Shawna is amazing at what she does. We had an unconventional wedding theme & shoot (Vampire/Gothic shot in a cemetery), and she was simply amazing at capturing the essence of what we were trying to accomplish without looking remotely cheesy or "just a weird theme wedding." She brings a great energy to her work, and really puts you at ease in front of the camera (even if that sort of thing usually makes you nervous). I often wish she could take every photo of me ever, for the rest of my life. She has a real knack for making you look great naturally.

Wow! Shawna at Lotusfly definitely captured the essence of our wedding. Guests said she was very unobtrusive during the ceremony, but she managed to get perfect shots at perfect times. The "couple" poses after the ceremony were very well done - fun, and fanciful. My family members enjoyed receiving prints of the group photos as well. We got together and discussed what our wedding would be like, what I wanted, and she was very reassuring that she could be "our" photographer. Seriously, I can look through the photos and smile, they are like a storyline through our special day.

I am so glad we chose LotusFly for our special day. LotusFly was affordable and easy to work with. The day of the wedding Shawna was so effortless in getting great shots without it interrupting the day. I have received so many compliments on our photos and loved them all! Most importantly the photos while beautiful were also great at capturing the fun and spirit of the day!

Shawna was amazing! She worked with us using our minimal budget to provide us with the best experience possible. She took every picture that we wanted and even some extras that we didn't know we wanted! She melted into the crowd and was unobtrusive. Loved her and would definitely recommend her!

We knew going into our engagement that our budget for our wedding was going to be tight across the board - so we were prepared to sacrifice quality to stay in budget. With ShawnaMarie Photography (now LotusFly Photography) we didn't need to!! Before we signed anything, Shawna took the time to meet with us near our home to find out more about us as a couple, our personalities, our overall wedding vision, and what kind of shots we were looking for. Throughout the process, she was always available to answer questions when we had them, and was able to give us great advice or suggestions when requested. At the wedding itself, she and her assistant professional and friendly - and the kids loved them! Shawna has an amazing eye, both for candid/artistic shots and the "posey stuff". After the wedding, she had her online gallery updated within a couple weeks - and as we went through the photos we couldn't believe the number of breathtakingly beautiful shots she got! It's now a month after the wedding and we already have our personal digital copy of the photos as well :) I can't rave about Shawna enough - I hope all you guys strongly consider her for your special day! I promise you won't regret it. :)
