Lotus Wedding Photography

I had an amazing experience with Lotus Photography! I reached out last minute, and they were still able to get me booked. The receptionist was very, very polite and helpful over the phone, which made the whole process easy from the start. The owner, Justin, came out himself to take our photos, and he was absolutely incredible. We had some family members running late, and Justin didn’t make it a problem at all. He was patient, professional, and made everyone feel comfortable. He walked us to different locations, suggested different poses, and most importantly, he actually listened to what we wanted. We explained the vision we had, and Justin was able to bring it all to life. The photos came out AMAZING! I’ve honestly had some bad experiences with photographers in the past, but Justin completely changed my expectations and standards. He went above and beyond and exceeded everything we were hoping for. I highly recommend Lotus Photography, especially if you want someone who is professional, patient, creative, and genuinely cares about giving you the photos you envisioned. If you're looking for a photography team that can take INSANELY good photos, make you laugh all day, and somehow tolerate your nonsense for 10 straight hours, congratulations you found Lotus. Justin and his team were absolutely AMAZING from start to finish. And yes, obviously, the photos and video are incredible. Like “wait… THAT’S US?!” incredible. They somehow managed to make us look like we actually knew what we were doing. But honestly, the best part was Justin himself. This man spent 10 HOURS with my husband and me and somehow didn't ask to be transferred to another wedding. He was cracking jokes, keeping us laughing, making us feel completely comfortable, and basically turning what could have been a very long day of “okay, now look here… now turn… now smile…” into one giant party. And the best part? The laughs, the happiness and the smile weren't fake. Justin had us laughing so much that half the time we forgot we were even taking pictures. Which is why the pictures turned out so amazing. Instead of getting a thousand photos where we're standing there looking like we're being held hostage, we got photos that actually captured US, the chaos, the happiness, the ridiculousness, the emotions, and all the moments in between. And let's talk about the 10-hour day for a second. TEN. HOURS. That's longer than some relationships. By the end of the day, Justin and his team weren't even our photographers anymore. They were basically members of the wedding party, therapists, comedians, hype people, professional dress-fixers, and occasionally our personal paparazzi. Amanda, Justin, and the entire Lotus team were incredible. They were talented, funny, supportive, patient, and genuinely such great people. They somehow managed to keep everything fun while still being completely professional. And when you're already dealing with wedding-day nerves, emotions, timelines, family chaos, and approximately 47 people asking you where they're supposed to stand… having a team like this makes ALL the difference. The photos and video came out better than we could have dreamed. Every time we look through them, we're right back in those moments—laughing, crying, being ridiculous, and having the absolute best day. So, if you're debating whether to book Lotus, DO IT. Unless, of course, you don't want your photographer to become your best friend by the end of the day. In that case, probably look elsewhere. But if you want INSANE talent, beautiful photos, amazing video, a team that genuinely cares, and a photographer who can roast you while somehow making you look good doing it… LOTUS. 100%. 10/10 Would absolutely book them again.
