Mara was great at working with our vendors before and during the wedding, asked us the right questions so that she knew what we wanted, creating and updating planning documents, and responded quickly to all of our questions as we were in the planning stages. My wife and I definitely wish we could have them manage our regular life for us. Can't recommend enough!

She was kind, supportive, asked great clarifying questions to help in our planning, and then on the day of went above and beyond to bring our vision to fruition. Our wedding day was so beautiful and elegant! It went so smoothly mostly due to Mara and her amazing team that helped us. I would 100% recommend her services to anyone needing a wedding coordinator. We even received compliments from many of our other vendors that Mara communicated with saying how organized and professional she was in her role as our coordinator. I can't say enough about how grateful I am for Mara and how much I was able to just relax and enjoy my wedding day once it arrived due to how well she supported us and took charge when needed with all the communication, details, and even with our flowers/decorations! ig day. We couldn't have asked for a better day of coordinator. She made sure to contact every vendor we hired and get the details on set up, break down and more. The timeline was more than perfect, thanks to Mara, we were able to have around 45 minutes of free time before the ceremony started even though we had multiple delays throughout the day due to traffic and weather. Mara also helped move all the decorations more than 3 times, given the fact that we had a huge thunderstorm, and things had to be moved from outside, to the porch, to then finally inside. On the weeks leading up to the wedding, we had multiple meetings where she made sure to get every detail we wanted, right. She did not forget a single thing we told her we wanted and even when unexpected tings happened, like the storm breaking some of the decorations, she made it work without adding stress to me (the bride) or the groom. Even when I told her I was running an hour late, she reminded me that everybody was on my schedule, and that everything was going to be fine. Wedding planning can be hard and sometimes a little overwhelming, but Mara made it easy for us to enjoy our special day. If you are looking to hire a very organized, detail oriented and just super nice and sweet person to help you coordinate your big day, or to even help you plan the whole thing, do not hesitate to hire Mara.
