Lotus Wedding Photography

Lotus absolutely knocked it out of the park. Working with the dynamic duo of Anthony and Anthony was just an absolute pleasure! They both truly had both an abundance of creativity & artistic eyesight for the entire evening - ensuring we got the highest quality pictures possible. The team was just so personable from start to end, and they both fit in seamlessly with the wedding party & were just a pleasure to have around as they were in their element. 10 out of 10, no notes gentlemen.

My husband and I got married at the end of June 2025. We had an incredibly easy and unstressful time with this vendor. We communicated via phone calls and emails and they were very helpful with any questions or concerns we had. They went through the itinerary for the day of the wedding to make sure we were all on the same page. They were also very patient with us when we had so many questions and concerns and answered all of our questions and concerns without a problem. The photographer and videographer we had (Zelin & Phil) were incredible and were both very comfortable to work with. They made sure to give us instructions on how we should pose and walk for the camera (considering my husband and I don't really know what to do on our own). They were very kind and joked around often when taking pictures and videos of us to help us get more comfortable with taking pictures and to just gets us to smile a lot more. We had some last minute plans during our reception that they helped us plan with the DJ when we wanted to get a picture with every table. They were just all around the best team to work with during the wedding because we were not stressed one bit during the photo/video taking. We also had a photobooth from lotus and my guests loved the photobooth. We received an album full of copies of every photo that was took at the photobooth which was an awesome keepsake. Our wedding photos took exactly 8 weeks to be finished and we received all of our photos digitally. We are currently waiting for our videography to be finished, but that will still need a bit more time. We are excited to receive our videography because we bet it will look incredible just like all of our wedding photos. The photographer captured so many things that we didn't think would look so great on camera, but it did! In fact, the photos look 10x better than we have ever imagined. So, we are very happy with the results of the photography.

Justin and his team made everything extremely easy. We were able to customize a package that was just right for us. Justine always had great communication and would respond promptly to any questions or inquiries I made. On the day of our wedding he arrived so early to my house in order to make sure that everything was in place so we could start on time. He listened to all of my suggestions and requests. His team is incredibly professional and so fun to be around. He documented our day in such a special way. We can’t wait to see the final products! We can’t thank them enough.

I don’t even have the words to say how wonderful and professional Lotus Wedding Photography is. We worked with Anthony for our October wedding and from the moment he arrived, I knew we were in good hands. The Lotus team made us feel comfortable and happy. I loved not being told to have a “soft smile” or have pictures taken from angles or in locations I didn’t want. I was able to truly feel like myself throughout the whole process. Anthony made me feel like we were in control and he went above and beyond to make our visions come to life in the photos. We received our photos back exactly when Lotus said we would and they are beyond gorgeous. We received over 4200 pictures and we were thrilled. Will was our main photographer, Alyssa our second, and Melanie was the assistant the day of and all were so helpful all day long. Will made sure all of our posed photos were easy, fun and didn’t feel like too much while also making sure we got all of the photos we wanted. They all also helped carry my dress and veil and flowers during pictures! Every single one of them was fun, kind, professional and made for the perfect no stress vibe for our wedding day. Will was also super receptive and easy to contact during the whole planning process and made everything so easy and fun. We couldn't recommend them enough and have so many pictures we love!

My husband and I worked with Lotus for our wedding this past September. We just got our photos back and we are beyond thrilled with them. Will was our main photographer, and he also did our engagement photos. He was incredibly professional. The whole team was on time, and we're getting so many compliments about our gallery--I don't know how we are ever going to narrow them down to create our album! The team made sure all of our must-have photos were taken, helping us move through bridal party and family photos with plenty of time to enjoy the day. They captured every important moment of the day, and our photos were turned around exactly on the timeline they gave us. We used Lotus for our videography as well, and if the photos are anything to go by, we're so excited to see the rest of the footage. My husband and I couldn’t have asked for a better photography/videography team for our wedding on 8.24.2024. From the moment we met with Lotus a year before our wedding, we knew we made the right choice. Will, Tom and Phil were absolutely amazing to work with and were so incredibly professional. Their skills are top-notch and if you have a particular vision for something, they will do anything to make it possible! I wanted to shout out Will specifically, as he also worked with us for our engagement shoot, and we absolutely loved him! He made us feel sooo comfortable and by the time we were done, I felt like we had been friends for years. He was sooo funny and kept us laughing and smiling throughout our entire engagement shoot and wedding day. The entire Lotus team was a pleasure to work with and kept in touch with us all throughout the wedding planning process. They answered any questions we had and were so kind to us. We got all our photos back at almost exactly 8 weeks and we love them all so much. We can’t wait to see our wedding video as well! I can’t rave about the Lotus team enough! Lotus Wedding Photography was truly amazing! We used them for two of our wedding events and our Engagement photos as well. For the Wedding events, one was more of a traditional event in which we had Wilfredo and Steven. The other event was our wedding and we had Zelin and Anthony as our Photographers and we had Philip and Bill as our videographers. All of these photographers and videographers made our wedding day so much easier and calm. Their professionalism and patience with my very large family made everything move so smoothly during family photos and even during the wedding itself. They did not hesitate to get in the middle of the dance floor to get the best shot! Everyone at Lotus Wedding Photography is such a pleasure to work with! Our photos came out SPECTACULAR! My husband and I are so happy with all of the photos, but especially with the artistic photographs that the photographers took, they were truly amazing! I would recommend them 100% of the time!

We were so incredibly happy we went with Lotus. We chose Will as our main photographer and Philip and Anthony ended up being our team. We cannot say enough good things about our experience. Will and Anthony took a lot of care into our special day making sure everyone was standing correctly, their outfits were perfect, and that everyone had a good time. I booked Lotus Photography for my engagement and wedding photos. Since the first meeting with Justin, I felt comfortable and at ease. He listened carefully to all of my questions and I had a long list. He answered my questions thoroughly, and went over all of the options and services offered by Lotus Photography. I never felt pressured to choosing one package or option over another. Speaking with Justin was more of a conversation. We had our meeting by Zoom to accommodate my schedule. After our meeting ended, I felt that choosing Lotus Photography was the right choice for my engagement and wedding photos. Communication is very important to me and Amanda at Lotus Photography is very responsive. She provides detailed responses to all of my questions in a prompt manner. She made choosing a photographer a seamless process. Amanda provided me with a list of photographers an available with their photo gallery, giving me the opportunity to view the different styles of photos for each photographer to help me choose a photographer that matched my style. Additionally, she was flexible with scheduling my engagement photos. I had my engagement photos taken by Wil at the Islip Grange. Wil is patient, kind, and easy to work with. He was so patient with our dog! Wil showed us how to pose, and gave us directions that were easy to follow. We did not feel awkward. Zelin was the wedding photographer for our wedding 8/17/2024, and he was amazing! I met Zelin for the first time at the wedding, and he automatically made me, and the wedding party feel comfortable. Zelin was with us for 10 hours and he was patient, attentive, and accommodating. He took the photos we included on our photo list and took additional creative ones. Zelin never made us feel like the whole wedding was about just taking photos. He made us laugh and if we needed a break, he went and took candid photos until we were ready. My guests commented how he just blended into the ceremony and reception and still took photos! Zelin took pictures of everything and I look forward to seeing the photos. I would highly recommend Zelin as the photographer. The team at Lotus Wedding Photography (Justin, Amanda, Will, Zelin) are very professional and amazing to work with.

One of the most important tasks when planning a wedding is to find a photographer/videographer that will capture all the most memorable moments to be enjoyed for the years ahead and generations to come. Lotus Photography excels in this avenue, and then some! From the beginning, when we booked Lotus, to the end of the wedding night, Lotus went above and beyond to capture these memories in time. WOW. We could not be more thrilled with not only the final product, but our entire experience with Lotus. Upon hiring this team, their professionalism & communication proved to be top tier, providing us with complete transparency regarding the entire process. The day of our wedding, the team was such a joy to work with. Their on the spot creativity and ability to capture unique shots was incredible. They did not miss a beat when it came to capturing the shot list we provided them, along with following our vision, & adding in their own special touches. Hiring Lotus was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the start they were kind, helpful, organized, and made us feel truly special both at our engagement shoot and on our big day. Justin has such an amazing personality, and it was like having a good friend guide us through our wedding day, with lots of laughs along the way! Our whole photography and videography team was fantastic, and we couldn’t be happier with how our pictures and videos came out!

My finace and I had our engagement shoot in July with Will and we had such a great time and our photos are beautiful! Will was an absolute pleasure to work with and everyone at Lotus was extremely accommodating. We are looking forward to working with everyone again in September for our wedding!

We had Zelin as our main photographer, Patrick as our second, and Phil as our videographer who were all so much fun - it honestly felt like we were just hanging out with friends all day. Zelin and Phil were so creative in the shots they were tying to get - while also getting through my shot list which included an extended list of family portraits. Just got our photos back and we are absolutely blown away by the quantity and quality of footage. Trying to narrow down our favorites has been almost impossible. So glad I trusted my gut and went with Lotus. Can’t wait to get our video footage.

From the beginning, we loved Justin and the Lotus Photography Team! We immediately felt so comfortable with Justin that we practically booked on the spot! Being comfortable with our photographer was a big deal for us, as my husband and I can be shy behind the lens. We got to know each other during our engagement shoot which came out PERFECT and could not wait for our big day. The communication between us and Lotus has been seamless from beginning to end, and made our day - of timeline absolutely perfect! Justin and his team know all the best angles, and know what to say to get you to laugh and look natural in your photos. On top of keeping our timeline moving along, they always made sure to look for cool back drops and get unique photos for us as well. The photographers and videographer made sure they were in the thick of our crazy dance floor! I would recommend Justin and his team to our closest friends, and hope to have an excuse to use him as our photographer in the near future.

We used Zelin as our photographer. I was worried our photos were going to come out awkward since neither me or my fiancé have taken professional photos before but they came out amazing! He made us so comfortable and it shows in the photos

We loved working with the Lotus photography/videography team for our wedding! Justin made us feel so comfortable from day 1 at our engagement photo shoot and all the way through to the wedding. Justin, Anthony, Walter, and Patrick made me and my husband feel more relaxed and took the pressure off taking photos. He responded well to any requests I had for certain shots and was more than happy to do it for us. They knew our wedding venue (The Piermont) so they provided an amazing recommendation for our first look spot, which came out so beautifully.
