Lotus House is a luxury wedding venue in Las Vegas, Nevada that features a stunning and contemporary-style aesthetic, and is designed to look and feel like a private mansion. Lotus House offers couples the exclusive use of both the building and grounds from 10AM until 10PM on your event day. This exclusivity ensures you are able to have a comfortable and private event. Guests can relax and celebrate the newlyweds in style only a short distance from many of Las Vegas’ world-renowned eateries and attractions. To-be-weds are sure to have a wedding day to remember at this venue. Facilities The Mansion is situated on over one and a half acres, featuring manicured gardens and outdoor facilities built specifically for events. A multi-level main floor is sure to create a spectacular effect in wedding photos. There is a full bridal dressing suite with a hair & make up stations, storage for bridesmaids, and plenty of space to hang your dress and relax on your big day. There is also a groom's suite that features a separate restroom with a shower, as well as a TV. The Pergola, the Rotunda, and the grounds themselves provide over a half acre of versatile options for ceremonies, cocktail hour, and receptions with bistro lighting over the upper grounds, and waterfalls highlighting the Rotunda. Couples are encouraged to delve into their imagination and make their mark with their dream decor visions. With its ample photo opportunities and immaculately designed spaces, the estate will leave a lasting impression on guests for years to come. Capacity Lotus House can comfortably seat up to 110 guests inside, and still have room for a DJ and dancing. The maximum capacity for events at Lotus House with the standard rental fee is 110 guests. Lotus House is able to host larger events for up to 150 guests indoors, and up to 250 guests utilizing both indoors & outdoors. These events require an a customized quote for the rental fee as there are additional expenses and fees for events larger than 110 guests. Please note, we will require that transportation be provided for guests of events with more than 110 guests. Services Offered We provide couples with services for catering, bar, and entertainment in cooperation with our in-house partners. You are required to utilize these vendors for your event, however you are able to bring in an outside full service caterer for a $1,000 fee. We also provide optional services for rentals, florals, officiants, videography, and photography that allow you to create a wedding package tailored to your vision and budget. You may also work with our preferred vendors for these services, or bring in any licensed and insured vendor you wish. Note: The local noise ordinance that requires outdoor events end by 10:00PM and that all event noise (music) does not extend beyond the property lines. We are required to adhere to this ordinance, by law. As such, we require event entertainment to be handled by our in-house entertainment partner.
