Not only was his communication and preparation leading up to the wedding great, he blew us away on the big day. He was an awesome emcee! There was never any awkward silence or confusion about what was going on. Everything was seamless and he made each transition feel fluid and natural. He never tried to rush us along if things fell behind, just went with the timeline and adjusted things as needed. Also, he kept the dance floor PACKED which was amazing!! Hire Josh, you will not be disappointed!!

nce right in the middle of our daddy daughter dance. The slow music was suppose to cut out to a fun mashup. Well I asked Joshua multiple times to make the mashup as it stated in the agreement that was one of his services. I sent him the songs I wanted for the mashup and exact timing of each song and when to cut and go to the next. He never made the mash up after saying he would. I learned how to create a mashup myself through you tube. (It’s not easy) So I sent that mashup I made to Joshua and asked him to play that when the music cuts for the surprise dance. Well here was the moment..my Dad and I had practiced for hours to get this dance down and we’re so excited! The music cut and we put on our sunglasses ready for the fun dance. WELL at least we thought. Joshua had played the wrong song. The crowd was confused I had to stop and walk over to him and say this is not the mashup song I sent you. He said “oh it’s not? Did you send it to me?”. I couldn’t believe he asked that! I said yes multiple times check your email or text messages. Well now everyone had to awkwardly wait for almost 5 minutes for him to find the song I sent him that he should of made in the first place! To say this was disappointing is an understatement. My wedding day was beautiful and I’m so grateful for that but this was completely uncalled for. My husband and I never received at least an apology email or some kind of discount because it’s not cheap! This was the worst vendor experience I have ever had.

- Josh was great. On the day of the wedding, he was a great DJ. He ensured the activities were flowing seamlessly, and was not overbearing in his commentary. Josh made sure the day was focused on us, and not on his MC skills - which is exactly what you want for your wedding. He was very responsive and flexible on timing of calls and texts. It was easy to connect with him and his responses and turnaround was quick. We met with Josh about a week before the wedding to review our day-of timeline and discuss the song options for certain parts of the day. He was friendly and had great suggestions based on his experience at other weddings. He also cut and spliced three songs for us, and sent us drafts quickly.

During the planning process, we planned a time to talk on the phone about what our big day would look like, and his attention to detail and experience with what works best for events he does made the whole process so much easier. Our guests all had a blast with his song selections and he made the whole night run smoothly with every song we selected! The app he uses is user-friendly and allows song-selection for almost every minute of your day. We HIGHLY recommend Josh for your big day!

Being able, with the fiancé, to go through songs and mark not only what we each liked (for dinner, dancing, cake cutting, etc) but also what we each considered "must play" and "do not play under any circumstances" eased my mind and ensured we got what we wanted. The only reason this review isn't five stars is that night the DJ played a few well-known line dances (Cha Cha Slide, Cupid Shuffle) back-to-back. While it kept our guests on the floor, it was exhausting in my dress and a few guests commented he was great overall but wished he had spaced those out a bit more.

c. Joshua did FANTASTIC with my wishes. I could plan so much through his app and once I was happy with the amount of country music played, I opened it up to his DJ skills and my guests LOVED him. The dance floor was full the entire night. He read my guests so well. My dad was even out on the dance floor. That never happens. He is also the sweetest person and such a great personality. An absolute pleasure to work with. The light set up he offers is also a must! It is the perfect addition. I cannot say enough good things about him. HIGHLY RECOMEND

He made all of our announcements and made sure to accommodate for everyone's music request while sticking to our must-play list. Joshua listened to our request/restriction and provided great communication when we had any questions or concerns. He is very professional, but also provided a personal connection that doesn't make you feel like just another client. So many people told me it was the best wedding they have ever been too and I feel a lot of that has to do with the music.
