intuitive, and professional! She took the time to listen and truly pick the dresses that I would be interested in. There was no pressure.. after trying on several dresses, Genesis found the one that I said yes too! It was a moment we will never forget! I highly recommend Lotus Bridal to any bride to be! Their selection is astounding! And their service is excellent!

I found my dress on the first try at Lotus Bridal! They had me select some "favorites" on their website ahead of time & did a great job pulling a mix of "favorites" and other dresses. This was my first time dress shopping, so I wasn't certain what I wanted, and Tara made sure I was able to try on a variety of styles to ensure that I was confident in my choice. I didn't feel pressured at all, just supported! Tara genuinely listened to my feedback, and we found the perfect dress!

Nikolette was amazing! She was very patient with me as I had no clue what kind of dress I was interested in. She asked me a lot of questions to figure out my style and brought me dresses that aligned. She was attentive and knowledgeable and I definitely recommend making an appointment with her!

To start with the positives, I was lucky to find my dream dress here. I also loved my bridal consultant who was calm, patient & loving throughout the whole process! Although, the rest of the process including customer service, altering the dress & overall professional communication lead me to not recommend this bridal salon. I did not feel heard, did not appreciate how I was rushed multiple times & felt like a number, not a human customer. For the amount of money, time & energy spent on a wedding gown, I do not recommend Lotus.

I had a wonderful experience getting my dress at Lotus Bridal!! The location is super convenient, clean and chill! I had showed up after dress shopping all day and I honestly wasn't sure if I was going to find anything that day!! I was so tuckered out. However with the help of Aenlly, the last dress I tried on ended up being the one! I really appreciated how much time and attention was given to me and I cannot thank Aenlly or Lotus enough. I have since been back a few times and each time is just a pleasure. I would definitely recommend Lotus Bridal for your bridal needs - especially for someone who just wants a chill and non-fussy experience.

Lexie was my attendant, and she was fantastic! I wasn't sure what I wanted when I walked in, and she was able to navigate the little information I provided to her to bring out different styles and adjust. She was so friendly and personable, and made my experience amazing! She gave me great feedback. I was so happy to be paired with Lexie, and picked my dress! Loved my experience!

I had a great experience finding my dress at Lotus Bridal. Lexi was amazing and really helped me narrow down my choices to find what I wanted. She wasn't pushy at all and made me a follow up appointment to make my final decision between two dresses. My wedding is coming up sooner than most so Lexi had me book my two fittings right away to insure I'd be able to get in before the big day. I would definitely recommend Lotus Bridal to other girls searching for their dream wedding gown.

I visited Lotus Bridal for my wedding gown after previously visiting a different bridal salon and was amazed at how well they understood what I was looking for. After showing Nikolette a picture of a dress I had seen online that I liked, she pulled multiple dresses that fit the same style (even though I struggled to articulate what I liked and didn't like). She was able to keep my guests also focused on the aspects of the dresses I liked and didn't like. Overall a great experience and cannot wait for my dress to come in!

I cannot put into words how grateful I am for the lovely manager Bobbi and this wonderful bridal shop. I originally purchased a dress at a shop near Philly, where I live. I had major issues with the dress I originally purchased and simply put, that shop owner did not care. 48 days out from my wedding, I felt so defeated and out of options. I was starting to accept that I would not feel good in my dress on my wedding day. My mother-in-law and fiance convinced me not to settle and suggested I visit Lotus Bridal while we were on LI for Easter. The manager Bobbi quite literally dropped everything she was doing to help me (on a busy Saturday I might add). She had such a confident and calming energy and I immediately knew I was in good hands. I tried on about 8-9 different dresses and fell in love with nearly every single one. Their selection is unmatched and they have a wide range of elegant, classy dresses at top quality. Bobbi was able to pull strings and get me a brand new dress in less than 2 weeks. I found their pricing by to be very reasonable (including veils and alterations). Truly a one stop shop. My original dress has been a source of stress for months. Now, I can finally put all of that behind me and look forward to feeling and looking good on our special day. I am forever grateful to Bobbi for going above and beyond for me!!

My experience at Lotus Bridal was everything I could have asked for. My bridal consultant, Nikolette, was attentive, professional, efficient and pulled a large variety of dresses. Many that were exactly what I asked for but also some that helped me branch out in the best way possible! She made the experience stress free and sentimental. Nikolette asked great questions to steer me in the right direction and find my dress!

I had a wonderful experience with sales. She was patient, kind and helpful. She was not pushy with making the sale. However, I highly regret making adjustments to the gown with them. My charge was $300 for one button that was sewn and questioning the other alterations. I was not happy and left upset. They kept insisting that it looked fine on me but I know that it did not. I was embarrassed and I felt uncomfortable. The sales manager wanted me to come back to “make it right” but there was no way that I would return. I never wore the gown because I was not happy with the fit. Overall disappointing with the experience.

I made two visits to Lotus Bridal before saying yes to my dress and Tara was exceptional in helping me to make my choice. Going in to my first visit, I had very little in mind for style and fit. Tara pulled a good variety of options and listened closely to my feedback to begin narrowing down my preferences. After identifying my top choice, I knew that I needed more time to think it over, and in response, Tara offered to make a follow up appointment, but at no time made me feel pressure to commit to the dress. Before my next appointment, I added 3 more dresses to my look book that she had ready for me upon my arrival, in addition to my top choice from the first trip. After going through these options. I confidently chose the original favorite and I couldn't be happier! Moreover, Tara was a terrific listener, offered very valuable guidance to me throughout the experience, and was incredibly patient. Highly recommended!

Great experience at Lotus finding my dress. Aenlly was fantastic, and really took the time to understand what I wanted. She was helpful without ever being pushy, and made both me and my mom feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them.

Nicolette was a great help finding my dream dress. She had a few items already picked out based on the survey they'd sent out and was able to select others that fit my style. They also had a decent price range. Would definitely reccomend!

I had a wonderful experience at Lotus Bridal in Mineola. All my recently married friends have gone to Lotus and highly recommended them. This was the first wedding dress appointment I made and I’m glad to say the last! I said yes to the dress! Brooke was the best. I had selected a couple of dresses and styles I was looking into, and Brooke knew immediately what other styles to grab that would fit my vision. We also had fun and tried on some ballgown/princess dresses to have fun and appease my mom. I was at first a little skeptical whether I would find my dress at my first appointment at my first salon, but I did! There are so many dresses and styles to choose from. I really felt like I had that one-on-one wedding dress shopping experience. I was not rushed, and I stayed pretty much within budget. I couldn’t be happier!

From the second I walked in to Lotus Bridal I knew I would find the dress of my dreams here. They really listened to what I wanted and brought me options of all kinds until I found the one. The dress was delivered on time and the fittings were amazing as well. My dress hugged my body and I truly felt beautiful with my dress. Thank you!

I had an exceptional time at Lotus Bridal – Long Island. This was maybe my 8th or 9th place to look for dresses and I was beginning to lose hope. All of the dresses I’ve seen to that point were pretty but nothing was particularly me. My bridal consultant, Tara, was nothing short of amazing! She was very considerate when it came to trying on the dresses – she gave me the option of helping me into the dress or waiting outside while I got it on, and then came in to help me zip it up (or, really, clip it on in my case). Tara was also a wizard with the dress clips – not only making sure that the dress stayed on and looked as it should, but also clipping on various modesty panels so I didn’t feel too exposed. There were a few other brides trying on dresses nearby, so I really appreciated that. She took her time to listen to what I liked and disliked about the things that she picked for me, and never appeared to be upset or offended if I did not like an option. When I was pretty sure about one dress but was still a bit hesitant, she found a similar dress so I could have a more direct comparison. It really helped me figure out “It’s not that I just like this style of dress, it’s that I like this dress itself.” I chose my dress that day! And finally, when she asked if I wanted to see my dress with flowers and a veil – she closed off the mirror while we set up and I got to have this really nice reveal moment. Basically, I can’t thank Tara enough for her care, patience, and attention to detail. I am so thankful to her and the whole Lotus Bridal team for their kindness and expertise. I would recommend this dress shop to anyone.

I had such a great experience with Lotus Bridal. They have a survey you take beforehand that has you pick dresses you want to try in person. Genesis was so nice and respectful of our budget. She could tell I wasn't too happy with some of the dresses I was initially trying on and gently suggested a different style. I tried on dresses I didn't expect to try on and ended up going with a dress completely different from what I had in mind. Genesis was so supportive and sweet, and it is a day I will never forget.

I absolutely loved my experience at Lotus! Nikolette was so helpful and listened to what I liked and didn’t like during the pre-try on process! She was so funny and we were laughing the whole time! I ended up having a fairytale moment when I found the one and as soon as I stepped on the pedestal my future wedding song started to play! ~straight out of a movie, cue the waterworks~ I said yes to the dress just moments later! I also went back for a remeasuring appointment to confirm sizing and the manager was wonderful as well! Such an amazing experience!

Lotus was my 3rd bridal shop and I must say kiki was Amazing. She was so sweet and actually talked to me about my wedding and what I was looking for. I do wish the shop rooms to change in were a little bit more private for each group and that the rooms were a little bigger so I could see my self in the dress before showing my family but the people and over all experience was wonderful! 10/10 in my book.

Today was a very special day for me, I said YES to the dress!! I was beyond happy to have both my mother and sister with me for this important milestone of my life. I also am very thankful for my consultant Brooke who wen up and beyond. Before getting started she asked if I had an idea of what I liked/my budget. Based on that information she was able to pull a variety of dresses for me to try on and helped me find my dream dress and stay within my budget. I was so happy to have Brooke assisting me and she made this experience a fun one! Thank you again Brooke!!

I purchased my wedding dress and veil from Lotus Bridal. Dress shopping was really hard for me—I had been to two other stores and felt as though I was only being shown one “type” of dress. The process was very frustrating and I felt pressured to make a decision. Choosing my veil was a little different. However, my biggest frustrations came from the alterations. I was uncomfortable with the way my chest looked in my dress and at the time of purchase was told the seamstresses will most certainly be able to take care of that for you. However, she did not. I had to buy a stick-on bra which was uncomfortable for someone to has never used one before. Additionally, my dress was WAY too long (I don’t think it was ever altered even though I paid for it) I kept tripping and stepping on it the whole night and it was very difficult to move and dance in. All-in-all I spent over $2,700 on my dress and veil... and almost every picture of me on my wedding day has me with a clump of wedding dress in my hand. Sad.

Had my appointment with Lexi, she was amazing! Every dress she brought me I loved but she helped me find my dress and made me feel like a princess! Thank you so much! ❤️

I had an incredible experience today at Lotus Bridal. Not only did I find my dream gown, but I was met with nothing but professionalism, smiles, positivity, and helpful support and knowledge from Brooke. I was so excited to pick out my gown but I didn’t know where exactly to start; what styles I really liked and what would look good on my body. I tried on a few dresses with Brookes help (and of course my moms encouragement) and purchased my wedding dress! I was ecstatic when I put it on and I can only hope other brides are met with the same experience. I am going to send any future brides to Brooke. What an excellent time at Lotus Bridal! Now I can say “I said yes to the dress”!!

From the moment I made my appointment at Lotus their customer service was top tier. They send you a link to create a look book so that your consultant knows what you’d like for your appointment before you get there. I worked with Nikolette and she was so helpful, patient, and helped my creative vision come to life. I was able to book a follow up appointment just to be sure and was able to text her whenever I needed with ideas for my next appointment. They have a huge collection of different dresses so there’s absolutely something for everyone. I ended up choosing a designer that only Lotus carries in New York and I’m so happy I have that exclusivity. Thank You So Much Lotus !

Kiki (Keiasha) was a complete life saver (or should I say EMT worker), a freaking saint and a bestie all in one. She was everything I needed. I believe my wedding dress shopping experience was a bit of a unique one, due to the fact that I had an emergency apendnectomy the day before 🤦🏽‍♀️. My mom and dad and cousin had flown in to go dress shopping with me and I was a bit worse for wear, to say the least. I decided to rally and go shopping anyway since everyone had flown in just for me. I was well medicated, but still sore and definitely slower and stiffer than my usual a self. I needed quite a bit of gentle handling AND could barely take my own clothing off independently. Kiki was so gentle and SO patient with me. I will not say how long we were in there (you do not want to know), but she never wavered in her energy and her enthusiasm while we tried dress after dress. Slowly. LOL. She went above and beyond in every way until I found exactly what I was looking for. She never rushed me and never gave up on the belief that she had what I wanted. And she did!! I cannot believe it, but I found my dress on my first shopping trip! I adore my dress and I’ll never forget the look on my own face when I saw myself in the full length mirror the first time. It was worth all the pain and that is most definitely due to Kiki and her exceptional professionalism and talent. I hit the jackpot being assigned Kiki as my associate, God knows I needed a miracle that day, and I got it 🥹. Everyone at the store was so kind and accommodating. I want every woman out there in the vacinity on a wedding dress hunt to know you are in the best hands with Kiki at Lotus Bridal Long Island. And I mean it literally, because she had to fully dress me… around wounds and bandages 😂. Ugh, she had no business putting up with me, but instead I received kindness, patience, perseverance and the most encouragement. I walked in there wounded, but I walked out feeling like a queen. Thank you Kiki, my angel. You were my first official wedding present and an absolute blessing ❤️.

I got my dress for my May 2023 wedding from Lotus Bridal and had the best experience. Taylor helped me during my initial visit and was so sweet and helpful. She perfectly understood what I was looking for and helped me find my dream dress after trying on only a few options—and this ended up being the only dress store I went to! Theresa tailored my dress and did such an amazing job as well! I got compliments on my dress all night long during my wedding. Would highly recommend Lotus Bridal!

RUN to Lotus Bridal in Mineola! I went to soo many bridal salons to try and find my perfect dress, with almost no luck. All of the bridal attendants at the salons I went to, were very very pushy, telling me I needed to say yes on the spot. Then, I went to Lotus Bridal in Mineola. My bridal attendant was Genesis. She was by far the most accommodating, non pushy, the most perfect person you could ask for, when looking for such an important item for the rest of your life. I tried on so many dresses, and she was sooo accommodating like I mentioned, we tried on at least 10 dresses, I left and came back another day to try on some more, needless to say... I said yes to the dress!!

Lotus bridal was such a beautiful place and my consultant KiKi was absolutely amazing ! She was so helpful in finding me my dream wedding dress ! I highly recommend !!

I had the best experience at Lotus this past weekend. Brooke was my consultant and made my entire appointment so special and memorable. I ended up saying yes to the dress and I couldn’t be happier with my experience!!

I said YES to my dream dress at Lotus Bridal! Lexi was beyond amazing and so patient. She took the time to really get to know me and understand what my vision is based on my personality. I never felt rushed or pressured in any way. She made me feel so comfortable and even brought me out of my comfort zone, in a good way! I don’t even know how many dresses I tried on, but Lexi was able to feed off of my vibe and pick out the perfect ones. She even knew when I found “the one.” It was the first shop I went to and didn’t need to search any more. It was truly an amazing feeling and an amazing experience. Thank you Lexi and Lotus Bridal for making my wedding vision come true!

Lotus Bridal was the first place I went to try on dresses. Truth be told, I never needed to go anywhere else. They have beautiful dresses and their staff are very professional and helpful. Aenlly made the experience unforgettable. I would highly recommend all NY brides to come here.

I went to Lotus Bridal in Mineola this weekend to look for wedding dresses. I actually had gone by myself and was worried that might be weird. I wasn’t expecting to find a dress, I was thinking it would be more of a trial run if anything.The store itself is beautiful on the inside, very well kept. The decor is cute and trendy and the store was very clean. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. I tried on a few dresses that were nice, but not “the one”. I knew what shape looked good on me, I knew what style I wanted, I had all the important things down I just needed to find the right combination of details. In the beginning I must have tried on maybe 8 dresses? My bridal consultant Nicolette was kind enough to let me look at the dresses in the stock room to see what I’d pick on my own. I must have picked every glittery fit and flare dress they had LOL I probably tried on another 6-7 dresses? Nicolette helped to answer any questions I had, and she was easy to work with. She made me feel very comfortable and I quickly forgot that I was even alone in my appointment. I ended up finding the dress and it was a really lovely experience overall. Absolutely recommend this place!

Kiki was amazing with helping me find my dress! The experience was super fun and relaxing. It was so helpful picking 6 “looks” in my look book they assign access to you before your appointment. The process was seamless. I knew exactly what look I was going for and she made it happen for me! Lotus Bridal in Mineola was my first stop and I had no reason or desire to try anywhere else. I couldn’t be happier!

I walked into Lotus Bridal with no expectations on finding my dream dress the first place I looked. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the receptionist who were super friendly. Genesis was our bridal consultant and let me just tell you this women made the bridal experience better than I could have imagined. She was so comforting and loving and super helpful. She knew exactly what I liked and didn’t like. We had so many good laughs that she took all my nerves away. The other bridal consultants and lotus staff were amazing as well. Everyone was super friendly and helpful and they all made me feel like a princess. I highly recommend Lotus Bridal for any future brides!

I said yes to the dress at Lotus Bridal Mineola. I worked with Keiasha (Kiki) and she was lovely! She was super knowledgable, made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment, and my crew and I had a lot of fun working with her! She definitely knows her stuff. Dress shopping can be overwhelming (especially when you're not sample sized!) but she heard what I liked and didn't like and really helped to narrow things down - Each dress I tried on was better than the last! I purchased my dress on my 2nd visit. I found it on my my first visit to Lotus but had another couple of appointments lined up (including one at their Manhattan location where I worked with Taylor who was also so lovely and helpful). Lotus was were never pushy about buying before I was ready. I had a great experience and can't recommend Lotus Bridal and both consultants enough!

Just went to lotus today for my dress and had the most amazing experience. Sydney listened to everything I was saying to find dresses that fit my needs and finally THE perfect dress. She wasn’t pushy, gave me plenty of time to think, and made me feel so comfortable about everything. Everyone at the location was amazing. Highly recommend lotus bridal and Sydney to anyone looking for their wedding dress!

I had an amazing experience at Lotus Bridal and I have to compliment my bridal consultant, Kiki, who made the entire process so enjoyable. Kiki was extremely knowledgeable and patient, she made not only myself (a plus size bride) extremely comfortable, but my mom and grandma loved her as well. She listened to my preferences and made great suggestions. She was very attentive and was able to anticipate my needs before I even had to ask. Her attention to service and detail was impeccable, she felt more like a friend than a consultant. The store itself was beautiful and had a wide variety of dresses to choose from. My mom will be returning to try on MOB dresses! The atmosphere was very relaxing and there was no pressure to make a purchase. Kiki made sure that I was comfortable and happy with every step of the process. After my initial visit at Lotus, I went to another bridal store and found a dress I loved but I was not impressed with my experience there. So, I contacted Lotus and they let me know they had the same dress in their Manhattan location. They gave me the option to transfer the dress to Mineola so I could try it on. The transfer had a fee, but the fee goes towards your purchase, which worked out seamlessly. In the end, I found my dream dress and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Lotus Bridal to any bride-to-be and I especially recommend working with Kiki!

Lotus had such beautiful dresses ! Nikolette in the Mineola shop was fantastic. After describing my style and trying on a few dresses se brought in a dress that was the one! It was such an awesome experience and I love my dress!

Lotus Bridal was the first place i looked for my wedding dress and i have no complaints. My consultant Emily was amazing ! She understood my vision and then continued to help me feel comfortable and confident. She went above and beyond styling me and even showing me how to customize a dress. If you need a bridal dress salon run don't walk to lotus bridal and ask for Emily !

Lotus bridal on the whole is such a beautiful wedding dress store with gorgeous dresses and veils. Working with Nikolette on finding my dream wedding dress was an absolute amazing experience. She assured me I’d find “the one”, with the exact style I wanted and the budget I had set for myself. She was very dedicated to finding the one that I described and so was patient with my family and I. Nikolette supported me throughout the whole process, I couldn’t be happier with my pick! I’d definitely recommend!

The shop is clean and beautiful, they have a great dress selection, pulled dresses in my budget and Sydney truly helped me find my perfect style. This was the first bridal shop I went to and I was unsure of how it would go. Sydney really listened to my ideas, looked at the pictures I had, and she took it from there.
