t I didn’t know where exactly to start; what styles I really liked and what would look good on my body. I tried on a few dresses with Brookes help (and of course my moms encouragement) and purchased my wedding dress! I was ecstatic when I put it on and I can only hope other brides are met with the same experience. I am going to send any future brides to Brooke. What an excellent time at Lotus Bridal! Now I can say “I said yes to the dress”!!

he rooms were a little bigger so I could see my self in the dress before showing my family but the people and over all experience was wonderful! 10/10 in my book.

getting started she asked if I had an idea of what I liked/my budget. Based on that information she was able to pull a variety of dresses for me to try on and helped me find my dream dress and stay within my budget. I was so happy to have Brooke assisting me and she made this experience a fun one! Thank you again Brooke!!

o make a decision. Choosing my veil was a little different. However, my biggest frustrations came from the alterations. I was uncomfortable with the way my chest looked in my dress and at the time of purchase was told the seamstresses will most certainly be able to take care of that for you. However, she did not. I had to buy a stick-on bra which was uncomfortable for someone to has never used one before. Additionally, my dress was WAY too long (I don’t think it was ever altered even though I paid for it) I kept tripping and stepping on it the whole night and it was very difficult to move and dance in. All-in-all I spent over $2,700 on my dress and veil... and almost every picture of me on my wedding day has me with a clump of wedding dress in my hand. Sad.

she was so helpful, patient, and helped my creative vision come to life. I was able to book a follow up appointment just to be sure and was able to text her whenever I needed with ideas for my next appointment. They have a huge collection of different dresses so there’s absolutely something for everyone. I ended up choosing a designer that only Lotus carries in New York and I’m so happy I have that exclusivity. Thank You So Much Lotus !

n emergency apendnectomy the day before 🤦🏽‍♀️. My mom and dad and cousin had flown in to go dress shopping with me and I was a bit worse for wear, to say the least. I decided to rally and go shopping anyway since everyone had flown in just for me. I was well medicated, but still sore and definitely slower and stiffer than my usual a self. I needed quite a bit of gentle handling AND could barely take my own clothing off independently. Kiki was so gentle and SO patient with me. I will not say how long we were in there (you do not want to know), but she never wavered in her energy and her enthusiasm while we tried dress after dress. Slowly. LOL. She went above and beyond in every way until I found exactly what I was looking for. She never rushed me and never gave up on the belief that she had what I wanted. And she did!! I cannot believe it, but I found my dress on my first shopping trip! I adore my dress and I’ll never forget the look on my own face when I saw myself in the full length mirror the first time. It was worth all the pain and that is most definitely due to Kiki and her exceptional professionalism and talent. I hit the jackpot being assigned Kiki as my associate, God knows I needed a miracle that day, and I got it 🥹. Everyone at the store was so kind and accommodating. I want every woman out there in the vacinity on a wedding dress hunt to know you are in the best hands with Kiki at Lotus Bridal Long Island. And I mean it literally, because she had to fully dress me… around wounds and bandages 😂. Ugh, she had no business putting up with me, but instead I received kindness, patience, perseverance and the most encouragement. I walked in there wounded, but I walked out feeling like a queen. Thank you Kiki, my angel. You were my first official wedding present and an absolute blessing ❤️.

trying on only a few options—and this ended up being the only dress store I went to! Theresa tailored my dress and did such an amazing job as well! I got compliments on my dress all night long during my wedding. Would highly recommend Lotus Bridal!

, I went to Lotus Bridal in Mineola. My bridal attendant was Genesis. She was by far the most accommodating, non pushy, the most perfect person you could ask for, when looking for such an important item for the rest of your life. I tried on so many dresses, and she was sooo accommodating like I mentioned, we tried on at least 10 dresses, I left and came back another day to try on some more, needless to say... I said yes to the dress!!

feel so comfortable and even brought me out of my comfort zone, in a good way! I don’t even know how many dresses I tried on, but Lexi was able to feed off of my vibe and pick out the perfect ones. She even knew when I found “the one.” It was the first shop I went to and didn’t need to search any more. It was truly an amazing feeling and an amazing experience. Thank you Lexi and Lotus Bridal for making my wedding vision come true!

ore itself is beautiful on the inside, very well kept. The decor is cute and trendy and the store was very clean. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. I tried on a few dresses that were nice, but not “the one”. I knew what shape looked good on me, I knew what style I wanted, I had all the important things down I just needed to find the right combination of details. In the beginning I must have tried on maybe 8 dresses? My bridal consultant Nicolette was kind enough to let me look at the dresses in the stock room to see what I’d pick on my own. I must have picked every glittery fit and flare dress they had LOL I probably tried on another 6-7 dresses? Nicolette helped to answer any questions I had, and she was easy to work with. She made me feel very comfortable and I quickly forgot that I was even alone in my appointment. I ended up finding the dress and it was a really lovely experience overall. Absolutely recommend this place!

I was going for and she made it happen for me! Lotus Bridal in Mineola was my first stop and I had no reason or desire to try anywhere else. I couldn’t be happier!
