When we first met with Lou photo he was very nice.
We wanted the photo booth and the price could not be beat!
Fast forward to the week of the wedding he would not send me the template for the photo booth and finally the Thursday before he said it would be 2in x 3in photos on sticker paper. Not at all what he said initially. As well as no props (no biggie - I supplied our own)
He asked me to fill out a form of all the photos I 100% wanted and he did not look at it day of.
Day of: he showed up and was rude to my brother - telling him he will tell him when to smile.
In the form I had filled out i had a few photos I wanted the guys to do and he told them to get dressed without taking the photos. In the girls room he kept saying "what else do you want?"
I thought that's what the form was for?
Once we made it the the ceremony I didn't realize what he had missed: grooms reaction. Being the bride i had a lot on my mind and that's why we hired him so he would make sure we got what we wanted - that didn't happen.
After receiving the photos I was incredibly disappointed. I have a ton but unfortunately most are blurry. We ended up having to retake photos because we hardly had any together. Some things we can't retake. So if you're looking for friendly and professional it is definitely not Lou photo. You get what you pay for I suppose.
Lou Photo was fantastic, Cory and his team went above and beyond to make sure our big day was magical.
The photos were top tier quality and the expeditious and secure fashion in which he handled our wedding was amazing. I couldn't imagine using anyone but them for my photo needs.
